It's been another interesting year of self growth,Lonely but I've learned a lot , trying to trust and understand, that I am loved even though I don't hear much from my loved ones, and I've grown even more from my meditation.but I come from abuse and I've hang around fucked up people I shouldn't have, I've made mistakes but I've learned from them and turned away from the bad,but I'm scared for life ,but I can move forward even with my baggage but I have control over IT, but I have my limits and if I snap , it's because you didn't listen to my warning ,i do a lot to inform ,but I know practice makes perfect, and that's important maybe I can be happy. I've made plenty of happy memories even though I'm constantly sad ,i still get some genuinely happy times so thanks. All i wish is people in my life would try a little harder ,if you know me ,I'm a very understanding and helpful being,but I also speak my mind .But i might have to let go of some ,maybe I'll find new adventures or they will come when they are ready we're all in the same boat ,so Keep leveling up ,you can do everything with the right mindset and ,at Best know your limits and perhaps push through them.


The Pills have removed so much pain I've, been in for years .I'm looking forward to the tissue sample from my Duodenal irritation, and the stomach acid in my esophagus , even the other sample results I'll get answers on Dec 3rd. I'm looking forward to my doctors appointment about getting something relaxing or whatever.. ptsd is a drag, and my gender appointment is coming up as well. Life can be a drag when you are handicapped,but also full of wonder

I got a new home and many projects has been finished

my mental health has been growing stronger and my physical health as well

but I'm struggling with some things

I've got new art and my twitter has been doing good (18+ only )

I've invented in a lot of equipment
I don't really have anything else to say ,I don't feel like going into details
.But have a wonderful time lots of love and hugs

Nothing is easy
learning new ways of meditation ,nothing new really just that I look at my mind in a new way.

to reflect on you mind and thoughts ,learning to deal with them and accept it .Learning to live with them not cast them away sitting at the road side, it's okay let it wonder then focus on the breath and body.

I've come to find that meditation and seeking out the problem and accepting it hence forth dealing with it removes the pain but I know not everything can be dealt with but seeing it form every angle helps to calm the waves in the mind of sea to a better feeling of mind and body


that said I can see that meditation aren't the answer to all ones problems
