This morning once I get my child on the bus I will be heading to Bone and Joint Urgent Care. I have been in a lot of pain and barely able to sleep over the last few weeks. I am not sure if it is carpal tunnel or tennis elbow. It could possibly be a pinched nerve up in my back. This is affecting me on completing commission because this is my drawing hand. Symptoms; heaviness/tingling in hand, pain in elbow and between my shoulder blades pain of soreness. So, all messed up.

I have picked up some extra shifts at work this week. This has caused me to be delayed in responses to request. I will be getting back to everyone this evening once I get home from work and had some dinner.

Kiddo has a 2 week break from school. He does returns back to school in the beginning of September. What this means, since my hours are restricted at work to be more home with him. I will have time to work on commissions for you lovely patrons.

I have made a journal over on my HoneyVanilla account about me no longer accepting commission works. Here, on Azzieworks I am no longer doing freebies and all remaining adopts in this account will be as is. I cannot do changes to the design or accessories that goes with them. I am going to do finished files of all of my adopts and post on toyhouse. They will be strictly only toyhouse transfer going forward.
My time is very limited. I will be cleaning up journals and the accounts themselves. And in my profile, it will state I am Semi-Retired

I am going to close all of the YCHs here on this account on September 30th. I will be doing the same on my HoneyVanilla account. At this time, I am unsure if I will be able to work on commission works anymore. I have very restricted availability to such works in a timely manner or even respond to clients due to lack of access. I will still work on P2U bases when I can.
I am pretty much done. Whatever is left in my queue will be completed when I can. I have a dayoff in the week every 2 weeks and that will be the only day I will be able to work on commission without interruption from my family.

With the stew of on-going vehicles issues this year I am officially done. From the truck tranmission needing a full replacement, the one car tire blowout and now I ended up in an accident today. I unfortunately rear ended someone and they told me the guy in front of them brake checked him to a dead stop.
I am just extremely exhausted at this point and I can't take on anymore commissions at this time to cover my deductible. I am working full-time and it is just not enough.
I just feel like walking off a very short ledge here. I really hate to ask for donations and I probably won't. I'm just going to call it a night. My body is sore and I am just tired.

Do to having a full-time job now, my time is very limited on commissions works. With that said, I am willing to issue refunds back to clients.
If you want one, just message me and I will issue it back to you as soon as I can. If not, it will take some time to complete them and please just bear with me on that.
Solo characters will be done first over couples. Couples do take me longer to do. Also, couple YCHs are closing for the time being since the major time constraints they cause.
Thank you all for your understanding, while I work out a time schedule to try to finish these pieces.

I think I found a new way on doing couple YCHs. I use to do the whole pieces in one shot and I what I have found it is very draining and creating burnout for me looking at the same image for so long. I think I found a solution to my problem. I am going to work on 1 character from each YCH couple and then go back to the second character all the first ones are done. It's like a trick for my brain, "hey you did half of the work already, you got this!" then no burnout.
How I came up with this is that all YCHs couples can have a pairing with my own characters. My character's are done, so all I have to do it client's character and BAM I am done!
Today is my first day at my job and I will work on things the best I can. All I ask is to be patience with me and I will get the artwork done

Whoops! I forgot about the 4th this week! I hope everyone had a safe one. I messed up my schedule for commissions, so I will work late this evening and some work on Saturday to play catch up on the days I did miss.
Artwork will resume next week on Tuesday. Friendly reminder I do not work on Saturday, Sunday and Mondays.
I have also amended my profile for "turnaround times". Single characters will be completed within 2 weeks while 2 characters pieces can take up to a month and a half.

HORRAY!! The owner of the shop is not charging my husband nothing and fixing his truck first thing in the morning! Fingers crossed that the tranny does not need to be replaced!
I'm so glad it went that way instead of not owning the mistake that happened. The owner told my husband that he was confused seeing my husband's truck there is morning because we picked it up on Monday. Well that was great turn of events!

My husband truck broke down last night on the way from him doing a job. The kicker is that we literality picked it up from the shop on Monday for a supposal leak we thought it had.(I guess we were right) They told us it was not leaking, and it is good for pick up and completely dismissed our concerns about a leak. Well, I guess that wasn't true, my husband's transmission is basically empty and overheated, thus him breaking down in the middle of the highway. He was lucky enough to get it over to the shoulder and be right off an exit to get to.
We had to get it towed back to the shop that said it was okay to drive. He is currently on the phone with them this morning and I have no clue as to how much all of this going to cost.

⭐Disappearing

Apologizes for disappearing for the past week. My kiddo was sick with the flu and of course I got sick with it too. I will be resuming work on Tuesday. Mondays are my personal day off to do my own things. Weekends are extremely busy for me since my child is home and all hands-on deck to entertain him. Probably will be going out in a bit for errands.
I have 2 sketches that need to be started
and
my backlogged that still need to be work on
Overall not too many commissions in the queue which is a plus for me. I am really going to limit myself to probably only 1 or 2 a month now since I just do not have the time for creating works.

Hi,
I am just giving you guys a heads up if you are not on my discord server. I am going into surgery this Wednesday coming up to remove a mass found in one of my breast. I am not 100% sure of the recovery period, I'm assuming, I will just be out of it for that day and can get back to work on commissions the day after.
I will be posting a new updated base today! It is a redue from one of my 2020 base.
