Youtube channel and update
Posted 3 years agoHey folks, it's been a long while, but I assure you, I still exist! And what's more, I now have a youtube channel where I've been talking about stuff in the furry community! It's still new, but I hope to keep this thing going for as long as I can.

Now, on to the life update. Medically speaking, I'm not doing so well. I was diagnosed with Parkinson's a few weeks back, and it's been a struggle dealing with that. Financially, also not doing well. I have a job but it's only a couple hours a week and the pay isn't great. Socially, things are actually pretty good! My husband and I are still together, I have friends and family that care about me, and my emotional needs are met.
Overall, I'm still hanging in there, but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't rough. I hope you all are doing well, and please leave a comment here or on my channel if you liked my videos!

Posted 9 years agoOkay, so my attempt to make a suit is on indefinite hiatus. But I can make paws and tails, so all I need is a head for a good partial! With that in mind, I just placed a bid on a really cute head, a cat so a bit out of character for me but whatev. I really hope I win, and it doesn't go too high!
Fur!
Posted 11 years agoThe furring begins! So far I have the top of the muzzle, the left brow, and left cheek glued. I've decided to glue everything instead of sew, because hand sewing sucks! It's going at a pretty good pace, matching everything up is easier than I thought it'd be!
Makin' a fursuit
Posted 11 years agoSo I'm trying my hand at making a head for a fursuit. I'd tried a few months ago, but the results were less than stellar. But I'm salvaging parts of it, and making a balaclava-based head out of it! It'll be a cat, with green fur and a pink nose, with piercings in their ears and maybe eyebrow. All I have to do is make the balaclava out of stretch fabric, glue the face I salvaged to it, then add ears and fur! Wish me luck!

Posted 11 years agoI'm still alive! I've been working on a new project: fursuits! The one I'm working on now is a cat partial, with green fur. I have to redo the head, though, because I tried doing it all out of foam but I think I'd do better with a balaclava construction. So I'm gonna salvage the muzzle and eyebrow area, and put it on the balaclava. At least I won't have to scrap the whole thing! Not ready for commissions yet, but so far it's going well, I seem to have a knack for foam shaping.

Posted 12 years agoSo I haven't been around lately. This is because my human had some serious health problems and had to go to the hospital. We're back now, but she's still pretty messed up, so I'm probably not going to be doing much art for a while, since I have to take care of her. Sorry for the (continued) inactivity!

Posted 12 years agoI went shopping today with my human and three of my best girlfriends! I got SO much stuff, and had a LOT of fun! I need to do this more often, as long as my bank account can handle it!

Posted 12 years agoI just finished the biggest commission of my life! Twenty-one pieces in sixteen days, I am tired but happy! I still have some adjustments to make, but they'll take maybe ten minutes to do once I get the costumes on their recipients. I have two more commissions coming up, but they're just little ones, I can get them done in a day each. But my tail is wagging with joy, I'm so glad I was able to get this all done!

Posted 12 years agoHey guys! Sorry I've been away so long, I've been working on a huge costuming commission, and it's taken up all my time. I haven't forgotten about this place!
I only have six items left in the commission, and then I have another four smaller ones lined up afterward, so I'll likely be busy until after the new year. But I still check this site every day, and someday I'll be back with more of my goofy pictures that you all seem to enjoy for some reason!
