From Monday, I will be opening up commissions as I am nearly done with the sheet, as it will be July then and half a year gone this is where I will pick up my groove in my own time ~

Hey guys I just wanna be brief explaining what's been happening to me in the past few weeks and finally am ready to make it public.


Ever since September last year my mum started to have intense pain in one of her knees and the hospital's X-ray found that her knee is fractured, she had to spend her months on a wheelchair while her knee recovered which it didn't, just last month they found the painful fracture in her knee was actually a form of cancer and had to have an operation to remove it, the good news with that is the operation was a success and she will be fine, the bad news is she has to remain in hospital for an uncertain amount of time which has been happening for about a month which was hard to me to deal with, but hopefully it will be a matter of time that she would return home in a couple weeks time.


As we are now already nearly reached the halfway point of 2024, I have interest in returning to drawing to help with my sanity but it's gonna be a little different, I might consider opening up a Patreon at some point when I am ready to so I have space to store my personal art on the side while for something more artistic will remain free for you guys to see, I will have a think about what tiers should I offer to the best of my ability, while it may be a slow start I will try to get better over time, just so you know having a Patreon or something whatsoever will not effect the content I post here, it's just the extra personal stuff that I don't normally show will only be behind a paywall, I'm sure you will think that makes sense so I can continue to furfill my living and reaching my goal as a freelance artist as a career.


To start slowly before that and not rushing it I will begin to open up a Ko-Fi or something at some point this week after I make a new pic of my avatar, I will begin drawing something from tomorrow to help myself and to share what I have come up with for you guys to see.


Later in the year, I will consider opening up commissions as well, I need to find out what my art skill would be worth.

Just so you know my energy is coming back and now that it's June, I am willing to step up my game at my own pace, hope you all been okay and had a good May ~

It's near the end of the first half of 2024 already, shivers! ~

While there are no limits that I can let you do with drawing my OC's (at least at this time as I did get more tolerable) I however wanna let you know a couple things I don't want you doing with them:


Please do not draw genitals on my characters if they do not have them normally, there is a difference between universes of SFW and NSFW characters and I do not want a negative view on characters that is safe for everyone to see, if the case you are drawing Albino the Goblin however, you are allowed to draw him anatomically correct, if I introduce characters that are more anthromorphic and if they have genitals, that's when you are allowed to draw them if they're showing nude, I like to keep things separate.


Example: If Rico does not have a dick, you do not draw him with a dick, same goes for my other characters who do not have them.


BUT, drawing my SFW characters being involved with your NSFW pics is allowed as I'm okay with that, just no genitals on my characters please if they do not have them normally.


Also please do not draw anything with body wastes as they are disgusting (in my opinion), I won't have any grudges of people or going against them if they like that stuff however but keep in mind not everyone likes that stuff, that means no dirty diapers either.

Lastly, nothing involving hate or anything tasteless that makes anyone feel uncomfortable, my characters are not made for that stuff.

Wanna hear my opinion when people do watermarks on their images? Hope this doesn't sound unpopular to some but remember, I am entitled to my own opinion on the matter.


I have nothing against watermarks on anywhere of the image as I do it too since I started this account but what really annoys me so much is people putting large watermarks all over their images as it ruins the atmosphere, it's not a problem if they show full view images behind their paywalls.


I can understand people really hate art thieves and don't want their art stolen but hear this: If you have your own unique art style and if someone uses it just remember your own art style is proof enough to know that the art is yours and people who uses your images are always their dumb moves and if they claim it, they don't have any proof of the tools they used or have any WIP files unless they credit you for the art but I'm not sure if people would still like that, so yeah always keep your WIP files and don't get too complainant. :P


How I watermark is putting the mark over the effects in the background so it's difficult to be removed and it won't have to be all over the image, keep in mind I do hand draw and always keep all my drawings in a box so at any event if someone steals my art and if they claim it? I have proof that it's really from me with showing the drawing and besides my unique style I draw is my identity so I don't think anybody would have any desire to steal my work, it makes me not worried but just in case, I have protocols to deal with this situation. XP


So yeah it's simple to put on watermarks on the corner of your image on the effects in the background that is hard to remove instead of large watermarks over your image, unless the images are adopts on offer which I find it fine to watermark over the image.

Face it guys, AI art magic alone through prompts is not the true skill of art no matter how better the AI tools get, even seeing it for myself there are times where pics always turn out disfigured or looking something disturbing, mainly on Pokemon art for example, so making money from AI art is not the best idea as it robs real artists of their rightful income and it's concerning actually because people are buying art that's been slapped with multiple art assets from existing art, plus it also hinders future artists of not getting skill, I really think there should be laws in place that regulates on AI art to make sure it's not being used for the wrong reasons of making money from it.


AI art should only be good for making crap posts, getting a little help or even making something better than AI art, you should all know that art is really something that's only embraced by only the power of the human mind and will always be.


Always remember, true art is from the human itself and it doesn't matter if my content is not really detailed like the others, it's still appealing to the human eye as people really do love my characters themselves, that is really something to be grateful for!

It is with great honour to announce that today is February 1st which means it's the day I first made my popular loveable bat character Nyx! Yep, today is his birthday and it's now 8 years, wow time does fly! :D


Back in 2015 where here on DA I was under my old username dracozek, my drawing skills started to evolve and I had gotten more good outside of dragons and other reptiles, I had a soft spot for bats of any kind as I learned they are important for the eco system and the bats we have here are native, these species are protected at all costs and so very many of them fly across the guy anywhere at night, they're good for the environment.


Upon me loving bats in general and because I saw an adoring bat art from one of my watchers I thought I could practice drawing them and could give bats my own personal rendition like I did with dragons in the first place, and so because of the inspiration I had I thought of my first bat character Fangs later renamed to Flick!

I really loved how he turned out so I decided to keep on working more on drawing bats, after a few later during the year it then got to 2016 where I experimented on more possible designs then on Feb 1st which is today, I came up with an experimental design of a black personal rendition bat with shoes like Yoshi's but despite him being an experimental character design I decided to give him a quick bat name and then I thought of the name on my own that is.... Nyx! :D

At first he was only gonna appear one time but to my surprise while I was chatting with one of my top followers through notes (who is unfortunately not around here anymore), he said he really loved how he came out and asked me if I can draw him again then I thought.... yeah sure why not? ^^


Then I came with this image with the inspiration of duck river half an hour close to my area with tribute to the smoke stacks from the old oil refinery that got demolished later that year! (It was an icon to the area)

As I drew him more which was requested, more people started to really like him and as I personally really like how he looked too, that's the point where I started to make him my main personal character due to his popularity with other people, Nyx being a loveable character was unexpected but I'm really happy that I really decided to experiment and came up with this character design which his personality was having really friendly traits who loves life and is social to others, since then I thought experimenting something new is one of the best things I can do and can even sometimes pull off an impossible that no-one else can think of, something is really unique with the way I design characters but at this time I wish to improve more on current designs to make them look more unique and not looking the same.


The more over the years I drew Nyx the bat he started to evolve more and more making him standing out really well among others, while people would think that Nyx is cool but to many others he really is a gentle cutie with putting great charms on others to make someone's day more bright! :3

I very much really happy that you all really enjoy seeing this fella who really now has a special place in my heart, 8 years really is a long time and he'll be sure to continue to make main appearances for many more years to come! :D

Today is a special day for all us Australians and to all my Australian buddies here, Happy Australia Day! :3


I don't give a stuff if anyone has got a problem with this or they want the day to be changed, I will continue to celebrate Australia Day on this day for many more years to come!

Just now my household now has fit in a new modem and it is more faster and has a wider coverage and conforms to be working more better than the old one, so now it should stop cutting out and make my internet life so much easier and the best thing is, I can now be more active online! >w<

Hey guys, I thought to make a clarification with what I said in my Journal yesterday as it might have came out the wrong way.


Regarding in my past artwork from years ago I mentioned, I don't dislike how I turned out in my starting years and probably I shouldn't have said anything (due to me being in emotional stress) but a friend has told me that looking at past art and your supporters is a great way to improve, so it's not all that bad but some people would have seen me as a shit poster, this does show that you can't please anyone.


With how I said I was wanting to try something different, my freedom skill will not be going anywhere and neither does my characters, I just thought sometimes I thought I like to think of something outside the box when I need to, something that gets out of my comfort zone, it wouldn't be something overly a bit much on the dramatic side though.


I'm also gonna take into thought to not make a one subject thing with my content as I'm gonna be taking some risks and going for different things whenever I come up with something, it might be the right thing to do with me but while some people do make a one content thing like noticing some people only focusing on Pokemon art, nothing wrong with that but it's not something I like to achieve with just Pokemon art.


Now with that out of the way I thought to mention that I been playing a lot more games lately, many I am familiar with of course but I just started to get into modern gaming such as games I never played before like GTA 5 and something out of the box like Detroit: Become Human, while these are different than what I normally play I just started to get settled in into more games at this generation, if you give some good known games a chance you never know if you might enjoy them, as for me being a GTA fan I'm enjoying the fifth one a lot.


As more games I play often it really distracted me from my mental wellbeing, I'd love to also find a way to fit some drawing in my time as I do feel like I want to draw again, without pushing myself of course.


I'll feel completely better with myself in due time as I have lately been taking good care of myself so I'll end 2023 on a positive note and a friend once said, everyday is better.

I been known for drawing cartoon dragons all these times usually, but it's now safe to say that I actually been getting better with other species, my goal would be to mix things a bit to make sure I do something different each time, I also been wanting to change my ways a bit to make sure I come up with something more unique as I been feeling lately, I admit I am not proud of my past ideas for my art years back as most were a bit cringe but I appreciate that it got me to how I am today and if people enjoyed my art in the past times before I became AviZergen, that's the kind of support I really am thankful with you guys for ~


I'm slowly getting more better mentally as time goes on but still trying to sort out my sleeping issues, now that it's December is the Christmas period and is a good time to spread you all wishes, I have been affected with the mood of paranoia but while all you guys are still here, it really helps me out ~


I'll get to drawing again eventually, I just needed all my personal time I can use to help support myself and to keep my demons away, it won't be easy but I will try my best.


This year has been garbage for me but hope I'll be better in 2024 and will do something more different in art rather than just focusing on one thing all the time.
