Finally i feel confident enough to share what’s been going on in my life since my last post here. Since then i’ve been battling with my depression and anxiety nonstop, sometimes i’m prevailing most times i feel exhausted and empty, it’s hard but i’m still pulling through with all strength i have, i’ve been tending to myself, my health and private life.
The most important thing is that i’m doing everything i can to maintain myself in working condition and have been successfully continuing to give back commissions i owe to customers.

Yesterday I was finally able to see a traumatologist. In addition to my hand, I also have problems with my knees, they have been hurting at night for more than a year. The doctor said that in general, everything is fine, and the inflammation is caused by a sedentary lifestyle. It's so comical. I JUST NEEDED MORE REST, haha
I also have a cyst in my knees, but the doctor explained that this is normal in this situation. I was prescribed exercises for my joints and therapy. Plus more rest
