hopefully that works for everyone, so far all the people who have expressed interest have accepted this as a good time.

It seems I need to clear some things up about what it means to apply for a quote from me.

I understand that for most other makers you have the ability to apply for a quote alone. Meaning you are just looking to get a specific price for your character to potentially have made. Whether you plan to have it made now or later.

However, I have a prices journal that shows you the general prices for everything I offer. Obviously the prices may very, but it is enough information for you to know about how much to have saved for a suit from me. http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/3124909/

That being said when you apply for a quote from me, it is because you are ready to actually order a suit from me. Yes of course you can always decided against it once receiving the quote, but you should be applying with the intention of getting a slot right then.

I only fill a few slots at a time so once I have sent a quote to those people, I close commissions. This makes it very inconvenient for me when people decided to not get the commission, or never intended to commission at this time. Because then I am sitting with empty slots and closed commissions. This happens to me every single time I open.

This time I opened for 5 slots and 4 of them backed out. One of which had already paid their downpayment which is non-refundable. Meaning if you back out, you do not get that 30% back.

The point of a non refundable downpayment is to make sure you are dedicated to the slot and will not back out since you are putting down 30% upfront. Sort of like when a hotel charges you one night upfront when reserving a weekend. So if you back out, the people who could have reserved with them went somewhere else thinking it was full, and now the hotel lost money they could have had. With the downpayment, it makes it less of a loss for the hotel.

Also it takes me a good chunk of time to calculate a quote becasue I have to search for the specific materials and fur for your character. When backing out of a quote, you have wasted my time and potential money. Yes I understand that sometimes things come up that are more serious and you can not go through with it. But that really shouldnt happen 4 out of 5 times...

SO. For the future. Please only apply for a quote from me if you are very prepared to commission immediatly.

If you have not received an email stating that you have been chosen then you have not been picked this round.

After my surgery and moving several times I am going to have to take another commission.

It will be for an artistic freedom suit from me. Meaning You give me the species (unless you want me to pick) and I design it for you myself. It will be a fullsuit at the price of $2700. Of course it can be taken in payments but a 30% downpayment will need to be given upon acceptance. Which would be $810.00 USD to my paypal spoted_lizard13[at]yahoo.com

I may need to open an auction after I design these guys because I need some serious money after my surgery :( Keep in mind these would be auctions for the designs by me, to be made into suits, not custom slots. I was going to wait until I actually made the heads to auction the suits off but I don't have spare time between commissions to make them and need the money ASAP.

Im just getting burnt out on the same expression and designs over and over again.

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to let you all know that I will be moving in June and so it is very important for me to save up as much money as I can right now.

That being said, I will only be taking fullsuit commissions when I open in March. I probably won't be able to take partial and head commissions until some time in the fall.

Just getting that out of the way so I don't get a bunch of partial and head emails when I open. Sorry!

I just didn't get very many people interested this time around. However I do need to clear some things up.

Please make sure you check to see what I am open for before you ask for a quote. I got a lot of people asking for things I was not open for. You can check my most recent journal or look on my profile to figure out what I am open for.

I'm going to start off with an apology for my past actions. I have taken it upon myself to start a business WHILE attending college. After a year and a half of doing so, I made the decision to stop school and focus 100% on my business. Because of this, my past communication was not up to the standards I would like them to be.

Starting in January, I will be making suits full time so my focus will be on quality and communication with each customer and their suit. This is my passion and I want each creation to be my best work possible. I really enjoyed seeing everyone who owned a suit by me at MFF 2012. I got to see the joy people receive from my work and it just made my heart swell <3

Thank you everyone for having faith in me, and allowing me to get this far. I promise to give you the best I can and hope to see many more of my creations spreading happiness.
