Upcoming Trip
Posted 4 months agoI'll be gone for a little under 2 weeks starting on the 27th of August on a vacation. I'm still accepting commissions, but I will not be making progress on any commissions in my queue during this time, nor will I be able to respond consistently if at all to new inquiries. I feel, though, that it'll be very good for me overall. I'm hopeful that time to relax will make it easier for me to write faster and more consistently after the fact.
Feeling unwell
Posted 11 months agoI've been feeling a bit under the weather lately. It's most likely just allergies acting up this time of year, but regardless while I am trying to work as much as I can, it has slowed me down a fair bit. Apologies to anyone currently queued for the repeated delays. Your commissions are still at the forefront of my mind and are being worked on as quickly as I'm able to get through them.
Back to Work
Posted a year agoI've returned from my break and am doing well.
Mental Health Break
Posted a year agoI'm not doing well right now. I'll be taking an indefinite break from commissions and won't be accepting new ones until I'm able to get back to work. I'd like to have this resolved and resume commissions when the weekend is up, but I can make no promises. Sorry for the delays.
Friend's Commissions
Posted a year agoA dear friend of mine has open commissions on OnlyFans (https://onlyfans.com/presentlylexi). She does picture, video, and voicework commissions, and she's very talented. I highly recommend giving her a look if any of that interests you.
Minor Scheduling Update
Posted a year agoFrom now on, I'll be taking the last 2 day block off of every other month (even numbered months, specifically). This will hopefully help with burnout, since with Wednesday plus the weekend it'll equate to a full 5 day break. This should have minimal client impact, aside from the occasional extra couple days of waiting, though queue times have been reduced so drastically as of late that it shouldn't be too big of a deal.
Price Increases
Posted a year agoAs per my recent blog, prices have increased to $0.03 per word with $15 of the total cost paid up-front. I'm also currently planning on working out a more consistent work schedule, as I don't want the current wait times for each commission to become the norm. Thank you all for your patience.
Happy Vore Day!
Posted a year agoThe occasion kinda snuck up on me, and I've been rather swamped lately, so I'm afraid I don't have much plans for celebration. I hope you're all having a wonderful Vore Day, though!
Settling in + Price changes
Posted a year agoI'm currently still settling in with my current situation. I've had some things shaken up in my personal life that I'm still unraveling and processing, and I'm currently on a new computer, as my laptop crashed extremely frequently. I've made a lot of progress resettling myself on both fronts since my last journal, but I figured you all deserved to be kept updated. The only real issue left with the PC is the keyboard; it's perfectly functional, but it's not the same as what I'm used to and has much heavier keys that I find strenuous to use for prolonged writing sessions. I have a new one ordered that will be arriving sometime next week, which should eliminate physical hurdles for me. Mentally, I'm still feeling a bit stuck with so much change at one time, but I think the greater comfort and freedom that being able to type more easily and have some of the conveniences this keyboard lacks will help a lot with that. Apologies for the hefty delays; I hope to pick up pace shortly.
As for pricing changes, I intend to increase my prices to $0.03 per word starting on the 11th. As always, this will not affect your prices if you are already in the queue or have an ongoing multi-part commission. I don't want to extend my prices outside of what my clients are able to afford, but increasing my prices is strictly necessary. Writing is currently my only job, and it isn't paying very much, unfortunately. Combined with the overall support for higher prices as per my recent survey and queue times growing steadily longer as I struggle to keep up with demand, $0.03 is simply an inevitability. I'm currently planning to experiment with increasing prices by one cent every few months to find the most stable position I can with my writing. This will hopefully result in shorter queue times as well as less stress for me personally. I apologize to those who cannot afford more expensive comms, but once prices have settled I may try doing occasional free raffles or similar again.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding. I will continue doing my best to return to greater amounts of writing per day.

Returning to Work
Posted a year agoI'm back and will be resuming work shortly. My vacation wasn't as restful as I'd hoped due to some happenings in my personal life, so I may be slow to get back in gear on commissions, but I have returned.
Vacation Notice
Posted a year agoI'll be away from now until after July 24th. Commissions will be paused until this time, and my availability to answer questions regarding commissions will be limited until I return.
Commission Pricing Survey
Posted a year agoHello, all. I've returned from my mental health break and am getting back in gear. I apologize for this delay and similar ones that have been occurring; I'm still working on balancing my own well-being with getting an adequate amount of work done. Expect less delays of this type as time goes on.
In the interest of being able to save up a bit more, as this is currently my only source of income, I am again looking into potential price increases. I don't intend to go through with price changes until a month or so from now, but I'm looking to collect some data on what prices everyone is willing to pay to get a gauge on where would be a good place to go with my pricing.
I've included a survey linked below; it's completely anonymous and only a few questions long. If you could take some time to fill it out, especially if you're a past or present client of mine, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, and have a lovely day.

Short Mental Health Break
Posted a year agoHello, all. I'm just posting to let everyone know that I will not be writing until the start of next week on Monday. I've found myself feeling incredibly burnt out lately and am taking some time to take care of myself and enjoy some novelty for a while. Apologies to those waiting on commissions for this unexpected delay; I expect the pace to pick up significantly afterward.
Happy Pride Month + July Vacation Notice
Posted a year agoHappy pride month, all! Hope you're all doing lovely for yourselves.
I'll be entirely unavailable for business inquiries for the period of July 11th to July 22nd. I also will not be working during this time, so the queue will be put on hold for the duration of my absence.

Minor Pricing Changes
Posted a year agoI will now be accepting private commissions. These commissions will not be posted on any of my accounts. Private commissions incur an additional $7 fee, but the $5 fee for including human characters does not apply to private commissions. Private commissions go through the queue as usual.
I'm Alive and Active
Posted a year agoJust a quick update for those of you only following me on FurAffinity: I've still been active and post regularly, I just haven't been posting to FurAffinity much due to the content of the commissions I've been receiving. You can find my recent works on Eka's Portal and InkBunny.
Commission Price Changes
Posted a year agoAs per my last journal, my prices have been increased to $0.02 per word with the up-front portion of the cost also increasing from $5 to $10. Additionally, including explicitly human characters in a story now incurs an additional $5 fee.
Keep in mind that this does not apply to commissions already in the queue or commissions with multiple parts that have already had at least one part queued.

Commission Prices Change March 1st
Posted a year agoHello, everyone. I'd like to preface this by saying that if you are currently in my commission queue or if you have a multiple-part commission being worked on by me, this price increase will not affect your current comms. All commissions already queued will be charged as the prices were when they were added to the queue, and for any multiple-part stories that have had at least one part queued up, the entire story will be at the original price.
My commissions have been quite consistent with a queue that has grown at a rate that rivals what I'm able to output, and for that I am very thankful. You have all been very supportive of my endeavors, and I've had a wonderful time here. Since the demand is there and commissions are my only source of income, I will be increasing my prices from $0.01 per word to $0.02 per word with the up-front cost changing from $5 to $10. I will also be introducing an additional $5 fee for stories featuring characters who are explicitly human; this is because these stories cannot be posted to InkBunny and will therefore be missed by a portion of my following.
Pricing changes will go into effect March 1st and will affect all commissions purchased afterward. If you have any questions about these pricing changes, please feel free to reach out, and I'll answer them as soon as I'm able. Have a lovely day!

Work Schedule Changes
Posted a year agoHello, all.
I'm making a journal to let you all know that I am adjusting my work schedule, starting at the beginning of next week on Sunday.
I have been working on commissions daily since I began taking them a few weeks ago. I have received a steady stream of clients, which has given me consistent work, and for that I am deeply thankful. However, I have also not taken a single day off since I started.
Beginning on Sunday, I will be taking weekends and Wednesdays off. I will still be online and will respond to inquiries as normal, but I will not be working on commissioned stories during this time. I feel the need to share this information publicly, so current and future clients will be aware of my work schedule and why they may not receive any updates on certain days.
I do not expect this to slow down the progress I make on commissions, in fact quite the opposite. When I first began doing commission work, I wrote nearly 5000 words daily on good days. Many days now I find myself struggling to surpass 500. I hope that by having several days a week to not worry about commissions, I will be able to approach the former figure once again. I believe that by taking time off to care for myself, I will be able to write much more efficiently during the days I do work on commissions and will overall better maintain my health and motivation.
Thank you for understanding, and have a lovely day.

Commissions!
Posted a year agoI'm opening writing commissions!
I'll be starting with a base price of $0.01 per word as my rate, but for the first two commissions I receive, I'll half the price, since I'll be using that experience to figure out how following someone else's request changes my workflow.
Fair warning, I'm going to be picky about what I write. Writing things I'm not personally into generally leads me to grow tired and bored of my work and to create something of lesser quality, which I don't want to let happen when I'm doing commissions. If you do choose to commission me, we'll first work out the details of the story to make sure it's something I'll be able to write for you, then I'll give you a rough estimate of the cost based on how long I expect it to be.
I don't plan to write anything longer than 3000 words as a commission at the moment, as I don't generally work with longer-form stories and would prefer to write them on my own first to ensure I'll be able to provide high quality stories in higher word counts before accepting any such commissions.
There will be an upfront cost of $5 ($2.50 during the sale for the first two comms) unless the work is expected to be under 600 words. The remainder of the cost will be paid upon completion.
As for my tastes and what I will or won't write, here's a non-comprehensive guideline:
Things I enjoy:
-Any form of vore
-Any gender/sex
-Anthro or feral
-Gore, Scat/watersports, Diapers, most other kinks
-General cruelty and depravity
Things I don't enjoy:
-Clowns
-Copyrighted media characters (Not strictly off-limits, but I don't prefer writing them and am unfamiliar with or simply don't like a lot of popular characters)
-Combat-oriented vore (except for instant loss; case-by-case basis)
-Prey who are cruel/'deserve it'
-Preds who are punished for their actions
If you've any questions, feel free to ask.
Edit: The first two slots have been taken! Further commissions will be at full price.

Gauging Interest
Posted 2 years agoI'm thinking about potentially opening writing commissions. While I don't think visual arts are something I could do well enough or consistently enough for drawing commissions, I'm much more confident in my writing ability and would be interested in giving writing commissions a try.
I will be fairly strict on what I will write, merely because I do not feel I can output my best work if what I'm writing isn't something I'm personally invested in. Simply put, if I don't enjoy your request, I don't think I'll be able to fulfill it to an acceptable standard of quality.
If you would be interested in a writing commission, please do comment letting me know and stating what you'd be willing to pay for one so I can get an idea of where I should set my prices.

InkBunny
Posted 2 years agoI've created a new InkBunny account, which you can find here: https://inkbunny.net/AutumnSoft
I'll be posting some things that are more sensitive and extreme than what I've shared on Eka's Portal or FurAffinity, so be sure to update your blacklist before following if that's not your thing.

Raffle Winnner
Posted 2 years agoThis month's raffle winner is KimMadcox over on Eka's Portal. Congratulations! I'll likely be hosting another raffle at the start of next month.
Free Art Raffle (November 2023)
Posted 2 years agoThis month's free art raffle is now open.
Unlike past raffles, short story requests will now be accepted as well. The winner may choose between a drawing or a story. Due to recent burnout, the maximum allowed number of characters for drawing requests has been reduced to 2.
Art requests may feature up to 2 characters total; the same character in multiple panels/images counts multiple times. Writing requests have no hard limits, as it's difficult to determine length from a concept alone; I'll decide if they're of reasonable length using my own judgement on a case-by-case basis. My general aim is for less than 2000 words. If I'm uncomfortable with your request, I'll just ask you for a different one no big deal.
To enter: Watch my account here and comment below. You don't have to comment your request; I'll PM the winner when the raffle is finished. The winner will be announced through this blog. Please only comment if you're alright with the finished product being posted publicly on this account and my Eka's Portal. Comments from this post and the one on my Eka's Portal will be pooled together before a random one is chosen. You must be 18 or older to enter.
Entries will close and the winner will be selected on Sunday the 5th. I do not have an estimate on how long the request itself will take after the winner is selected, but it will hopefully be done within the week, depending on complexity.
