WORK IN PROGRESS
the order of light starts as the government of a small moon. However, they have alot of extra resources to research science and train super soldiers out of the 3 light touched (good Magic people) that they found on the planet they orbit (However the 3 don't get along). They raise Azinthion (an anthro dragon) as an assassin against the Veonin (evil demon magic people) who are the generals of the Darkstar dynastys army. They are also raising a small army of highly trained men with Lazer rifles. One day, they send Azinthion on an assassination mission, it's not his first but it's the first time he fails because he gets knocked out by Hellkite (my protogen dragon sona who looks like a silver dragon with red protogen technology). He wakes up captured by the protoderg attempting to take him to court to be tried for attempted murder (Hellkite doesn't yet know Azinthion been killing the other generals or that hes a light touched). Azinthion and Hellkite have an epic first battle, and Azinthion escapes. He Jacks a spaceship and flies back to the order of light.
*the next part of this is kind of vague in my recording*
He goes back down to the planet, gets something stolen from him, chases down the theif and catches her and notices her singet and thus discovers a gang called the cult of the leviathan that supposedly has ties to the 8th legion of the dynasty. He then discover that his sister (who is supposed to be dead) killed a bunch of innocents with light touched magic (which is not supposed to be possible and would completely disprove their entire religious faith), they go underground and fight the cult of the leviathan and eventually the demon of sorrow. Once they (temporarily) kill the demon of sorrow they find out about the base of the 8th legion that is raising an army of combat Droids and they suspect his sister is there too. They fight a hydromancer veonin, a bunch of guys with guns, a bunch of combat Droids, and Hellkite. The base of the 8th legion is destroyed and Hellkite escapes. The destruction of the 8th legion sends out a becon of hope for the light touched who come together to form the rebellion of light.

Light touched happens "randomly" but only to good people and they can only use their powers for good (unless they are being directly mind controlled [which veonin that worship the demon/god of darkness can do {but almost nobody knows about this}])
The dynasty is genocideing all of the light touched
In ancient times, the demons roamed a single planet. However, a great light touched avian warrior named Phoenix slew them and locked them away. He then prophesied that the demons will one day roam the world once more, but that a great silver dragon will save the people from them once again.
In present times, the Darkstar Dynasty has freed the demons and lab grown a silver dragon out of DNA they found in a fossil and fit it with protogen technology that forces it to be loyal to the dynasty to show the people that they control the only silver dragon in existence (silver dragons have been extinct since before Phoenix lived)
THE 9 DEMONS ARE AS FOLLOWS
1: Chaos
2: Greed
3: Madness
4: Virus
5: Hate
6: Agony
7: Death
8: Sorrow
9: Darkness
Light touched gain 1 or occasionaly 2 or more of these powers:
Pyromancy, Electromacy, Geomancy, Telekinesis, and Shape conjuration (they can form a solid apparition of pure energy in any shape [can be used to form spears, sheilds, ect.]), clairvoyance, or mind reading
