Hey everyone it's been a long time! I've moved over to  Chookums

Going to try to do a series of fallout creatures in ballpoint pen as the title suggests. Going to focus more underrated species and those I have thought of are:
nightstalkers, mole rats, brahmin, bighorners, giant mantises, yao guai, radstags, fog crawlers, gulpers, anglers, mirelurks and geckos.
Maybe a cazador if I get better at insects and death claws will probably be last due to their popularity and not wanting to mess it up really badly by doing it while I'm not that good. Hope you guys like it when I finish 'em it'll probably be a long term project to keep me busy.

The DVC stuff has arrived and oh my gosh I need to find a reliable turquoise/light blue plastic source if anyone knows please tell me for toony eyes!

Even though I haven't started the foamwork for the gecko due to lack of motivation and I have no brown fur for my rabbit I thought hey what if I made a brittany spaniel fursuit since canines are more common and have more tutorials and stuff and it would be gorgeous! Like a practise before my bunny! I got my DVC Base a while back btw and it's gorgeous the tongue is all squishy and like woah :D

Apparently my fursuit has to have lots of embroidery and stitchery because it's not creative enough 'just' to make a fursuit of a fruit gecko like wtf? GRR Chiko is mad B( and I might have to make the stupid balaclava myself because it is not original and you can't use a pattern so I may have to make it up from scratch unless I negotiate since the director said it was okay to embellish a balaclava that's bought but also it might not be idk I am super confused poor Smoothie I love the gecko and wanna make him bad :( I guess I could stitch gecko sticky feet stuff that they use to stick to walls and scale details but I need to work on my embroidery and would have to use an even shorter pile fur but seal is already short!? Like maybe minky but it slips and creases like crazy blegh

Basically there's an art competition meaning I have to redo my plans for fursuits, I will be wearing 'Smoothie' to furdu if any so I have to make a con badge and he's a cutie knob tailed gecko based off a smoothie duh but yeah it has to be original and since the resin blank was DVC it had to be something else so I am starting from scratch wish me luck with the competition! Dunno what material to use for his skin/scales though..

Yup yup I ordered a rabbit resin blank from the awesome dvc because I have been admiring their work for ages but have been too timid to move to resin (I have done several foam wip suits that have turned out eh due to being experiments)!
^v^ So yeah it's gonna be my fursona and I got a kit with normal eyes and some large eyes to see which eye size will look better on her so I might ask for your opinions when the time comes but omg so excited!!
Sewn markings of brown (still choosing the fur, ordered some swatches) on caramel luxury shag due to airbrushes being hella expensive and fear of washing out. Moveable jaw of course. No paw pads due to it being a bunny rabbit and they have fluff instead of paw pads after researching. No idea what to do for the ear lining though.. More updates coming soon!
