Posted 4 months agoSo it is with a heavy heart to announce I was just scammed out of a commission of sorts.
After winning a YCH; the artist contacted me via Discord at first to finalize some things. I sent payment and sadly they then block me. Later the next day the ACTUAL artist contacted me asking for my Discord information.
In the end the fake used the Artist’s profile pic, name, and other identification to pose as the real Artist.
Due to FA’s “call-out” rule; I will not name names, but if you’d like more information then please note me and I will provide what I have

With that being said, I'm curious: What would you all like to see next? I have a lot in my gallery. I've always been interested to know what everyone likes about it, to hear who they like, and what they want to see more of. So the door is now open for any suggestions (except for Vore as that just isn't something that interests me)! Yes, even if they may be kinks or topics you've never seen in my gallery! If I don't like it; I'll be polite about it or it might be something I've never thought about or a theme that might suit a character more than I'd thought. Can be wholesome or completely off the wall <3
Keep in mind the character and what position they are (Dom, Sub, Top, Bottom, etc). For instance no art of Baron or Anpu being a sub lol.

I really REALLY didn't want to make this post, but I need to
I have a cat who has gotten severely ill due to an ear infection. The vet needs $260 to see her, investigate what kind of infection it is (pathology bullshit), and then of course the meds to take care of it. I'm afraid that if I don't get this looked at soon; it could become fatal. I don't have that kind of funds and it's killing me inside because of it.
So any bit helps; if you can do anything then please send me a note and I'll give my Paypal, CashApp, or whatever payment method works best. If you can't help financially? Please put this notice on blast <3

Major Life Update: please read
Posted 2 years agoSo a hell of a lot is going on right now and I am beyond my breaking point.
I am supposed to move at the end of the month, but because I am on Section 8 housing, there is a lot of paperwork involved to the point this has been going on since the end of January. So I am worried if I’ll get approved for the apartment in time. Good news the new unit is in the same building so just moving a floor up.
On top of that; we have to pay to replace the carpet in our current apartment—no big deal. The problem is the landlord/management team is saying “well you need to pay for it before you are allowed to transfer” - the kicker is that there is no transfer happening; it’s an entirely new lease and a larger/different apartment unit. Transfers are only for same/like units in the middle of their lease. Hell even the lease itself says nothing about transfers nor that we must pay to replace the carpet in order to move
With all of that; my wife goes to get her annual biopsy and CT scan today as a follow-up for her endometrial cancer to see if it’s still gone. The good news is that the biopsy came back clear, but the CT scan is showing “possible lung cancer” (it isn’t the usual lung cancer that normally causes huge issues; it’s a form of endometrial cancer that grew on the lung “possibly”)
So I am at my wit’s end and unsure of where to go, what to do, or how to survive all of this…
I seriously don’t know when I’ll return; I want to soon, but I feel like I can’t or shouldn’t
EDIT: SO after typing this up I call my uncle who I haven't spoken to in a few weeks to see how things were; only to find out from him that my other uncle has 6 months to live due to extremely advanced stage colon cancer. This man has had it for most of my life mind you; I'm in my late 30s and he's had it for 20-some years... we knew it wouldn't last forever, but didn't expect it so soon either

State of Affairs - Q3 2022 Edition

Whelp I am back to give a bit of an update on life things and to speak out on a matter that I must correct. That being said; I am not going to name-drop anyone as I don't do that (plus it's against TOS!)
1) Life update:
Whelp things are getting better slowly but surely! It's taken a long time to get here, but we are super happy about where we stand. My wife has a much better job and is loving it; plus its work from home so that's super nice for both of us. Now things are still a bit rocky with a few little things here and there, but hey it's a lot better than what it was. She's even gotten a raise and promotion while only being there for a few months! So yeah it's a killer job.
What makes it rocky is that with an increase in income; comes an increase in outcome so to speak. The system we are on that governs our rent and other things is an income-based system so when you make more; you end up needing to pay more. Right now it's looking alright, but that's why I've not commissioned anything recently so you all will have to wait a bit longer to see anything as I am still working on getting our affairs straightened out
2) Trouble with Tribbles:
So during the time of my financial crisis; I had to sell some characters as you've all seen. Now I am not happy with having to do that and I know a lot of you were attached to some as well. This ended up being the case with one in particular that caused a lot of headache and drama. In doing so an individual was very adamant about me not selling a certain character to the point they began harassing me as well as the individual who bought the character. Heated things were said and I eventually ended up blocking that individual as it was just getting too toxic; mind you my block list is only 5 people. I really hate blocking anyone!
As time passed; the problem finally went away... or so I thought. A new individual appears causing a bit more of a headache over the same issue, but over a different character, I sold. Mind you the character has already been sold at this point and is well out of my hands. However, the crazy thing is that this person started putting claims to that character even though it was rightfully mine. I won't go into any more details, but damn has this been a rollercoaster, to say the least.
So the purpose of this last bit of the journal is to publicly state that I owned the character, had valid evidence that I do, and has been sold to another party that loves it very much. Just in case some stuff starts floating around saying otherwise; I just wanted to get out ahead of the issue and apologize in case this brings up any flags later on.

So I know I've been quiet as usual. Just been chugging along as I have been. The good news is that things were looking up for us and got things back on track...
Bad news? Whelp yesterday my wife was terminated from Target after 11 years. Why? Well, it was a bit of column A and column B; her fault and theirs, but mostly theirs. The first part was that the store is going through a remodel and multiple older employees were getting chopped left and right; two others were lined up and fired along with her while others were let go over the past couple of weeks as they "restructure". This push normally wouldn't, or well shouldn't, hurt a veteran of the store right? Well, the issue there is that over the past year after my mother passed away; my wife's mental health tanked too. Constantly driving to work burning a fourth of a tank of gas round trip and other stress-inducing things (both as a cashier and internal workings of the store) just kept adding up and she started becoming late for work. Most times it would be due to traffic based on how far she had to drive, but there was a psychological warfare side to it all as well. So they took the opportunity to say their pleasantries, use her problems as a "valid reason", and pushed her out. Luckily no "pink slip" so to speak so it seemed a mutual agreement.
Slightly better news: we were kind of planning of giving them a two-week notice as she just got a better job that is remote! So that works out in our favor; though not on our terms. That said; it's going to hurt us financially for right now because of the in-between delay in getting her final check and her new job's check...
This leads to me once again asking for some help. The goal is to get $100 minimum to take care of a few things such as getting medications and food for our pets along with ourselves. SO if you guys could spread the word; that would be great <3

I've posted this already on my Twitter, but I'd like to hear from my larger following here. So this is just a curiosity post. COVID Update

My wife and I are on day 7. It's hitting us hard as hell for sure, but nothing that requires a hospital just yet... She is hitting around 101.4 temp wise and I keep around 99.7-100.1
We really need to be over this ASAP. Got bills to pay and need money for food too. The good news is that the steroid she was given to help the pain from her antibiotic reaction is working; just not sure for how long as they only gave her a 5 day supply to see how things work out.

I've summed it all up in the GoFundMe link that is listed below, but the TLDR version is that she had been taking some meds to help with a lung nodule/phlegm plug; however, the meds are turning against her and her body is in so much pain that she may be filing for temporary disability while she recovers. Needless to say, it looks like I need help financially again...

NEED HELP ASAP
Posted 4 years agoSo my character sales have helped in the past and I thank everyone for that; however today I need more help than ever before.
My wife was out sick for over a week and a half sadly. In doing so; it hurt our usual paycheck in such a way that I am now balancing whether to be late for rent or to pay our storage unit that is now being foreclosed on. Even just being a month behind they are out for blood; throwing it on the auction list before we've had a moment to figure out finances. At this point; I'd rather be late on rent than lose all our family's precious stuff especially my mother's who just passed in November.... Oh and this doesn't include needing gas for my wife to go to work or any groceries or paper goods we need x.x
Needless to say I am calling on everyone to help at least spread the word. If you all could donate then great! If you want something in return? Then take a look at my characters for sale! I just can't do payment plans or holds; money must be up front as I need to pay this storage unit off within the next 48 hours.

One of the hardest days...
Posted 4 years agoToday is one of the hardest days I have faced.
Today marks my mother’s 66th birthday.
Every day has hurt since I’ve lost her with today being a day as if you stuck a finger into the fresh wound. Even now all I can say is that I want her back so badly; even if it were for a moment. I envy those that still have their mothers; however my message to those that still have them would be this: never take the time you have with them for granted. Cherish every moment and make the most of it for you will never know when the next could be their last. If they have bad habits or addictions to anything: do all you can to help them stop. Never fault them for why they do it and never do anything out of anger to force them to stop. Be as supportive to them as they have been with you growing up.

Life Update
Posted 4 years agoHey everyone; figured it was time I popped back into the world of the living and give a little update.
So not too many things have changed; still struggling right now, but it isn't as bad as before at least. Still grieving from time to time; I miss my mother so dearly, but it is getting better day by day. Same goes for our move; was able to move at the beginning of April; found a really nice place. Honestly better than I've ever had outside of my original home I grew up in. Small lil apartment that was 20 minutes from our previous place which is nice so the wife was able to keep her job. Drawback is the gas cost as it seems to be burning a lot to get back so we'll have to figure something out on that. Still taking forever to unbox shit, but we're getting there.
Either way it's progression at the least. Nothing new on the Thyroid front yet; still have another 2 months to go before my next appointment to get an ultrasound. Financially speaking we are doing a bit better than before, but still struggling as the moving costs took a chunk out of us... then had to finance a new mattress as it finally bit the dust heh. Least the new one is a freakin dream LOL
Anyways pardon the rambles of a mad man; TLDR still recovering, hitting bumps along the way, but a new chapter awaits so here is hoping it gets better!

Posted 4 years agoSo like the expression “waiting for the other shoe to drop” when waiting for something bad to happen; I am now asking “how many shoes will drop”.
Sadly more bad news just keeps hitting me. Now in the form of being forced to move.
Originally was told we’d be fine, but now public housing says that since my mother is no longer living in our apartment, and as a married couple, we are now considered a 1 bedroom instead of a 2 bedroom apartment voucher holder. So I now have 30 days to vacate my home of 10 years.
We are trying to see this as a start of a new chapter in our lives, but it’s hard to especially given the concerns I have with my own health, finances, and other things that just keep piling on. So to help ease that I am once again asking for your financial support . I know silly, but I do need a little help as moving costs, deposit, and other little things are adding up. If you aren’t able to help then that’s fine and I thank you for your support either way.
