So I thought buying Splat would be a good idea, went out and got a TV, Wii U, and can't stop playing this colorful, fantastic game. already playing it with one of my really good friends, but having others is always a positive thing!

So if anyone wants to add me, my NNID is Auratype and my in-game splat name is Ara. Would love to play with friends every now and again when I'm in the mood to roll, hide, splat, and just generally make a colorful mess on the turf.

To all you smugglers and vagabonds, bounty hunters and tag-alongs, and even you scruffy-looking nerf-herders: Today is just your day, the stars are aligned, so take what little credits you have and venture out among those stars and shine on with them friends. Be careful though friend, not all moons are what they seem.

And too all you consulars and instigators, peace-keepers and home-wreckers, no matter what color light you flash or how many droids were never found: stay safe. The universe isn't the place it used to be, so don't go foolin around looking for some death sticks.

I currently have a minecraft server running Feed The Beast modpack and it'd be fun to have some new faces running around considering it's just me and a buddy; if any of my friends are interested I'll be more than happy to give you all the info so you can have a place to fool around on for a while.

In other news, it'd be cool to have more people to play MonHun with so this can be kind of a bump from my last journal, and I'm considering grabbing Smash for the 3DS so if you guys have that and wanna smash that'd be fun too. Just lookin for some new gaming chums whenever I have down time from work and things!

I'm in the Tokyo area for the next week or so, so if anyone wants to meet up in Ginza or Akiba or anything that'd be awesome.
I'm going to be at Comiket and I'm staying near Asakusa so it's pretty central and the lines are accessible to all of Tokyo, so give me a shout!

Well, about the only thing in the last week or so I've been motivated to do is get out of bed and go to work, and even that is a stretch; so hopefully this journal will reach some people who can help with that! Right now I'm thinking about just taking free requests so I can start getting into the groove of digital art. Finally after three days I got my laptop reformatted and cleared and I'm working on doing the same to my desktop computer to get everything 'fresh.'

So basically right now I'm seeing if you guys have anything that motivates you or keeps you drawing outside of music because that's my only muse. If you have any tutorials or resources you could link that would be great as well. But mostly I'm just looking for some direction: draw x character doing y. Not really gonna push for multi-char interactions this early into learning.

Thanks for taking a look thus far and if you guys are interested drop me a comment and stuff, eventually I would like to get to the point where I can do pwyw commissions or even just regular, good ol' commissions. I finally have my work schedule changed to give me some really nice free time in the mornings after the gym, so I'm gonna take advantage!

Hello to everyone on FA, I just decided to start using this account and start attempting to post what little art I do and to continue in my endeavors to actually become an artist. I look forward to sharing my work with you and seeing where things take me!
