Tho, for real, I sincerely wish everybody a happy new year. I hope things will get the way you want them to ! Hang on there :D

Also I'm not dead and got back from my Christmas holidays a few days ago with a lot of cheese from my family, so I'm doing well. I took 2 working days to complete another big commission I had to urgently get done. Now that's it's finished, I'll take care of some long awaited commissions, and as well as I get back to some of you who are waiting for a reply from me.

Thank you for your patience as always ! One of my goal for this year is to be more effective at work so I don't spend as much hours as I do now on each step of my drawings, aha.. Let's work on that !

Now that I'm officially back to work after a very exhausting Eurofurence, it's time for me to make my annual journal about it ! Again this year you have been a lot to come around my table, buy me things, or have a chat. I'd like to thank each one of you for your encouraging words and your support.

When Eurofurence ends, it kind of feels like the end of the year for me, art and business wise. I feel like I've evolved quite a lot this year compared to last year, and I'm really glad it showed at this edition ! You have been very supportive towards more personnal artworks, and it means a lot to me. I've been very shy to share this kind of pictures, and keep being, but I'm trying my best to overcome this.

More personnal projects, it will be.

About commissions

Real talk here tho, aha ! As said, I'm officially back to work today. I'm currently going through all my emails and notes, please bear with me ! But you should all receive replies sooner or later :)

My queue became so full with EF that I'm closing my commissions for now on. For those of you who already sent emails and notes : I'm not shutting the door on you, you have your spot if you'd like to have one. Just, no more person after you for now !

If you still would like to discuss a commission or an idea for the future, my notes and emails are still available and I'd be glad to talk about it with you.

That's being said, I'll also try to set up a Trello or something to keep you informed on your spot on the list. I know I'm slow as heck, but everything is coming at some point. And you're all so patient I have no words ;; best customers ever !! My next commissions slots will probably be some quick artworks to help me learn how to work more efficiently. I CRAVE that.

Mandatory post EF journal, as every year \o

Thank you so much as always to everyone who came by my dealer's den table, had a chat with me, bought me things, or simply enjoyed looking at it ! I had a blast again, even if it was particularly exhausting this year.

A huge amount of stress got me very sick before the convention. I had to grab the nearest hopital adress from the EF first aid team before the con start so I wouldn't die from anxiety :D They were super helpful, quick to reply. Thank you EF staff !

I feel better now. Still gotta do some radiography to check if it isn't an infection of some kind.

In any way, I'm still so very happy to meet new people here at EF, even after 7 years going ! I'm motivated to work, and will soon be back to commissions. Thank you for making this convention amazing as always.

Well friends, it's that time of the year again. EF is coming fast now, and the hype is more real than ever :)

Hello guys :D

I'm back from ČesFuR, a small ( but growing ! ) convention in Czech republic. I'd gladly recommand this convention to everyone to be honest. It feels like holidays, even in their new hotel with more attendees. To make it quick : lovely theme ( medieval !! ), good ideas, very kind staff.. Would totally do again. We spent most of our time outside, drawing and/or drinking. 1€ for 50cl of ( mostly good ) beer, eeee. This is what I call REAL holidays ;D

The big highlight of this year tho is the awesome tea room they managed to organize. Comfy room filled with rugs, cushions, and chill music. They also put tables so people can draw and play games ! In this tea room, we could order a shitload of different teas. And I'm not talking about your simple black tea bags here, hell no lol ! We tried tchai tea with soy milk and spices, real mate tea with the special teapot and straw, as well as a weird spicy tea which texture looked like porridge aha ! And we also had special oriental pastries, as well as halva. And of course : hookah :D That was absolutely delightful and I wish every convention would do that.

I wanted to work on traditionnal badges for EF there, but I got inspired to try something else. I'm pretty bored of my usual black ball pen lines, so I tried to line directly with watercolor and a very tiny brush ! I never get to experiment on traditionnal art at home, and I'm glad I could do that here. Hopefully this will lead to more paintings !

This is gonna be quite a long journal, so take your glasses and a cup of coffee ;D

So, a few days ago a kind of a drama exploded in the French furry fandom. A girl who wanted to know a little bit more about our fandom went to FA and get active here, posting art, and looking at art. She recently wrote an article in DeviantART talking about her experience in the furry fandom. She wrote a lot about all the "weird fetishes" we can find here, as well as the "gross porn". She was quite shocked and grossed out by a lot of things.

_{nb : my point of view on this, is that I'm glad I'm in an open minded fandom. It taught me a lot about sex in general. Also porn can be beautiful art as well.}

I'm not blaming her, I'm not flaming her neither. I'm here to talk about what this journal made me feel. I'm an artist in the furry fandom, and even more, a professionnal one. I've choosed to stay and work in this fandom because it inspires me. Because it's full of amazing and creative people, friends, clients. I felt really disapointed when I read her article, as her summary and experience is, in my point of view, the same as a majority of big newspapers who write about the fandom.

To me, we are worth a shitload more than this. In the past few years, I've discover AMAZING artists that are worth watching, following, and supporting. I believe they can be in exhibitions. I believe their art can speak to everybody as well as furries. I sincerely would like the newspapers to talk about this part of the fandom instead.

So, I'm gonna write a bit about some artists that are inspiring me everyday, and that I'm proud to say : evolve around this fandom, and get support from furries !

>  ophryon and this is someone I'm sure you already know, but in case you don't.. Here we go. Absolutely gorgeous work on color picking, each painting from them is something to learn from me.

>  taefaros a recent discovery I made ! Impressive traditionnal art and use of brushes and ink. It's all about gesture and movement.

>  stigmata you know him, but hey, I just can't not talk about him. I talked about gesture, and here we go again, on digital art this time. An impressive work, absolutely lively.. He's also a super nice guy who give a lot of his time talking about art processing, how to learn, as well as giving away art tips. Really someone I'm very, very pleased to have around the fandom as well.

>  klaufir very nice work about something we should all give some thought: environments, and how it interferes with the overall atmosphere of a drawing.

>  phantominus Phantominus work is very delicate. They have an eye for character design that I personally find very impressive.

I could go on and on for hours, but here we go for now. I'll probably make a second journal. I talked a lot about well known artists this time as I couldn't think of presenting anthropomorphic art without them.. But next time, I'll try to focus on not so well known artists that are absolutely amazing as well. I only did illustrations this time, but I've a lot of sculptures and craft skills to show you around !

I wish people would talk about them instead of how "gross" they find pictures here on FA. The fandom is full of amazing, creative persons, and that's it !

Hello everyone !

For all of you who are waiting for your EF badge commissions, they've all been shipped today ! Look out for them at the end of next week :)

The few acrylic charms I've sold have been shipped as well.

I'm currently working on my main commission list and expect to complete everything for the beginning of october at least. I'll then be opening some new slots, with a different organisation, so you won't have to wait as long as the current list.. Stay tuned if you're waiting for some new art :)

I'm finally having some free times to write my traditionnal Eurofurence report ! Woo ! I've picked up my dog back, everything is fine, and she's happy to see us again :)

This year have been particularly full of wonderful meetings. I'm always very glad to get to know new people, and I had some times and guts this year to make this happens. I hope I haven't bothered anybody with my endless talks about art and french stupidities !

I gotta thank as well every single people who came by to my dealer's den table and to my artshow panel. You're all so awesome !! You brought me a shitload of motivation to keeps working for this fandom.

Next year I'll have a lot more things in the artshow. I'll probably have some new acrylic charms as well as you seem to like them a lot this year ! For the future, I'm also planning to sell a premade fursuit head in the artshow, as well as some acrylic painting.. Wait and see :)

But first, getting back to regular commissions before everything else ! Yay !

Hello dear watchers,

You may be aware of what happened yersterday in France. Charlie Hebdo's office, a satiric newspaper, has been attacked by two men. 12 people died while doing their job, including 4 famous cartoonist that I respected a lot..

I'm more affected than I thought by what happened and would like to share the news with my foreign friends.

Many countries showed their support. It may sounds like a national tragedy, but to me it isn't : it's a direct attack to everybody's freedom of speech.

This horrible day is still spreading today in France as a new shooting happened this morning in Paris. We don't know yet if there's any link between this shooting and yersterday's one.

May peace be back soon in my country.

Hello everybody !

I seem pretty slow with art lately, but be sure that I'm not forgetting you D: At the moment, I'm doing a partial fursuit commission that have been laying here since some times now and that I need to complete, this is why there is less art here sob. To be honest, it's more of an infinite struggle with my sewing machine than something else haha :D But it's nearly done, yay !

Since my previous queue have been completed, I decided to open my commissions again. To avoid getting a very long queue with awaiting clients, I'll take less slots, and close more often. Be aware of that if you ever want to commission me !

I'm also satisfied with my prices now and they won't change again in some times. My goal now is to be more efficient at work.

Once my next big drawing will be completed ( as it has a deadline ) I'll be back to my Iron Artists. I have been struggling with my painting style since a while now and wanted it to be more efficient to go back to them. I'm pretty sorry for everybody who are waiting for them :< I'll be doing additionnal pixel icons to thank you for the wait.

Man I so hate those situations where people are waiting for me .. I have too many projects at once. Maybe it's time for me to close some of them and concentrate more?
