I'm going to spend the next few days/weeks catching up lol 6700 plus submissions to sort through. I can't believe I went so long away from here...

Life has gotten in the way of my passion. In the last two years alot has happened! I graduated college with a degree in teaching however I still have yet to be offered a position as a teacher. right now with as bad as the economy is, government funding is worse. Schools are eliminating positions and increasing class sizes because the government cant pay for another teacher. Im currently working at the boys and girls club of america in my hometown. At least im in my field! I work with about 350 5th through 9th grade students. I have been jumping around from menial job to menial job. I think I have finally found somewhere to stay till a teaching posistion opens up. Hopefully i can get some of my sketches uploaded later this week... Ive got hundreds of sketches from the last 730 days!!!!

Still getting ready... dont think ill ever make it though, too much going on. Ive got about 1.5 years of college left! YAY but the closer you get the less free time you have. Working on some gift art for torachan and a christmas pic i dont think ill have time to finish. O well. Till next time

I always remember the 3rd day of workout always kicking my ass, but tonight it was... easy... i guess i just needed to find the right program to follow. already lost 10 pounds in only 5 days! only 85 pounds to go. i already have a huge confidence boost. After i reach my goal i might see you guys at a furcon!!!

Today the fitness program told me to take the night off, so instead i worked with my new tablet instead! I found a couple hair tutorials to try and give my art more depth, but i only found a few i liked... one of them even said in the prologue that is was sucky so i didn't expect much... i did however find one i really liked, i'm still working on incorporating the new techniques into my arsenal. wish me luck!!!

I know, very cliche but... i have started a 30 workout plan! it is very necessary for my own health but more importantly i am working out with my wife to keep each other motivated. She was diagnosed with gallstones and has to change our lifestyle. I would rather change my lifestyle than have my wife in excruciating pain. I will change for her!

Well today marks day 2 of work in 2010... Is it friday yet? I have so much less time now to draw. Cant wait for a snow day!!! btw i work at a school so i still get those!

For a while now i havent been able to see everyone's artwork. come to find out i never put in my birthdate into the profile! It is so nice to have full access now! other than that not much is going on here, almost time to go back to work. Had a nice long christmas break, but i am ready to get a paycheck again... like you wouldnt believe!
