I have been dealing with something's I'm unsure how to label this but here.
Back in April of 2023 I had an dissociative panic attack . Simply put my brain lost oxygen for moment and forgot where I was. Tbh the unknowingness of my location is one of my biggest fears. I had a major panic attack the first that was this bad. Ever since then time and myself feel off strange I can't understand it. I feel real but I don't and I'm wondering if I'm dreaming. I'm now forgetting alot of things of these past months for example my father went up to New Jersey and I have no memory of that. As my partner who is diagnosed with a memory disorder dose remember that. My anxiety has been higher and my thought clarity isnt as their.
May was difficult very much so, I still feel horrible. I had a multiple panic attacks and I worried my partner alot. Sorry Baja, there were 3 days I couldn't leave my bed I was to sad. I have never really experienced anything like this?
