After talking it over with my wife; I am still going to be taking time away to focus on her and how we can beat this...

That said, for those who don’t know what is going on, my previous journal will explain it all.

This journal, under her advisement, is to focus on it a bit more in the way of that we had some concerns moving forward; specifically finances and how to tackle them if/when she is laid up for some time with surgery as she is the breadwinner while I care for my disabled mother.

Mind you this is not a cry out for money or anything as we are getting by, but we do have a GoFundMe set up in order to create an “umbrella” account so that it’s something we can use to deal with whatever financial issues arise within the coming weeks with her time off from work. For clarification; this is NOT a “please we need money!” cry for help situation. It is only to help ease her mind so that we have some kind of backup plan in place. All we ask is to spread the word. If we get anything then so be it; if we don’t? That’s fine too. Just a preemptive measure.

At 2:15PM today I was given one of the worst news possible....

My wife calls me from work telling me the pathology results of her polyp test came back... she has cancer.... the cure? No hope for children; a hysterectomy...

I am still in shock as I type this; not sure how to feel or what to do; my body is reacting on it’s own.

As of this notice; I am withdrawing from the community indefinitely until things clear up... if they ever do. I need time to be with my loving wife....

All one week before our birthdays and anniversary mixed with our family dog in her final days too... so Happy Birthday to us!

Hey everyone!

I wanted to say from the bottom of my heart I am deeply humbled by those who showed real concern about me selling Baron. It told me that you all really love the direction he is going and that means a lot to me; more than you could imagine.

That said; I won’t be doing a prank like that again, or if I do, it will be more silly and obvious than this one. The reason I did this in a serious manner was to make it more believable to get that good “gotcha” factor we all love with a good prank; however it became clear that a few of you didn’t see or understand the hint at the bottom of the journal. This lead to more panic and confusion with results that I was not expecting at all; especially given so many others were doing the same prank. I figured people would catch onto that with it all being so out there, but no one did.

For this I am sorry; I deeply am.

With that said, as a gift for all my followers, I will be posting an unfinished comic done by  thebigmansini; the man behind my very first comic! Now those who know me know I do not post comics until I actually have it finished from the artist as I want to be able to give it all to my viewers to enjoy right then. Those who know his work also know it’s full of humor & sex so they’re good ones; this one is no exception to that either!!

I am just not getting the excitement I once did from him and well it's clear his popularity has grown more than I'd honestly would like and it has become overwhelming for me. So much so that it's burning me out on what I love and how I want to get art of those things if that makes sense?

I would have done this sooner, but I just didn't know what to say or how to say it.... Whelp! Here is an update about Baron’s update;

A total of 39 votes on Strawpoll and 10 on Twitter

So what does this mean?!?!???#?

Means that Baron will be getting a white/grey strip down his goatee/soul patch; however the dreads will remain the same. That said there is still yet another “twist” to this story; I will be adding the thin white/grey strip of hair to his look, but only when he lets his hair down (cause let’s face it; do you guys honestly think he could keep it all dreaded up like that? I mean damn the hair ache!).

The idea of him letting down his hair has always been an idea of mine for some time even at the beginning of his design, but the dreadlocks just worked so I kept it as is until now. What does this mean for him? Well he’ll always have his dreads so don’t fret! Just means certain situations will have him sporting his hair more realistically such as letting it down in a shower scene or if I feel the scene would benefit from it; during which you’ll see his white/grey hair. I’ll have some examples of the update soon to post, but needless to say you won’t see it ALL the time in his hair... more like a 85-90% of the time he’ll be in dreads or if his hair IS down it won’t be seen too much.

Hello everyone!

Now normally others don’t go asking the masses about revamps to their main sona, but I was more curious about what you all think to either support or not the ideas I had in my head.

To give a bit of a rundown of what has already happened:
V1 Was a huge 12ft jackal that was extremely muscular

V2 Saw a reduction in proportions of size, height, and weight. Added jewelry, pubic hair with underarm hair and a soul patch.

V2.5 Introduced Anpu; the chub and more realistic IRL variant

V3 ??? This is the update we are talking about today. I am planning on adding a touch of grey to his soul patch; probably a strip down the middle and maybe some in his hair. Also a few new hair styles (such as it flowing down when not braided) and clothing options. What do you think? Any other ideas you all may have??

Hello everyone! So this is going to be a bit of a rant type of journal. You've been warned!

Alright so everyone knows that I had some financial issues about 2-4 years a go (yeah it spanned almost 2 whole years). Those that don't know the story; well the TL;DR version is that I had issues with our friends who became tenants that never paid rent, had to pay the court to remove them, and then the state of decay hit hard of the 1970 home to the point we ultimately sold it.

During this time I asked for help from everyone I could; explaining the reasons behind it and what was going on. Nothing was ever medical related thankfully due to how our medical system is here and how much it covered. From that point I always asked everyone if there was a way to repay them and thanked them graciously for every little bit that was donated. These funds went solely and strictly for repairing our home to the best of our abilities, expansion of part of it in order to get new tenants under a full legal binding rental agreement to help keep funding said repairs, court costs, and various other expenses directly related to this. At no point in time did I ever use these funds for my own personal use nor would I ever dare think about it as I just never had the time to commission things. Now prior to asking for help I did indeed spend money to buy commissions and ultimately it put my name on long lists that would eventually (about a month or two after commissioning) yield artwork that would paint a different picture. During this time; things were going well so of course I spent what I could and where I could (while still being financially sound), but then the day of being screwed over by friends happened. So in hindsight, if I had known that would have happened, then I wouldn't have bought what I did when I did; however there is nothing that can be done about that now.

Now let's speed up to present day.....

So after acquiring Balrog from their original owner in order to help them with their own medical issues as well as needing to help repay family for their help; suddenly random nutjobs come out in protest. I am not fond of how life was back then and I don't want to be reminded about it, but it seems someone wishes to bring distress to me after these many years for no reason other than to leverage anger towards the sale of Balrog to discredit me as a person just as a few others have done so, but on a larger degree.

During this time, one in particular who will not be named, confronted the original owner only to spite me. Stating and quote "He's such a douche. Conned me out of $100 back in the day to help him with 'medical bills' then he goes and gets a ton of new art; he does it with everyone apparently". Now had I known this was the way this person felt; I would have done everything I could to prove to them that I did not do any of this and would have gratefully repaid them in the manner they wished. Hell I even offered it to them again presently, but paranoia and delusions clouded their mind about it and refused. Now given they truly feel this way; I would do feel the same way; though the peculiar part of all of it was that I had truly accepted and considered them a dear friend over the years. Sure we didn't talk from time to time to the point we drifted away, but in the end I had no ill will towards them.

Now that I found out about the way they felt; I still tried to do what I could, but they wouldn't believe a single word I said nor would I blame them for doing such a thing after I heard they had a really rough time themselves with life which could have easily warped the truth into some mangled form that has turned into these lies. In the end I have decided to post this journal to state that I forgive them for their attitude, actions, and mindset as well as tell my side of the story in order for everyone to know both sides and to see that I am not this monster. I have not blocked them on FA as that wouldn't be the right thing to do; however IF they start lashing out and continue to spread false information like this to others? Then I will not only block them, but report them for harassment as well.

Now then, because of how momentous 50K is, I need the person who hits that marker to take a screenshot of the time, date, and verification that you did hit that. The winner will then be allowed to choose any character I have and get a picture with them at my expense (within reasonable price AND within reasonable ideas; so no fucking Baron for example D:<!!).

Again that you all so very much and I can only dream of hitting 100K!!!

Hey everyone. Keeping this short....

I am not going to be around much... my mother was admitted to the hospital last night and it seems to be a severe case of the flu with her COPD. To the point she will be in there for a few days and even sent home with oxygen. So my mind will be elsewhere while I deal with this matter. I have no idea when or if I will be coming back, but I won't fully be gone either as I have too much artwork out and owed so I have to be around and grab that.

See I don't mind if you don't like something; by all means it's your free will to do so. However have some common courtesy when expressing yourself and not be an asshole complaining about it with returning, after being called out, with a remark that shows how uneducated you are about the topic and showing how hypocritical of a person you are when you present yourself doing the same thing you bitched about ;D
