Happy 10 Years!
General | Posted a year agoThis month, 10 years ago, I discovered and joined the furry fandom!
I have been drawing cartoon animals all my life, both feral and anthro. Before I even knew what a furry was, I had a "fursona" in 2013. A pink cat named Valentine who represented me (so literally just a fursona without me knowing what that was, LOL)... so naturally, when I discovered this fandom through YouTube in October of 2014, it was an easy decision to start calling myself a furry.
I still remember the first furry video I ever watched. This video, titled, "Fursuiting In PetSmart"... haha!

In 2015 or 2016, I got my first fursuit! A pre-made realistic partial suit who I named Nebula. It felt like all my dreams came true when I got that suit. 2 years feels like an eternity when you're that young, lol.
Well, anyways, I jumped around multiple names, accounts and fursonas over the years, and it's landed me here! I'm so glad I found and joined this fandom! Happy 10 years!
Side note: Sorry for my inactivity lately. I got busy in July after learning my family needed to move houses and have been busy on/off ever since. I'll get back to drawing soon hopefully!
And sorry if this journal feels rushed. That's because it is, lmao. ToT

Sonic 33rd Anniversary Art Collab!

It has an impressive total of 106 artists, who each drew a different Sonic design from various pieces of Sonic media over the years. That's a whopping 106 different versions of Sonic!

So, as most of you know, I made a reference for my agere fursona over two years ago. It’s been the only art I’ve had on my account all this time, and due to that, I got a lot of people watching me who want to see more art like that. Probably the majority of my watchers, in fact.
Where I’m going with this is, I realized I’d rather post my agere art to a separate account, and use this account for “normal” furry art since it’s my main account, lmao. So, I figured those who watched me specifically because of that submission would want to know!
I finally plan to start posting my art to FA regularly after… 6 years of having my account? Wow. The 6th anniversary of this account’s existence will be on February 4th, so that’s pretty neat!
I’ve just been feeling nostalgic these past few months and missing the early days of deviantART before Eclipse happened. FA kind of reminds me of those early days, and I joined FA around the same time I joined deviantART (2015-ish) so I’d like to start using it more.
If you stick around on this account, expect submissions soon, yay! :D
