Weekend has not gone to plan but I did get to see a movie. Train to Busan.
Its a South Korean zombie movie and so much more.
I rarely get engrossed in a movie where I am yelling at the screen and getting out of my seat pacing. Simple story and I got really attached to the characters.
With out getting into it, a company man is taking his daughter to Busan to visit her mother(his ex wife). They get on the train and the zombie outbreak happens at the same time. As a zombie movie, there is blood and gore, with some violence. The actors for the zombies do a great job at turning and attaching.

If you are looking for a spoopy movie for halloween give this one a try.

Thought I would make a post to catch up with what I am doing.

Been streaming on Mondays mostly. Been spending some time at work, some repairing my house and then some decompression with some games.
With all of that I am surprised at the amount of art that I have been putting out.
Down to one commission left and when that is done I am going to spending more time with my own work, get some updating done and making art packs. I will take commissions again in the future but not as many as I had in the past.

House, its a wreck here and been making repairs as I can when I can. Kitchen is done and living room is half done. Workshop still needs some sheet rock removed. Getting there though. Should be finished by the end of the year.
Car is repaired. There was some corrosion and needed a new valve cover gasket. Its still running ruff but its running, just need it to get to work.

Art, I have been doing a bit more. Don't know if its a retreat from the stress around here or its because I am getting stuff done and stress is being lifted off my shoulders. Who knows.

For now I am going to just keep my pace, draw when I can and stream when I can.

An update of how things are going and what I hope to do in the coming weeks.
Currently, I have been helping my parents with their house. Lots of damage and we are getting their stuff into storage. AT my house I have damage to my garage and the renovations that I started before the hurricane hit. By the end of this week I think all the heavy lifting will be done. Next week I will be taking care of my house bit by bit and while doing that I will be having some streams as my decompression from the daily events.

Current commissions, I am nearing completion of current commissions and have started sketching on the 3 commissions that I have taken. Will not be taking anymore commissions for now to let you all know. Going to be working on some old ports and getting them ready for sale. All of this is going to be done at a steady pace.

The streams will be kind of last minute because of the chances of being called away. Do hope to start streaming again this coming monday and to get some work done around here.

Its been a less than stellar year, lets hope to coast on through these last few months.

This week has been very productive and has kept me away from the computer a little bit.
The remodel on my kitchen has started and as with all remodels on an old house there are issues. Mildew on the sheetrock, studs and joists rotted out and a whole host of other little issues.
Its been kind of fun though, it will be the first time that there is insulation in the wall of the house in over 60 years. I'm quite sure if I went through and insulated the walls, got some tyvek in there I could control the heat and noise level so much better.
Anyways, repairs have been going on every day and when I get home I do the clean up and the detail work so that the next stage can be done while I am work. Wednesday we got the cabinets and counter and that is probably not going to be put in place until next week. This weekend all the repairs will be done though and the kitchen prepped for the cabinets.

So, thats what I have been doing. I have gotten a little work on commission at the end of the nights and I hope that sunday I will get a day to draw. Tomorrow is morning sheetrock floating and in the evening birthday dinner. There are a lot of use here that were born in august.

For now, I might post some sketches from lunch to tide things over until I can get back to streaming again. Lets home the rest of this year will have minimal interruptions for everyone.

I am tired folks. Going to rest tonight and get my energy back.
Getting back to work tomorrow an rested.

First off, no stream tonight.
Here is why. We had a job at work that we could not finish until today because of materials coming in late. A lot of signs that take a lot more labor that usual. On top of that I lost a person in my department again. With no relief coming ANY time soon I am now back to double duty, Preflight, Lead and Production.
Its times like these that make you step back and reevaluate things.
All that said, I am exhausted and going to bed early. For now though I am going to do a little coloring then kill some zombies before heading to bed.

I think I will be free on sunday for a little streaming though. Keep an eye out for a post if I do.

this is going to take a while since I can only use one hand.
The procedure was done in 15 minutes and my heart is in prime condition. No issues there. Took longer to pre op and recover than anything else. My only issue right now is that I can't drive for two days and can't use my right arm for 5 days. After that I cant pick up anything with it that weight >5lbs
Putting on pants is an issue.
I got an angiogram to see if my heart was okay. they went in through the arm and I have to baby it as it recovers. Jokes on them, Im left handed.
So typing and drawing on the computer is going to be challenging. No games either, so maybe I can catch up on some shows while I go through drawing withdrawal.

Hello all
I just wanted to let you all know what is going on with me right now.
Went to the Cardiologist and it was recommend that I get an angiogram to see if there is anything going on with my heart. That is happening this Friday. After that is done I think I will be focused in on what is right and wrong with my health.
Work will be going on improving my health and standard of living after that.
Heres hoping for some good news.

Had a vivid dream. I was at the local mall but it was 80's with gold trim, mirrors and black marble with some salmon color highlights.
I go into a clothing store and its layout is similar to Hot Topic but brightly lit and selling only high fashion leather clothing and accessories.
Its all embossed, punched and laced with a strong south american theme. I check out some stuff and the leather is cheap, you can see how thin it is in some places and feel weak when you hold it.
Then I turn around and there are these incredible leather pants, with a satin sheen and fully embossed and in my size. They even came with boots that matched.
Only problem was when I turned around to ask about them they disappeared. I looked around and found them again, they were moved. Rather than picking them up I look at a shelf for a matching shirt and the pants are gone again.
The clerks kept picking them up and moving them from one endcap to the next.
This goes on in the dream until I wake up. I don't think I had any money to buy them but they were something special.

Only think I didn't notice was the smell of leather. Don't think I have ever smelled anything in my dreams before.

Hey everyone.
Not going to stream tonight. Don't know if its my new medication for diabetes or something else, but I have good days and bad. Some times I get a little dizzy others are fine, today I did a lot of physical work and it left me unusually sore and fatigued.
Going to be seeing the doctor early next week for several things and going to see if my fatigue is from my weight or from the meds.

I know this makes streaming times with me kind of frustrating but I feel that I will be getting better soon and hopefully get my energy back.

Heres hoping and don't worry I will be streaming, and I will announce when, just not tonight.

So I go for a doctors visit tomorrow. Plan on getting some tests done in the near future to see what is going on.
Just been fatigued since Good Friday. Plan on getting back to a streaming schedules soon. Until then I am going to work on commissions and will be getting back to some folks.

Alright, here is what has been happening. For over a week I have bee having chest pains. I think its due to stress, bruised muscle and reflux. Regardless, I wen to the emergency room on thursday. Sent the night for observation and they could not find anything conclusive. So I have a stress test scheduled for this week with my doctor.

Friday I took it easy, no heavy lifting and just relaxing. Saturday, I got sick with some kind of bug that I probably got from the hospital.
Been taking it easy and sleeping a lot. So, this week I hope to have the stress test find something and several other tests to see where my diabetes is at.

In the mean time I am going to get back to drawing and coloring. Also going to get the setup for a patreon, it won't be anything special mostly a tip jar.

Anyway, I will see what comes of the tests and move forward from there.

Don't want to, but it seems that my health is a bit worst than I thought.
Just need to bring my stress levels down and rest.

Stream, I am going to stream Thursday night and Friday night. I will get into why I have not been in a streaming state of mind last couple of weeks here.

Work got busy this year. We have been slow for the last 8 months but something changed along the way. For me this means a lot of delegating. One one end its better that I move out of production and leave that to others, on the flip side of that I am now in a position where I can't really learn something new. Its frustrating for me and that is part of why I have been taking on so many commissions.
I am looking forward to clocking out and throwing all that office drama out of my head and get geared up to sketch and design.

This last week has been a headache, more than usual. We are doing a first time print that has a lot of technical parts to it and nothing has gone right on it. That is leaving everyone frustrated and ready to be done. While I am fine for it to be done, we have learned a lot and can produce the print better the next time. Problem is, the management is not happy with how this all one down and is probably not going to let us do it again. Sure it was a mess this time but we know the limits and how to prep for it. That knowledge will never be used again and when it comes up again in a year or two its back to square one.

All of that, and I had a pinched nerve on monday and fell today leaving my knee bruised. Not an excuse limited streaming just tired and I want to ice my knee for a bit. I am lucky to have all that I do have, just a sour week.

Anyway, I am going to rest tonight and we will be rolling again tomorrow.

Not as bad as it sounds. My old computer isn't booting and that is where all my emails are at. Mostly everything else I got off of it a while back save for some photoshop and illustrator files. Its the email that is going to hurt.

If you have commissioned me recently through email, please resend any conversation we had. Only the last two days were recoverable and I know that there are some conversations that I did not download into my notes.

Surprisingly, I am not angry or upset. Think I am copeing with things better. Working on that stress.

Just wanted to let you all know where I have been. I have been having some physical issues. Think that its mostly from work stress and not sleeping right.
Neck tension and some wicked headaches.
Been drawing on my paper tablet instead of the computer. Stay away from the s screen is helping a little.

Also think that the daylight savings messed me up. Just got my sleep pattern fixed and the hours change. Anyway, I will be returning soon and to commissioners, I am working on the coloring and cleaning and will be in contact soon.

Finally, Erica kitty is back to normal. Fleas are gone and her fur is nice and fluffy again. Always one positive at the end of the day.
