Its still August, so I'm still here, your fluffy mistress Azura~
However, I've been having a rather devious thought lately. I'm here for another 12 days roughly, that means Azelia will wake up and become active again. However, I wanted to "surprise" her in a very fun way. Being the dominant woman I am, not even Azelia is safe from my dominant heart. But me doing the deed would be rather odd, so I'm going to hold a raffle for you all.
The raffle is very simple, in the comments below, write the following:

Surprise! Expenses!! (Small rant warning)
General | Posted 6 years agoJune this year has been just a total shit show, for lack of a better word.
Work's been very stressful, with a bunch of stuff happening there. Then there are some more private family issues, which I won't mention just to be fair to my awesome sister. Just when things were beginning to look up a bit, boom, I get hit with more stress from work.
But the icing on top, I get a notification that I owe more money for my 2017 taxes, which blows because I wasn't expecting that, so there's money going to nothing. And today, butter fingers me had to go and drop my phone, cracking the screen because one of the edges of the display landed on a rock. Thankfully I had device insurance through my carrier, but it's still gonna cost me a good amount of money to fix it. Overall, almost 550$ worth of charges I wasn't planing on this month, and this was the month I finally decided to buy myself something nice to reward myself for jobs well done. (bought computer parts which costed me 400$).
I just wanted to catch a small break. Combined with my mental health issues, I don't need any of this right now...

But I can't seem to quite grasp what I wanna do as an image. I have started a tradition of a themed YCH with Azura and you lovely folks, but I'm kind of at a standstill with what this year should be.
Any suggestions from you fine floofies? It can be SFW or NSFW, and Azura is not to be a sub :3

New bird character name contest winner!

The contest to name my new bird character is over, and I have decided on the name I'm going to use for her. Thanks to everyone for the lovely selection of names, it wasn't easy choosing a winner for this one x3
To start things off, the third place winner, chosen because I think it's a fun name that I may give to another character in the future, dragonmaster2653's submission of Angelica Windrider. A very fun name, thank you for that submission :3
Second place winner goes to Gnomes2169's submission of Teria Atlan Durance. The meaning behind the name was awesome, and I love how you chose it. Taking parts of her past and her personality to create this name was great :3
And now, for the first place winner, we have:
's Nicole Altus Featherly. I chose this one to be the winner because Crosis gave a personal meaning to the name. Nicole will typically use her middle name as her family name to keep her real family name close to herself. It's precious to her, and wants to keep it secretive. Also that Nicole Altus sounds more regal and fitting of a sea captain. Thank you so much for the submission Crosis, I will be contacting you with your prize soon. :3

Like, which song's lyrics really make you smile every time you listen to it.
For me, Whispers In the Dark by Skillet is kind of that song:
"No, you'll never be alone, when darkness come I'll light the night with stars, hear the whispers in the dark"

DrPossibly has been facing huge financial burdens. I would love to help them as much as I can, so I'm gonna be holding a once in a lifetime auction.
As you may already know, Azura's personality is... well, dominant. She's the type who has no troubles being that dominant person, and would never let anyone even come close to dominating her. Some have tried, only to be caught in her grips. But just for this one time, after a lot of convincing, I managed to get her to agree to being the sub for this very special auction. She's not overly happy about it, and honestly, she'll probably not be happy when this is all said and done, but at least she won't try hurting anyone involved!
The auction is winning the one and only chance ever to make Azura your sub. There will be no other chances.
But... to fully make sure that Azura doesn't hurt me after this...
Starting Bid will be 40$
Minimum increase will be 5$
There will be no maximum bid.
Every dollar from this auction will go towards my good friend in need.
Of course, I'll reward the auction based on the final bid price. The higher the bid, the more detailed and expensive the resulting image will be. (Example, if the bid reaches 90$, I'll make sure the resulting picture is worth 100$)
Auction ends October 15th. Happy bidding!

TechFox Rant: Lost my main server today ;n;
General | Posted 7 years agoJust a small little rant because I'm not having the best of days when it comes to my stuff. I actually lost my main server to a data crash which happened yesterday. I'm rebuilding it right now, but that's a couple of hours of frustration I didn't need today.
Sorry for this stupid journal, I just wanted to write down my own frustration. there's so much I'd rather be doing right now ;n;
The Data crash was my own fault, which is why I'm equally mad at myself. For anyone with technical knowledge who wants to know what happened:
I currently have a single server which has a copy of unRAID installed on it. unRAID is usually used for file storage using pools of Hard Drives, but also has the added benefit of being a Hypervisor for Virtual Machines. A Virtual Machine is simple a "Software" PC, which the Host OS (In this case, unRAID) shares it's resources with the Virtual Machine. My server PC has 32 GB of RAM installed in it, and the main Windows Server, since it hosts a whole flurry of game servers, I gave it 2 physical PC cores with Hyperthreading, and 20GB of RAM. Alongside that one, I have a Virtual Machine which handles my Webserver, and another which I will not disclose it's use (( Security reasons )). Those use up more RAM also.
What happened was, I accidentally created a new VM, mostly for hosting a copy of Linux Mint to do some testing with, and I gave that VM too much RAM, causing it to overflow it's ram, and to save itself, force shut off the VM with the most RAM, which was my Windows Server VM. So it crashed my Windows Server badly.
So now, I'm resetting my entire server. On the plus side, all the junk that was installed is now gone x3

So I decided to draw the numbers a bit differently today. Still using the Random Number generator at random.org, out of the 15 numbers, I let the generator chose 5 numbers,

And from those, I let it chose a number from one to 5, aligning with that order.
And the lucky winner is...
Telokey-The-Bat with lucky number 15!!

As the title suggests, I want to host another raffle. I wanna thank everyone for just being awesome :3
To enter, you gotta:
1. Be a watcher of mine
2. Post in the comment section of this journal an idea for a picture you'd like to do with Azelia, an NSFW idea~
3. Post a link of your characters reference.
That is all, I want to give people the chance to have an NSFW themed picture with Azelia :3
Contest will end in a week, next Saturday. Good luck! I will be giving everyone a number, and rolling randomly to pick a winner as always :3

General | Posted 7 years agoI think I was wrong to put the blame of my depression on my work. While yes it is stressful, I don't think it's the source. And I feel so bad that I'm putting all my hate onto it for no reason. I'm making sure that my work doesn't get affected by my stupidity, but damn, I just want this depression to end.
I'm sorry for all those who worried about me. I'm just... So damned bleh lately.
Also, I don't write these to want pity, I just want people to know I'm okay, but struggling yes...

I know the goal is to be successful, but is success worth your happiness? If a job makes you happy, but it's not the highest paid job in the company, is it worth losing your happiness a bit for a job that, while you do like... You aren't at your happiest?
Why is it all the good paying jobs all the boring desk ones in IT? I love my hand on stuff... I've been just so hard on myself. Doing some things... I'm just so unsure of what I really want anymore.
I'm kind of losing my mind...

General | Posted 7 years agoHeyo, just wanted to update everyone that I'm back, and feeling better :3
Last weekend, despite some hiccups, was incredible, got to meet up with some new people, and see my friends again.
Special thanks goes out to

Electro_fox for making this weekend truly incredible. Love you both <3
I feel like I am actually in a happier state than I was before the weekend. Now this could be due to my sickness leaving me finally, but I'm attributing it more to the weekend. Finally able to just, be myself and have fun for a whole weekend really helped make the time I spend that much better. I will be returning next year, you can bet on that :3
Gonna be staying on my art hiatus for a while still, I did buy a new badge for Xyler and a few prints from
Tiikay (one of them here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/26409498/ ).
