Ayashe's Terms of Service
as of 9/18/15


Relating to all work purchased from me:


- All art purchased is copyright Ayashe on Furaffinity, and NOVlCE on dA. Only the client may have the right to alter it but must ask my explicit permission. (This does not include re-sizing/cropping for personal use.) When cross posting you must show clear credit to me with a link to my profile somewhere in the description of the image.

- Do not remove my signature in any way. It must be visible at all times on the artwork, even if the image is re-sized and/or cropped.

- You may not make money off of any purchased artwork I have made. Selling artwork with a character is fine, but selling the artwork itself, or advertising the artwork as your own to profit from, will not be tolerated.


To my clients:

- I reserve the right to decline any commission or commissioner for whatever reason I see fit.

- When doing business with me, I expect communication to be polite and civil so that we may work on your piece together. Black mailing, complaining, insulting, etc. Will not be tolerated.

- You are free to repost on your FA page, personal or character-related website, and other art sites as long as you credit me as the artist and link back to me as well as link my original post of the artwork. Please take the time to let me know at what site you will be posting my art via PM.
