Cosplay YCH price changes!

I know I said in my last journal that the YCH prices would not be changing, however after getting two requests for them...
The amount of time that I now put in to working on these pieces has increased, along with my art's quality overall.
As such, I will be updating all of my "Cosplay YCH" postings over time to have new pricing. That said, all of the current ones will be available for $60USD!
(Some may also disappear from the roster of choices, though that is not to make them completely unavailable. Remember you may always request a character for the same price as the YCHs listed prices!)
I simply feel that the change is fair for me, myself, and how I have grown as an artist in the last couple years is deserving for me to not underprice my work.

Generalized prices are as follows(all pricing in USD, as usual);
Bust sketch - $60
Full body sketch - $75
+$15 for flat colour.
+$15 for shading.
+$30 for a background.
Reference sheets - $140+
Reference sheet comes at base, with front and back view, as well as colour palette.
Extra details will be extra cost depending what details you want added. (Extras will average to $5-10 a piece ask for details)
"Scene" sketches start at $200, which will include two characters and simple background.
+$50 per extra character
+$30 for a more detailed background
Also don't forget I've got a boatload of YCHs, both original and "cosplay" YCHs of many preset characters, groups and the like, and always take suggestions for more and would gladly do one of a character outfit that I haven't thought to put up yet!

Posted 8 years agoI know I take a lot of unannounced hiatuses, this last year has been crazy for me though, and I really apologize for not being around so much! x__x
I've got a few things I'm going to be working on, one being a webcomic(non-fur) but others are some personal art pieces. I'm going to try getting more into drawing every day and such.

I've finally made use of the groups, and most things are organized properly into folders! Yayyy!
Of course, the main gallery still looks like a mess, but if I can fix that, I will do so. xD
Not everything is quite done yet, but it's definitely getting there! Posted 10 years agoSo, things are slow in life. In art. In everything..
A lot of things have been happening completely out of my control lately, and it's really bothering me. But that's not what I need feedback for. Just my excuse for being so absent lately.
What I'd like to know, is what you're all interested in seeing? I've heard some talk of steam punk and magick-based stuff, so I'll be trying to get some of that done soon. Other than that, however, I've got nothing. My inspiration has been lacking the last few months, and there's a variety of reasons why, all of them leading me to the thoughts of "that's not really an excuse." D; Hoping to find my creative spark again- if any suggestions could be given on that, as well, that'd be grand.
If I can find said spark, I'd also like to ask what you would all think of me starting on patreon? I've mentioned it in passing before, but never really sat down to think about it.
If I did, as a supporter, what sort of bonus material would you all like to see there, as well? Comics, doodles, more realistic pieces, perhaps tutorials on how I personally do things? Leave suggestions~
On another note- I know my last journal said I was back, and then I had nothing to show for it for two months.. ; n ; I'm so sorry about that.. I'm still here! I still check the site, I just, as I said, haven't had a creative spark.. ; n ; It's bothering me to no end..

But I'm back! :3 And while work might have a bit of a slower flow from me than before, for a bit longer, I will still be working. :3

Posted 11 years agoSo, I think I'm going to actually get a table at the Artists Alley as a vendor next year at the local convention (Hal-Con)!
However, I'm lacking some ideas. xD
That's where guy guys come in! :D I'd really appreciate it if you guys could help me come up with some things to draw for sale at the convention as prints! o3o I'll also be doing book marks, and possibly some pins and stuff, too~ But I just need those ideas to get flowing. x3
It's a Sci-Fi and comic convention, so I'm thinking about doing some things along those lines, of course, but it also has a fantasy feel to it, as well, as many people still go as other game, anime, movie, show, etc characters! o3o So Some things that would appeal to a wide audience is what I'd really like. >w<
Doesn't have to be furs, either. o3o I'll be doing a mix of stuff, for sure. Just... need some help getting started. xD I've been in a creative rut lately, and this seems like a good push to get me out of it. :3

Posted 11 years agoAs I'm sure at least a few people heard - the Tropical Storm, Arthur, that just made it's way along the Eastern coast of North America has done quite a bit of damage. The area where I live, took a LOT of damage. We lost power for six days, and because of such, my father is lacking in funds for us - while this is my only source of income at the moment, it's hard to really help a lot, because commissions have been really slow, lately...
I was hoping to do some YCHs, Icons, or general commissions to help my dad out a bit, but in order to do that, I need the help of you beautiful people on this site. ; w ; <3
Dad spent a lot of money paying for gas to keep our generator going to keep our deep freeze going, but the fridge, fridge freezer and our smaller freezer all ended up unable to be powered. We lost a LOT of food which we don't really have the money right now to replace, and any help would be like crazy large amounts of appreciated! ; w ;
Things are rough for many people in many areas around my home, in and outside the community/town/county, everywhere, really. 3: But I'd like to start with helping my dad, most of all. I owe him everything, having raised me on his own... Unfortunately, I need help to help him... ; n ;

Sketch books and commissions?!
Posted 12 years agoSo I've seen a bunch of people doing these sketch book sales lately, and I've been thinking of doing them myself. I'm not sure what I would price them at though... I was thinking depending on an auction price, I could do some colour, some inked, some detailed shading, and others just line art, chibis, etc. But I'm not 100% sure. They would be probably 50+ pages, hard-cover sketch books, and such. :I I dunno. Suggestions?
On the other hand; I know I don't really have commission information up on here yet, but I'm open for them! I do character sketches (much like the ones I've done of my character Yoko, recently) for about $25. I can do chibis for about $15, and reference sheets (Like what I did for myself, Aya, not long ago), for $40+, depending on what you want included. Detailed backgrounds are available, but depending on what they are, they will be more expensive, we'll talk about it when it comes up though. :3
Commissions are open to pretty much anything in regards as to what's drawn. Though I may not accept things like Scat/Watersport, Vore, baby fur or Macro/Micro pieces. Though I'll accept most everything for the right price. ;D
