Wow that meme was extremely difficult.

As for the requests I asked for before, I plan to work on them again soon. I am just in finals week, Christmas shopping, and I have some crazy doctor appointments coming up. So even though only one is done, I plan to do 2 more, which have already been chosen. That is all :).

Hey guys! So I am having an awful time breaking another art-block and so I figured since my block is fueled mainly by running out of ideas of what to draw, I would take in some requests.

ANYONE is welcome to post in here, but post with a reference, and a theme or pose you would like. If one of these elements is missing, I can't promise I will choose your character.

You can also suggest things you would like to see with either one of my characters (Azaleya or Gwynn) or a particular species in a particular theme that doesn't have a character yet.

I WILL NOT DRAW EVERYONE'S REQUESTS!! I will go through the list and pick, one by one, the ones that inspire me to draw the most. I do not know how many I will draw, how far I will go with each image (sketch, ink, color, etc), or how much time I will do this for. I may do one image in full color, another in sketch: like I said, it's to break my art block, so it is what really inspires me.

This is not a contest to figure out what I am more likely to draw, it is just your chance to get free art out of my art block.

So as my last post said, I was thinking about last name changes, from the Amaryllis plant to the Atropa belladonna, or deadly nightshade.  EldritchCoyote said that he wasn't all too fond of Azaleya Belladonna, but he thought of another way that it sounds nicely:

So in looking amongst some awesome articles I read an article about Atropa belladonna aka Deadly Nightshade, a deadly plant with small, subtle purple blooms. When my name was created, it was created from two poisonous flowers, the Azalea, and the Amaryllis. However, I have always loved deadly nightshade as a plant as it is so mysterious and has very many magickal properties. So I wonder, should I change my last name to Belladonna? It also reminds me more of Zaley and Amaryllis does.

So many of you know of my new character, Gwynn, the beluga. I am really looking for someone who is decently priced, can draw semi-realistic cetaceans, and does digital art to make a reference sheet for her. I would do it myself, my only issue is I am NEVER happy with my own reference sheets and I can't do two poses of the same character look like the same character (sizes get skewed and life is sad).

So if anyone thinks they are up to it, that would be awesome! I need a front view, a side/ back view, a top of head view, some accessories, and a nice shot of her tattoos (which cannot be seen yet), as well as typed info and stuffs :).

So I have been back into art mode for a while now, and well, I need some cash flow. So I am going to take a few badge commissions to get me back into the swing of small scale drawing and markers. I will do digital badges also, so that's up to you. It's all the same price.

So my mom wants to get me one of those personalized license plates for my 22nd birthday (not coming up till July, don't worry lol) and she wanted to get me a plate that had my old furname, but still my alias on it, Schulo. 1. Lizard Queen: my mate calls me his "Lizard Queen"
2. Lady Venom: a nickname coined from my love for "Lady Poison" from the Getbackers. I used this nickname commonly in the reptile community.
3. Gila Soul: since my soul is that of a gila monster
4. Venomous: regular venomous was taken, so I went all 1337
5. Azaleya: my furname
6. Schulo: my old furname, still a nickname a lot of people use
7. Gilatude (Gila and Attitude mixed), Just thought it was cute.
8. Pudgy Gila: showing off the fact that I don't mind being a chubby little lizard

So I have realized that my art block is not because I do not WANT to draw. In fact, I want to draw TERRIBLY. However, I am hard pressed to find good poses I want to draw. Everything I think of is porn, and to tell you the truth, though porn is fun, I don't want to be known as a porn artist, and I want to draw more pictures of Zaley showing what kinds of CLOTHES she wears, not what she looks like naked lol.

So here's where you guys can come in. I need some CLEAN poses. 1-3 characters max. You can explain them, post a picture, whatever you would like. I won't necessarily draw MY character in these poses unless I feel they fit her, so for all you know, you might just get free art out of this!

These poses can be ANYTHING, but if you need theme ideas, I like renaissance and "new age" pagan type stuff. I also like reptiles (a LOT). Other themes could be hippie-related, pirates, or even some crazy 90's concept (I LOVE the 90's).

Hey guys.

Sorry I've been pumping out a whole load of NOTHING lately. I have been extremely busy with school, starting up my business, reptile care and crap, and my recent brush with a really bad strain of the flu ::shakes her fist at the little viruses that are attacking her cells and making her miserable::.

However, I may be running slow, but I will be working as hard as I can to get more art up here. I am shooting to finish BBL first, and then I have some gift art to get done. I have a few sketches I had planned to color that I would like to try to color soon, but I cannot promise too much as of now.

Luckily, my spring break comes up after next week (holy crap), and I end my spring break with a trip to Atlanta for FWA! Me, my mate  weredeus, and my sister  stray will be taking a flight out Thursday night and will be staying until late on Sunday.

I can't wait to see everyone there! Perhaps it'll also help speed up my art production :).

So yea, I have obviously gotten full swing back into art, and I am really excited about it. However, since I started drawing again, I have been taking A LOT more time on my art. I spend about 3 hours on sketches (on average), and sometimes upwards of 8 hours to color in my art. This being said, and me being a student in college, it is really hard for me to get stuff done quickly. I hate posting sketches because I believe it is a severe underestimation of the art itself, so I don't do that often.

So I just want everyone who I promised art to that you are on my queue.
