General | Posted 11 years agoBy commissioning Aureo you are agreeing to:
1. All communications here an FA are handled by an agent on behalf of the artist. You will not be talking directly with the artist.
a. All commissions will be handled in English only by the agent.
b. If you speak Spanish better than you do English please do so – in this occurrence you will be speaking directly with the artist who can speak Spanish.
2. Up to 4 weeks waiting time for each commission slot before even seeing a Work In Progress (WIP). If you in slot 2, that is 8 weeks. Slot 3, 12 weeks etc. The artist has a full time job as well as drawing commissions. Please do not pester or harass – this will delay your commission. If you have a personal deadline to meet, please discuss this with the agent.
3. Payment upfront. No work on your commission will begin until full payment. PayPal only.
a. In the unlikely event the artist has to cancel your commission, you will be refunded minus the cost of current level of WIP – if applicable.
b. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your commission, you will be refunded minus the cost of current level of WIP – if applicable.
4. Please do not resell your commission(s). You have full permission to use your commissions for any non-commercial purpose, but reselling is strictly forbidden. You may upload it to the Internet.
5. The artist can mimic a wide range of artistic styles. If you would like a particular style of art, please feel free to inquire with the agent.
6. The artist WILL draw:
a. Feral
b. Anthropomorphic (Anthro)
c. Cartoon / Toony
d. Cub
e. Humans
f. Semi or highly realistic
g. Slap-stick violence
h. Transformation (Including: Human to animal, Animal to animal & Gender change
i. Machines
7. The artist WILL NOT draw:
a. Adult situations (Porn)
b. Cubs in adult situations
c. Diapers
d. Scat or Farting
e. Inflation
f. Gore
g. Vore (Soft or Hard)
If in doubt of what the artist will or will not draw, please feel free to ask the agent.
8. When commissioning, please keep your references clean. Adult themed references will be turned away.
9. Artist will accept written descriptions as references, and will happily create a new character completely from scratch at no extra charge.
10. Changes can be made at any point after each WIP. Once picture has been coloured, you will be given an opportunity to correct things like markings and colouring*. No major changes will be made once it has reached the colouring stage.
a. *Please note that hand coloured commissions may not have a 100% match on colours. Upmost care will be taken on matching colours as closely as possible.
11. You, as the commissioner, can expect to receive an un-watermarked version and a watermarked of your commission. Please use the watermarked version on the Internet, and the un-watermarked version at your own discretion.
12. The artist and the agent reserves the right to refuse your commission at any stage for any reason. You will be given a full reason for this if work on your commission has already commenced.
13. The artist and the agent reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without warning. Please respect any changes made.
