I have too many things backing up unsubmitted still. I really need to remedy that, both in the art and stories department. Expect a trickle of submissions as I get things up today to share with all of you!

I have no idea why, but my Chrome browser has stopped showing thumbnails and images for anything on the site except ads and the main header. It's making browsing very hard as the only way to see anything is clicking the download button. CTRL F5 isn't helping, resetting the browser is also not helping. This is also an FA exclusive problem for me. Firefox still shows everything normally as well.

Anyone know why it would exhibit such behavior only on Furaffinity?

I just worked on a character reference in Gimp for 6 hours straight covering every little thing an artist might need to know about my thylacine character Teela to make it easier to explain everything about him to others. It went into a lot of very specific stuff like color coded regions showing where his fur stretches the most from swallowing prey and causes the skin to show through his fur, areas his fur thins to skin naturally, views of what his navel looks like both normally and prey bulged, side views of how much it sticks out in either state, his colors, how wide his jaws can open, more naughty details found between his legs...a whole lot of stuff that is immensely helped with a visual aid.

But then when I tried to save it, Gimp crashed.

Drawing is an excruciating exercise for me. It's been at least a year since the last time I did it, and probably at least two years since I did it seriously. I can't just recover from this; the investment cost from myself was too taxing. I can laugh off when I lose a few hours worth of writing because that's my thing, but this? This feels like something precious to me just died and I'll never get it back. My precious creation has been ripped away from me forever. The first thing I have ever had even remotely resembling a reference sheet, and for a character that's never been in any art before and is on the verge of being in more. I was all excited and ready to submit this to an artist I want to commission a several page vore comic from involving Teela, and every ounce of my free time before having to go to bed for another soul-sucking work day in retail has been expended already. All the more painful when I did an hour of overtime before coming home and have to ask myself if it might not have crashed if I'd come home at the normal time and worked on it then. And it's all gone, all for naught. I am nowhere closer to getting this thing moving and feel no drive to even try such a monumental task a second time.

I only hope this enraged feeling of hopelessness leaves me by the time I get up, I can't be going to work feeling like this; it's bad enough I didn't get to do anything relaxing before I have to go back to the daily grind again. There won't be any risk of sleep deprivation today, oh no. It's going to be very easy this time to drop my head onto the pillow and shut it all out. Goodbye, my reference sheet.

Whelp, just Silver check marked the 10 star difficulty quests. The only thing left available is the urgent to solo a Fatalis, but that doesn't unlock anything.

Guess I have to solo Guild Hall quests balanced for 2 hunters now. I believe the unavailable quests in 6 and 10 star difficulty at this point must only unlock after further progress in the Guild Hall, much like I have observed from before I was HR5 and stuff was also not appearing.

On the plus side I have already upgraded to a gold guild card, and finally got to do a quest for the Funky Felyne. I'm now up to 26 different hammers, nine of which are needing another stage of upgrade to remain maxed for what is available to me to obtain.

At this point I'm quite comfortably into High Rank quests, and have been taking my time completing every single available quest. Despite this, the level 6 quests are still showing a silver check mark even though there is no one anywhere who has a quest for that difficulty. A part of me wonders if it has anything to do with this Felyne that was in my room digging through my stash one time but left disappointed. I completed all 7 and 8 quests, though.

At this point I am also keeping about 20 different hammers fully upgraded as far as possible. Dem Hammers bruh, DEM HAMMERS.

I haven't done any guild hall quests in quite a while now. Those monsters are so far behind I bet. x)

I gave in and got a 3Ds and Monster Hunter 4 less than a week ago and just cleared low rank solo. I have yet to fail a quest. That Elder Dragon was quite fun as a hammer user...but that much rolling and diving about ruined my fingers!

I just had a chimichanga that had no meat in it whatsoever. It was completely empty. It was just a tube of hot air and disappointment. You do not deny a hyena his delicious meat! After all the years we've shared together, how could you betray me like this, chimichanga! </3

Just dropped below 17,000 submission notifications, the oldest being from 827 days ago. Finally nearing that two years mark. Is FA going faster yet? :P

Got my oldest submissions below from 1000 days ago and below 20,000 total submissions. Ideally I will progress far enough that if they do implement an automatic deletion of submission notices older than a certain date I won't lose anything I didn't check yet.

I just did some searches on content types and turned up a whole load of content by people I watch that never went into my list at all. I'm probably missing journals too. This database maintenance can't be over too soon. x.x

In other news apparently old notifications might slow the system down for everybody. My oldest stuff is just under 3 years old in my list, so in the spirit of helping out I have already reduced my backlog from 26,000 submissions to just below 23,000. This is too much furry material to legally look at in a day...

I am surprised how I'm still steadily gaining new watchers considering how long it's been since I posted anything up! Thanks so much for following me! I can only imagine how many watchers I would be gaining if I'd posted even a fraction of the massive backlog of things I have yet to post up... >_>

Also in a step to make my Thylacine character Teela more official I have made a page for him on F-list as Teela Thylacine. I've tweaked his kinks a bit compared to Avereth's and the hungry thylacine guy will be just as happy to bloat his gut with squirmy prey to enjoy slowly digestiing over a few days while shamelessly getting off on it. :9

Now if only I could actually draw him. That story icon he is on is soooo derpy looking.

I need to talk with people more though. I used to be able to keep up with the pages and happenings of each and every watcher, but now there's more than 400 of you and this poor yena just can't do that any more so say things to me here! I want you to know I want to always be completely accessible to any one of you at any time. I'm just really shy so you probably make me more nervous than I make you.

Is there something you especially like about my posted stuff, or about my writing style. Some sort of imagined fantasy involving my characters and/or yours? Is there a way you would hope to get eaten by me, or even stuff yourself with a hyena? I love hearing every naughty detail of these kinds of things; they can be encouraging or inspirational. Are meerkats awesome as predators sometimes? Does anyone even KNOW what a thylacine is!?!

If I had more time I'd be doing a lot more roleplays, maybe some more story commissions too. I need to fund more dirty vore art...

Also this game is soooo not coming to the West, Sega seriously just fired a bunch of employees in their USA division, so if you've been holding out defiantly for a western release just give up being stubborn and come play on the JP servers. We've made patches of our own to translate virtually everything in the game so you have no excuse to be lazy!

This is a desperate journal going out to anyone opposed to the callous disregard of life that is going to result in the euthanization of every single hyena at the Berkeley colony at the end of the year if there is no place for them to go by that point. These animals were studied for years there to give a better understanding of hyenas, but now that the research isn't seen as important the funding has been cut and by law it's perfectly acceptable to just kill all of the animals. If you have any money to spare at least some of the animals might be able to be saved from such an ethically wrong fate.

If you are like me and are scraping by on every paycheck you can still spread the word, seek out charitable entities, and in general try to get more attention to this cause. We have youtube, twitter, facebook, innumerable social networks to get attention with.

I just don't want these hyenas to die after the atrocities of 'research' committed to some of them over the course of the program. Enough hyenas were already euthanized to be picked apart by researchers greedy for knowledge in past years. Well, if there's one positive thing to be gained with the new healthcare laws kicking in and making sure I stay a poor and underemployed part time peon, it's that I can start to work through a massive backlog of FA submissions to view, fav, and sometimes even comment. Said backlog is a year long by this point though, so I'm sorry if I don't comment on something!

I'm absolutely ashamed this game even has the Diablo name attached to it. I'm not even going to talk about all the absurd plot segments and annoying in-game cutscenes.

The primary driving force that makes me want to uninstall this game and never look at it again is that it is designed so that playing by yourself to get your own drops of gear has been very intentionally made next to impossible. It is as bad as trying to hunt rare and epic drops off world enemies in World of Warcraft, or trying to hunt those uber 1/14000+ drops in Phantasy Star Online. Furthermore, as you progress to Nightmare mode and up, the items enemies drop begin dropping further and further below your own current level! It gets to where even if you do get a good drop, its stats are atrocious regardless. On top of that, the stats that can go on it are so completely randomized you will 90% of the time get useless stats that serve no purpose for your class, making the item even more useless. Also, crappy blue items are generally better than RARE or LEGENDARY ITEMS. In fact, legendary items are by far worse than most blue and rare items. What. The. Fuck? Oh, did I mention that magic find does almost nothing in this game? You also can't get good drops off bosses unless you're in Inferno Difficulty, kill 5 elite packs to get the special 'Nephalem Valor' buff up to 5x, and even then you will still get terrible drops, which have only been made even worse. They also just increased repair costs by 500%, reduced the gold you get out of items like jars, pots, and dead bodies, and made it so said things never drop anything besides gold anymore.

You are only able to get anywhere yourself in Hell difficulty by using the auction house since enemy drops become so sub-par you literally cannot kill some champion packs even using your super abilities. This means you get no sense of achievement, and don't get to have any fun hunting your own items, ever! I wish I had known from the beginning to just stack Gold Find so I could farm the Auction House boss who is clearly the real endgame content. With the new repair costs gold will be so hard to come by people will be driven to the Real Money Auction House since farming for gold has been severely damaged, which was Blizzard's intent all along. I felt less punished playing Battle of The Immortals, a free to play Korean MMO, and that is horrifyingly bad to realize. I think I'd rather put money into their Cash Shop over the Real Money Auction House, too.

And I'm not even done complaining yet.

There are no longer skill trees, attribute points, or easily swapping out skills. There's a stupid action bar which is not even able to really be customized unless you discover the ability to put any skill type in any slot hidden in a little checkbox with other mundane options. They have also introduced stupid skills with very long cooldowns that are basically mandatory to kill many champion packs. Long gone are the days you didn't need to have anything like that, but many, many elements of Diablo 3 are taken directly from World of Warcraft, another Blizzard game I have permanently broken up with. The level cap is 60, and you have to be at it to even begin inferno content. Level caps of 60 suuuure sound familiar don't they? The mercenaries in this game are utter trash. They couldn't kill something unless they were to hit it for like 10-30 minutes! You also have even less fun gearing them than you did in Diablo 2, and the bonuses they give you are really, really lackluster. They have also put enrage timers on bosses and even champion packs. This is again pulled directly from WoW to ensure your gold is dropped into the now 500% larger repair bills.

I just...I don't even want to yell about this bullshit anymore. I want the 60$ back I paid for my digital copy, and the 60$ that went into a physical copy I wanted my roommate to install so he could play with me I never even opened. This game is so bad it makes me almost physically ill, and since I was casually playing it it took me a while to start to realize the scam this game is and the building dissent on the forums.

The Diablo franchise ended with the Lord of Destruction expansion for Diablo 2, and even after all these years I am still, even now, enjoying that. So if anyone ever wants to play an IP connect game of that please let me know. It may help me forget all the hours of my time I wasted on Diablo 3 only to have years of pent up excitement and anticipation spat on and ground underfoot by the current Blizzard executives.

Edit- okay I have to get out one last complaint that is too major to skip: Remember how you could put on magic find and get yourself a near full slot filling of uniques and rares and set pieces in Diablo 2 even before hitting level 30? You can't even do that in Diablo 3 before 60 without spending an astronomical fortune. And even at 60 you still won't be hunting them up yourself. The diversity of legendaries and set pieces in Diablo 3 is a mere pittance of what you could find for about every single level requirement in Diablo 2!

Not mine, but it shows how delightfully crazy it can get when multiple boss enemies engage you at once.

I'm looking for anyone who currently plays the SCHTserv version of Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst, or is interested in trying it out. Phantasy Star Online is a quite amazing game, with a wonderful variety of weaponry and other items that make running around killing monsters hoping to get specific rares with variable stats enjoyable. There are no official Sega servers for this game anymore, but SCHTserv is the largest private server dedicated to keeping this game alive, unspoiled, and hack free. It's a quite active server, with easily near 300, or even over 300 players on during the day at once during the busy hours, and even more during big events. Yes, they have events, and make new quests sometimes, and even now still work to improve the game and fix longstanding problems.

With the most recent update the game has become even better. As if getting a new, shared bank that links all the characters on your account wasn't enough a while back, materials and grinders can now stack to 99 instead of being unstackable, meaning for me at least that my days of inventory hell on my 2 busiest accounts is over forever. They also increased the material use on all Newman race characters to 200, balancing character stat growth issues that they had before. In addition, the change that excites me the most of all is that while at the moment all quest reward items have been removed and some specific quests removed from the game, these were all being used as the target of hacking exploits to gain items. In the future, every item removed from being obtainable by this change will be added into the drop charts of the different character section ids, meaning a whole new depth to the rare hunting and a reduction in some of the redundant and terrible filler weapons some enemies can drop. Best of all, it means that many weapons that could not have any variable percentage attributes on them or hit will now be able to have it!

Add to this the fact they already combined many redundant caster oriented shields into just a few far more powerful ones and made many caster weapons have significantly improved boosts to make forces actually able to deal comparable damage on their own and the server is looking better than ever. There is also a generally updated every 2 or 3 months list of reward items in the game's casino where you can trade accrued tickets you can collect every day to get often unobtainable or usefully attributed items. In addition, every month a specific 6 hour time slot is chosen for the same day of the week that month to have doubled rare and rare monster appearance rates, making for a good time to get in that hunting you've been meaning to do!

I have played this game since its original incarnation on the Dreamcast with V1, and will continue to play it even after the now announced to be free to download and play Phantasy Star Online 2 by Sega comes out. I love to teach others and introduce them to the game and help them get the game running, so feel free to comment or note me if you would like to learn how to download the game and give it a try out. Do note that while I sometimes hand out free rares and stuff, I am very cautious about doing so as if I spoil you then you will likely become irritated that you don't get instant rewards later when killing monsters trying to get rares. This game will not reward you if you do not have any patience, and it's important to teach a player to learn to enjoy working for his or her own rewards at an early stage or they will quit the game early on.
