seriously how did I keep neglecting to come here for two YEARS!?! that's unacceptable for me and I'm sorry about that.
I'm gonna work on trying to keep this group more-or less up to date, though I don't have any ideas as to what to really DO with it.
what about you guys? what would you like to see from the Barepaws group? or even me in particular if you happen to be watching me as well? I'm open to suggestions and will try and see what I can contribute to the group

General | Posted 15 years agookay so i'm sorry, i've been lax on moderating this account for the last few days (about a week actually) so i'm VERY sorry to all the new members who went the last few days without being welcomed... i'm VERY happy to see this group starting to pick up and gain at least a bit of popularity, and i've come to realize... i have almost no idea how to moderate a group as far as events and journals go XD... so for those of you that had the tolerance to read this far, yes, in short i'm looking for someone who'd like to help out with the group and help me moderate it, preferably someone who knows what they're doing as.. well i don't... so just note the BarePaws account, or my own, and i'll get back to you! thanks!

General | Posted 15 years agoSimple... let the other members of the group know when YOUR favorite time to go out bare pawed! an explanation of why is preferable...
i would also like to formally welcome all the new members, we're glad to have you, and hope to get oh so many more like-minded furs around here!
now for me, my favorite times to go bare-pawed is actually a tie... simply because i get to do one more than the other.
1) i like to dance bare-pawed! all of FC2011 i don't think i kept my shoes on at a SINGLE dance! this is really for two reasons, one, my paws got REALLY hot if i kept my shoes on, hell, they got hot with them OFF! and two, i did a lot of moving around with my legs, and the movements i did would've been REALLY difficult with shoes on!
and 2) when i go out to eat! i love it because i have to carry my shoes in my hands as i walk down the street, and i LOVE messing with people minds. making them think "why the hell is he CARRYING his shoes??" unfortunately, the restaurants won't let me STAY bare-pawed... but i once carried my friend into a CVS because he had no shoes on... 'twas funny!
