I took a little trip this weekend and got to conquer the dragon, I did a few runs up and down the Back of the Dragon, between Tazewell, VA, and Marion VA. What an absolutely beautiful drive, and the road was crazy fun! Haven't gotten to experience anything like this drive before! Tons of hairpin curves on a tight two lane highway with sharp elevation changes in the curves. Normal traffic is not recommended as the speed limit is 55mph which is admittedly difficult to reach due to the turns, however sports cars and motorcycles tend to do well on these roads and maintain a quicker pace. All in all, it was worth the trip! The drive was thrilling and beautiful, I dropped the top and tamed the dragon!
