Comm Queue Update
Posted 5 months agoMight be a few weeks before I can start my next comms. An Nvidia driver update went awry and my OS got so fucked up that I have to ship my SSDs to my beloved techie friend to fix and ship back. In the meantime I may do some traditional doodles, but we’ll see.
Rebranding to qapricore

I am rebranding slightly from BackAlleyArts to qapricore, been meaning to for a hot minute. Unfortunately, this change is mostly for my Twitter profile since we can't change usernames on Fur Affinity in the year 2025...
I'm still drawing the same stuff, but I felt like it was a good time to update my brand with my art style development.

Commissions Closed for the Time Being
Posted a year agoI am closing comms for the time being. I currently have three part-time jobs and I am having trouble finding enough free time to reliably work through my queue. I am so sorry to anyone who was waiting to get a piece done, hopefully in the near future I can consolidate my work schedule better and get back to drawing for other people.
In the meantime, I will be drawing a little bit for myself here and there.
Update: I no longer have three part-time jobs, now I just have one full-time. My comms are still closed.

Adopt a Sequence (CLOSED)

A commissioner got suspended during the drawing process and I'm not sure if/when they will come back.
Please DM me (preferably on Twitter, where I will see it faster) if you would like to claim this sequence. It is for 2 OCs (species can be altered, one was going to be an ungulate. Sizes can be changed within reason).
Price is $109.15:
2 OCs ($20 + $15) x 3 scenes = $105
+ Paypal seller fee ($4.15) = $109.15
Discounts can be worked out.
If the commissioner comes back I will switch focus to theirs first, but I will still do yours. Please help me out!

DPI Issue
Posted 3 years agoI've just been made to realize that I've been saving pieces in the wrong dpi, which made downloads more compressed. If you'd like me to up the dpi of a comm I've done for you, please let me know.
It will help a little, but it turns out I've been using canvases much smaller than most artists. I will be using much larger ones from now on.

This YCH has gotten popular over Twitter, and I have gotten way more than three requests for it. I don't want to close it off if people like it that much, so I will keep this YCH open for the time being. You are more than welcome to comm me for it, though please be aware that I'll need to do a few others' before yours.
I will also stop posting the finished YCHs to Twitter, so as to not flood that timeline with the same image over and over, but feel free to post your piece yourself! I'd love to be tagged or linked if you want to do that. I will still post them here to make sure that the full image is accessible.
