January 4th was my birthday, I turned 27, hooray, I'm an old woman!

I planned to write a journal about it earlier, as well as post the art that I almost finished the day before, but I didn't have enough energy for it. I'm sorry to everyone who I haven't replied for a long time and did not get in touch. There was some kind of total mess around, I don't even know how to comment on it.

Right after the new year, I fell down the cleaning rabbit hole. For 3 days I threw out everything superfluous from the apartment, cleaned and went shopping for food and alcohol. 3 body bags and 5 smaller ones went to the dump, it seems a few orcs will return home unpacked :D

Even at 5 a.m. on my birthday I found myself in the kitchen washing out the refrigerator. I barely had time to do everything before the arrival of the guests, and then I nervously made sure that all the guests were comfortable. After a lot of work last year and non-stop preparation for the birthday, it turned out that I am too exhausted and still in the mode of increased concentration. Everything didn't go the way I planned, I took on too many responsibilities and plans and ended up having a nervous breakdown right in the middle of the celebration. I cried a lot, quarreled with my fiance, and then drank and slept a lot for several days.

I seem to be feeling a lot better now, but I'm still a little worried that I didn't write the journal in time and come up with further plans for the year. You have probably already begun to guess that I am a little mentally ill :">

So I really look forward to your greetings, it will relieve my stupid state a little. And also thanks for reading this, it's really important for me to share my experiences with you from time to time. I feel supported and it makes me calmer and happier.

In general, if don’t pay attention to a few hysterical breakdowns, I celebrated my birthday quite pleasantly. My girls came and gave me nice gifts. I decided to discover my talent as a bartender and made several cocktails. We drank delicious red wine, ate olives and dried meat. And also "disgusting cheese" as my fiance says. My parents also stopped by for a short visit and praised me for cleaning up nicely. Haha I can do a lot in 3 days

Next year I don't want to do anything, I'll be fine with watching series and a good night's sleep, and even better, a week off from work. I hope by that time I will gather an even bigger audience and stop worrying that I didn't earn enough. This is my birthday wish *dreamily blows out the candle on the cake*

On July 21, a terrible tragedy happened. You can congratulate me - I finally got a visa! Now I'm waiting for my passport to be returned and I haven't seen the visa itself yet, but the final decision already appeared on the Canadian website yesterday. Approved!
Now I can at least start thinking about how to get to Canada. My fiance says that I can go anytime and his relatives will gladly accept me, but I don't want to go without him. Besides, they are not my relatives yet, it will be inconvenient for me to distract them. I hope the war will end soon, the enemies will all die, and I will have a beautiful wedding and honeymoon in Toronto... I have the right to dreams.

And a few words about Easter
I recently learned that the Orthodox Easter is a week later than the Catholic one. Congratulations to everyone who has already dyed eggs and celebrated well with families!✨ I still have it this weekend, but in the meantime I did a general cleaning for a few days and found some interesting recipes for dyeing eggs that I will bring to my relatives :)

I was planning a great event and I was upset that I didn't know about it earlier and couldn't prepare properly. However, this week I also thought that I would manage earlier and did not notice how the week was almost over. So... let me know if anyone is interested in the Easter event, even if it's late, because I'm not sure if it makes sense. Most likely, I will try to finish this idea and show it to you. In any case, I plan to do it next year as well.

Perhaps you have heard about the Canadian program of CUAET. My fiance and I applied for a visa to Canada back in September, because it was an incredible chance to get it. We hoped to go there on our honeymoon when the war was over and we could finally get married. He has relatives living there and he told me a lot of cool things about this country, so the opportunity to get this visa was a great chance for us. Unfortunately, it was quite long, although it is strange - I thought it was an emergency visa for refugees. It is strange to wait six months for an emergency visa. My fiance actually waited 6 months, but I had a little problem... Probably due to some technical error on the website, my letter with an invitation to biometrics arrived on the same day that I registered, but this is impossible. At first, we closely followed all the messages. That week it turned out that I received a letter and I have absolutely no time, I may lose this chance. I was a little panicked and didn't know what to do. This program may end in the spring. We consulted with people who are engaged in this, and in conclusion, I have to do biometrics urgently, there is no time to think. The visa center in Kyiv is not working and I was hoping to go to Lviv, but it turned out that the only option I had left was to go to Poland. In a few days I bought all the necessary tickets and spent all the money I had on it. I didn't even know trains were so expensive these days, wow. I have one-way train and bus tickets, as I plan to spend the night with a friend in Krakow for a few days and then drive back to Ukraine with her. I hope the plan will succeed. There is a possibility that I will not be able to stay in my friend's apartment for the entire trip, maybe I will have to live in a hostel for a few days. I still don't know some of the details. I'm not going to spend a lot, I'm usually pretty thrifty, but I worry that I might not have enough. And I would like to feel comfortable in another country. By the way, this is my first visit there. Dear Poles, thank you very much for supporting Ukraine. I want to enjoy your beautiful country, take some nice photos and buy some souvenirs🤍💖

I did not prepare at all for this trip and did not collect enough money. The month was actually not very good. I'm still working on past orders and haven't received any new orders during February.
