The thing is that some of these are very easy to put in and should have been in a long time ago.

1. Option to turn off Handholding

Pleeeeeease! I hate the fact that I even have to suggest this. The tutorials are so long in the newer Pokemon games. They literally give you tutorials for basically everything including features you won't need to use. Just give us a option to turn these off.

2. Shorter/Less cutscenes that don't do anything for the story or characters.

Or just the ability to skip cutscenes and have a Cinema kind of function that allows you to watch them after the fact.

3. No saving the world/region plot.

I don't like being a chosen one in games. Yes they never say "You are the only one to save us all" sometimes but I don't like the fact that your character is basically God and can defeat anyone canonically without losing. This is why I think a "Become the very best" arc would be better. I am getting sick of Evil Teams and obligatory Legendary encounters during the story. I know that people really like them. But I'd rather have that time put in Battle Mechanics and Set pieces in the adventure.

4. Less Linearity

You know how when you get the Pokeflute. You have two ways to go to Fuchsia city? Or how you can go through Mt. Mortar to Mahogany Town for the Red Gyrados or go to the Lighthouse and do the Ampharos plot? You can pick which one you do first? I want more options other than a straight line. I know people say that it isn't a straight line. You get little dungeons here and there that are optional in newer games that you can do but I would like different options to the goal. Adds replayability.

5. Be risky

Add some kind of mechanic which will stun players. Make veterans have to learn something new that isn't completely easy to follow like Mega Evolution or Z-Moves. Which are fine. But don't add much to the base experience other than getting to the goal quicker without much thought. I get it. They are flashy and nice to look at. But add a curveball that would make you shocked. Give you more things to learn. I'll make a example so we are on the same page:

A part of the game where the evil team (Yes I know no evil teams but it's going to happen) is in a massive underground cavern. Completely lived in by Pokemon. But the guards to this region like megalopolis cave ask that you don't bring your Electronical items or Pokeballs of any kind. Like going to Australia with a dog, you can't do it. Basically meaning you have to go in alone, no Pokemon, no means to catch Pokemon. Once inside you find ways to recruit Pokemon using other means than Pokeballs. Becoming their friends and further understanding them more than just catching them. As you go in cities where humans are not dominated and catching Pokemon, even if you could, would be frowned upon and illegal to it's citizens. Adding more story and character interaction.

Would people like this? Maybe.
Would people hate this? Maybe.
Would it be different? Yes.

A risk is a risk. Honestly I would love if Game Freak decided to try something different.

6. Remove IVs and EVs

I kinda just want this to happen to fuck over the competitive community. Even though it would actually stream line the series more and people less likely to cheat. Yes Pokemon are less customizatable with what you want on their set but... I dunno. I just figure it would get rid of a lot of heartache at the end of the day.

7. One single game. Not 2 versions.

Look. I know this makes money doing this but... No. They just don't work anymore. 7 Pokemon lines exclusive to this one and that one? Oh wow. I am kinda being a hypocrite because I stopped buying both versions only recently with US/UM but I only really did that when I realized that they are literally just S/M but with more End Game content.

8. All Pokemon should be obtainable in the game. Including the Event Pokemon

Fuck events. Seriously. Either make them last forever. Or just get rid of them. Starting White again without the chance to get Victini sucksssssss. Without the chance to get Zorua? Fuuuuuucckkkk No chance to get Meloetta? Eh. I am not a big fan anyways. But still. Why?

9. Difficulty Settings

You know why I want this on here. I won't explain this.

10. Battle. Frontier. God. Dammit.

Okay so... My Paypal is acting kinda strange.

While at work today I got two emails saying "Lack Insufficient Funds" from Paypal for two payments I have already paid on Ebay. One on 21st and one on the 22nd of August. I paid instantly for them on the day. So while at work. I was panicking. "Oh shit did someone take all my money?". I checked the cash machine... All my money is there. Huh.

So. I go on Paypal and try and pay these payments. Thinking it might be a glitch. Shit happens. Scared the crap out of me but hey nothing actually happened.

But there is a problem. Paypal won't let me pay the money.

One message that keeps coming up is "You can't pay from your Bank with USD."... But Paypal... You only give me the option to pay in USD...

One message later I keep getting now is "Lack insufficient funds." Checked again. Bank account is the same.

So... Any suggestions? I was thinking that maybe the bank froze my account but they have not contacted me. Plus I did manage to buy something with my card after I got my email. Maybe my bank had disallowed my Paypal?

Personality: Cain's personality changes due to having a lot of DNA inside himself. He can be playful and rash to quiet and ill tempered. Though he isn't Bi-Polar. Just emotional and it's hard for him to stick to one side of himself. It all depends on the situation. Though he is pretty lazy all around and can be very impatient. He thinks he is a pretty big deal.
Funfacts:
. His canines are sharper than normal Buizel's, having a slight twist to them like a serpent.
. Cain has a belly button under his fur, even though he is a Pokemon and a clone.
. He is a little bit more fluffier than normal Buizels.
. He is considered a runt as Buizel's are normally 2ft tall. The magic may have stunted his growth.
. He cannot grow or shrink anyone canonically. (Though Abel can)
. His physical strength and speed is actually rather impressive. Able to lift things 5 times his weight such as fully grown humans and run faster than all humans.
. The brown hair on his head is actually considered his fur.
. He was born with his jacket. That's why it is mostly with him. It's basically his second skin.
. He hates the fact that Abel 'created' him as he thinks she is a dork and hates it when it's brought up.
. Canonically he has never met his original, Kheel. His personality is actually very different to his.
. His voice is the exact same as Kheel's. Just a higher pitch.
. One of his tails is slightly smaller than the other. A quarter of a inch smaller. This is due to it being cut off once and it never fully regenerated. Though nobody (Even him) noticed.
. Sometimes when he wakes up. His eyes turn pitch black with white dots like Kheel's, but it fades after a few seconds. A glitch in his DNA.

To be honest... Hell no.

Now here is my take on Gen 4. Diamond, Pearl and Platinum.

Gen 4 added things that were great. Wireless Battles, Wifi Battles, Special Split, Awesome Berries and Hold Items, some great Pokemon (Buizel after all) and the Pok'etch was pretty cool. Hell the afterstory stuff was better than Gen 3's.

Here is where it failed: The gameplay is way too slow, the rival is just too annoying, the region is... Pretty uninteresting..., honestly I do not like the music in D/P (the Trainer themes and wild Pokemon themes are the weakest to date, I am not talking about the Champion or Legendary themes), the contests in Gen 4 are worse, the Battle Frontier is INTERESTING but not as good as Gen 3's in my opinion (Though it is still good)

Now... Other than fixing the gameplay speed. What can a remake fix? Not much. Here is a list I can think of:
Infinite TMs.
Able to actually Wifi Battle because your servers aren't shut down.
Updated move pools
3D graphics that look terrible and chug like all hell?
Gen 5-7 and maybe more Pokemon
Maybe they can make Cheren/Pluto not useless in the grand scheme of things (Seriously, why did Platinum add him?)

In fact as we have seen with the Gen 3 remakes, it could make some points even worse. This is my point. I don't like Gen 4 that much. I'll be honest with you. But I honestly don't get what a remake would do to make it THAT much better. The only thing I kinda want is us finally getting a Arceus storyline in the Azure Flute that was cut from the game. Though it probably have a anime as all hell character telling us what to do and make us go into Space to fight Giratina while riding on Arceus... Seriously people actually didn't cringe during that scene in ORAS? Okay... I'll stop.

Like Gen 3. Gen 4 does not need a remake. People are just asking because they like Gen 4, they get it, and then are like "Wow this is kind of underwhelming... It's just Diamond and Pearl with less content" Diamond and Pearl are the worse Pokemon games to date. But Platinum is still fine and you can still trade Pokemon from it. Would I prefer Gen 4 remakes over US/UM? Too early to tell.

This is personal opinion and not meant to offend anyone who loves these games.

So basically I decided to do a Nuzlocke on ORAS. I try and complete a Nuzlocke on every game. I know people don't like them but it's a good way to make me appreciate certain Pokemon more and to make me like the game more.

What did I gain from the ORAS nuzlocke? Well... I am 6 badges in and I hate it.

"Oh Atrocity? Do you have like 2 Pokemon left or something?" Nope. I have had 4 deaths. 4. Hell 2 of them was my fault. The other 2 were crits. From probably one of the most riskiest nuzlocke players you will ever see. Also... I am not using the EXP Share. What in the fuck happened to the difficulty? I know this has been a problem since Gen 5. But this is the reason why I have been asking for a hard mode since Gen 6 happened. I know who the target audience is, I get it. If you want to dumb down the games. Fine. But why have we not gotten a hard mode when that has the biggest criticism of the most recent Pokemon games? As long as you have the EXP Share on. You can't die. As long as you have Latias or Latios (We will get to that). You can't die.

If you want a comparison, the most recent Pokemon game I did, Pokemon Platinum. I had 17 deaths. Most of them near the start of the game.

But forget all that. Just because Nuzlockes are boring on the newer games, doesn't mean they are bad. Let's talk about Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire's short comings OTHER than difficulty.

1. The characters look dumb.

I am not a fan of Gen 6/7's art style. The anime chibi style looks WEIRD. Your character is always smiling...? Why does my face look so duuuumb? Seriously the past Pokemon games have made me want to go back to sprites. XY got away with it because they could create characters so you were like "Oh. They sacrificed me looking normal so I can create a character." No excuse here. Brendan and May's new design look like they are really young children now? Or... Are they chibi? I mean... You could say that was a problem that originally they looked like 16 year olds even though they were supposed to be 10. But I feel like they did this so all age groups won't be alienated? Maybe? I dunno... I feel uncomfortable playing as a child now apparently x3 Gen 7 did this slightly better by getting rid of the chibi style and just make them... Obvious kids... At least Gen 7 was honest with it. As much as I like anime, I don't like it in Pokemon games. The new designs for the Magma and Aqua members look... WAY too anime and goofy. They used to look like actual punks. Now they just look like they came from Hot Topic. I'm not scared of chibi daywalkers. x3 Also Zinnia's design hurts me. Get that anime edge away from me. I'm not over exaggerating either. I feel like these characters are from Sword Art Online in terms of appearance and personality. You got the deadpan one, the stupidly quirky one, the tsundere one... It's... Anime. x3

2. Lazy. Was this game even finished?

Right so... A lot of things were cut from this game. The berry minigame in the contest halls are gone. Do you have any idea how much time I have spent on the Pokeblock minigame Game Freak!? A HUNDREEEEED HOURS! (Not really), Dewford cave was shrunk to make it less 'diificult' (Dewford Cave was easy as shit even without Flash), The Game Corner is gone! (I know why it's gone but could they have at least given us Voltorb flip or something? I actually like Minesweeper), you can also no longer catch Wailord and Swellow for some reason? I know this is ultimate nitpicking but... Why? I don't get it. I am really confused why they did that. You only had a 1% chance of finding a Wailord in... Route 129? I think it was? Uh... My ultimate Gen 3 memory is wearing thin over the years and they also got rid of the Battle Frontier because... I dunno... It was probably too difficult for kids I guess.

But they kept the braille Regi shit in? WHY!? That was like the only thing they should have gotten rid of. WHO THE FUCK CAN READ BRAILLE ON A GAME SCREEN!? WHAT!? SIRI! HOW DO I BEAT REGI PUZZLE!?

Seriously that puzzle was just made to sell strategy guides.

3. Let's give May and Wally more screen time but no more character.

May is fucking annoying in ORAS and Wally still makes no sense and his new theme is repetitive and sucks. NEXT.

4. The music.

You know how R/S/E was all trumpets? Now it is all auto music on a keyboard with electric guitars sometimes. To be fair I do like some of the remixes. I always love metal remixes of Pokemon themes and I think the new Victory Road theme is amazing. But... Underwhelming. I have listened to the whole ORAS soundtrack recently and all I can say is disappointing and lifeless. Especially when HG/SS had one of the best soundtracks in Pokemon.

5. The 3DS.

Ohoho. This is the risky subject. The 3DS Pokemon games suck because the 3DS can barely run them. Frame drops up the ass. More load screens for new areas than the original games. No seriously. There are 2 second fade away screens to separate areas when the GBA games did it instantly. This is why people want a Switch Pokemon Game. The 3DS has a hard time with them. (I love you 3DS ;3; )

6. Mega Evolutions.

The new mega evolutions... Eh. Their not bad but... I was expecting more. Maybe I am salty because I am a Flygon fan and they gave Salamence one? The dragon type that has always been outshining Flygon since Gen 3. Maybe. Maybe because they gave Mega Sceptile fucking LIGHTNING ROD!?

No but seriously, I feel they were a bit too lazy with these. Too many of them look too much like their original form or... Just really suck. I am looking at you Mega Glalie.

I actually do like Primal Kyogre and Groudon though.

7. Latias and Latios.

... *Sigh* Why?

WHY!?

Easily the thing that nearly made me turn off the game. It isn't trying anymore. Let's just give the player a legendary after beating the 5th gym? FUCKING GEEEEEENIUS! I LOVE YOU GAME FREAK! MAKING THESE GAMES WITHOUT RUNNING OUT OF IDEAS!? YOU ROCK! WOOOOOO

That Prison game looked neat. Battlefront 2 looked boring as all hell, that game went on for way too long just to show Darth Maul for 10 seconds (Who most likely plays like every one else).

Need for Speed was fucking hilarious to watch and make jokes on. I said "Need for Speed: OJ Simpson Trial" (I don't know, it reminded me of the documentary I watched)

Could they have shown like... Sims once? More variety?

. I agree with Arlo on Wario Ware Switch. I think the Switch will be a Party Game Machine. At least I really want a Wario Ware. But I do think we will get one eventually, maybe not at the E3 though. BUT I will throw my two cents at it.
. Some kind of Platinum Games hack and slash. I am thinking maybe a Wonderful 101 2 or a compilation of Bayonetta games. Or maybe a new thing!
. The big reveal will be Animal Crossing Switch with Amiibo Support where you can have other Nintendo characters as NPCs.

I wanna rewatch Bakugan. But I don't really want to rewatch Bakugan. So many God damn seasons. If I told you I have actually watched up to the third season years ago, would you believe me? (Apparently there are 4 seasons with like... 50 episodes each)

It's been a while since a Sega game has seen this amount of polish. Even though I loved Sonic Unleashed and Sonic Generations, those games had points where you thought "Was this game fully finished?" due to Generation's incomplete story and Unleashed very mediocre Werehog sections (Which is half of the game).

They actually delayed this game... Like... Wow... Did Sega actually learn? After Sonic '06 and Sonic Free Riders. They are actually pushing back games to meet the standards we want. They did this for Sonic Boom: Fire and Ice too but... The problem there is that it's a Sonic Boom game so it will be mediocre at best.

Well... This is a game Sonic Team has taken a back seat on. No not like Bigredbutton's Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric. This game is being made by previously known fan games. Pretty good fan games too. Some even saying they are better than the games they made them from. They made enhanced ports of Sonic 1, 2 and CD (Well Christian Whitehead did) Which are credited as being the best versions of those games.

They actually got people who made fan games of Sonic games to make a official Sonic game from scratch.

I am a big fan of 2D Sonic and 3D Sonic but 3D Sonic is kind of at a enigma at this point. Seeing 16 bit Sonic back makes me think "Wow... This makes Sonic 4 look like complete shit."

I didn't grow up much with Sonic but replaying old Sonic via Sonic Gems Collection and new Sonic via Steam has made me a fan of the series over the past few months.

I am excited for both Sonic Mania and Sonic Forces but Sonic Mania is guaranteed to be amazing. Might even get the Collectors Edition.
