After using AOL for all these years (Me & my family started using it back in the mid 90's), I have finally moved on to FireFox. The reason for this is that for the last two and a half years, AOL's web browser have been giving me nothing but trouble and error messages (like if I am felling out an online job application, the AOL browser will say that an "Error" has happened, and then re-starts everything and deletes all the info I just entered on the application, so I have to start all over again) :( , and today I finally moved all of my links to FireFox, so I don't need to use AOL's web browser. I will still use my old AOL E-mail address, but for everything else, I am now using FireFox.

Well DC Comics has just posted the list of Rebooted comics that are going on sell in September after Flashpoint is over.

Happy 4th of July everyone! :)

Went to the Dentist yesterday to get my once a year checkup, and they told me I had two cavities (1 small one in a top right tooth, & 1 big one in my back right wisdom tooth). Now it only took the Dentist about three minutes to fix the small cavitie, but it took her almost an hour to fix the big one in my wisdom tooth. She then told me that if I had not come in at that time to get my teeth looked at, the cavitie in my wisdom tooth would have gotten worst and I would have to get it pulled out. So I was very lucky they got to it in time.

Well, today is my Birthday (6-5-1980) and I am now 30 years old. Boy do I feel old, and I would not feel so bad if I only had a job. :(

Well, it's been about a year since I went to the Eye Doc. to get a Laser Eye operation for my left eye. So I go in for my checkup and after that he gave me some bad news. As of right now, my right now has some problems with the new blood vain growing in it, and I will have to get some Laser work done on it. I have to go back on 4/14/2010 for some tests and depending on what the tests say, I may have to go back to him every one to two weeks or once a month to get more Laser work done on my right eye until everything is fixed.

I will post an updated when I get back from the Eye Doc. :(

Update: 4-15-2010
O.K., I am back. The good news is that the problems in my right eye are not that bad. The Bad news is I have to go in to see him about 3 more times for more Laser Eye operations (the first one we did today). My second operation is going to be on 4/29/2010. As for my left eye, the new bad news for it is thast their are two small blood vine leeks right in the middle of my left eye. They are not bad right now, but he can't do anything to them becuase they are in the middle of my eye, and any Laser op eration he does would mess up the vision in my lrft eye. So the plane is that both the blood vine leeks will just heal on their own, or just move out into a new spot for the Doc. to get to them without doing any damage to my eye. I will updat you guys on what happens next.

Update: 4-29-2010
Well I am back and I got some good news, my Eye Doc. did the sceond Laser Eye operation on my right eye today, and he says that he got the last of the Dead Cells in my eye that was causing some of the problems, so I may not have to go in to get a 3rd set of Laser Eye operations. I still have to go see him again on 5/20/2010 for a checkup to see if everything is still O.K., but he thinks he got it all. I will post an update for goys once I see him again.

Great news, the Doc. took a look at both my eyes and says they are looking good. But he does want to see me again in about two months on 7/15/2010 just to make sure everything is healing alright. So lets just hop nothing bad happens in my eyes by them.

Sorry for the very late update, but I have been very busy. The Eye Doc took a look at my eyes and says everything still looks O.K., so I won't see him again until 10/21/2010. :)

Well thanks to every one that had voted for my Super Hero idea, but I only got about 11.02% of the votes, witch put me in 3rd place so I do not get anything for entering the contest. But at least the Car is going to someone that put some good thought into their hero, and not just riped-off one of the Robots from the Transformers Movies. Now if that thing won, I would have been really pissed-off at IGN.com for not taking that thing off the contest page in the frist place.

First I went to the eye doc that did the Laser Eye operation on my left eye back in June today for a checkup and he said that both of my eyes are in good condition, then my mother came to visit and got me a new Microwave & Refrigerator to replace the ones that were in the house I moved into 5 years ago (they were from the 1970's). It's been a Great day for me. :)

:) My last day at Summer Class at College was last Friday (7-31-09) and I am looking forward to the 3 weeks off before I have to start the Fall Classes on the 24th of August. The only things that concern me right now is playing the last add-on for Fallout 3 (Mothership Zeta), killing all the weeds in my yard, playing with my two new dogs, and hoping that my upcoming visit with the Eye Doc goes better then the last time I went to see him to get my Laser Eye Surgery done.

Update 8-11-09:
I have decided that instead of taking the Fall classes at the college, I would take the Fall Semester off to look for a new job. Wish me luck.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am going to the eye doc over the weekend (this Sunday) to have my eyes looked at for Diabetic Retinopathy (I have been a type 1 Diabetic since I was 4 years old ) and to see if they can do anything to fix them. So I my not be able to send you guys a reply until Monday night or Tuesday morning.

So you may be asking "What is Retinopathy anyway?" Well, Retinopathy is when the blood veins in the back of your eye begin to bleed into your eye and cloud your vision, and if its not stopped, it can lead to blindness. The only 3 ways to fix it is to have them take a needle inject something in the back of the eye to stop the bleeding, have them drain the blood out of the eye and then the injection, or have Laser Eye Surgery. But first they have to take a picture of the back of my eyes to see just how bad it is before they can do anything. But from what the eye docs tell me, they caught it in it's early stages, so they can fix it (hopefully).

Update: 6-2-09

Well, I just got back from the eye doc and I have good news and bad news. The good news is that while I do have Retinopathy in both eyes, they caught it in it's early stages and they did fix it with a Laser Eye operation and I only needed it done in my left eye, my right eye is still O.K. (for now anyway). The bad news is that my right eye does have some small blisters & swelling in the blood veins in my back of my right eye, so if I do not take care of my Blood Sugars, Blood Pressure, & Cholesterol, they will bleed and I would have to get a Laser Eye operation to fix it to. I also have a new blood vein growing in the back of my right eye, what makes that bad is that new eye veins can bleed worst then the old ones, can cause scaring, and can grow under the retina and detach it from the eye. So now I have to goto the eye doc every 3 months to get them checked to make sure that they are O.K. In fact, I do have to see the eye doc again in August just to make sure both of my eyes are O.K., but for now, they think everything is O.K. with my eyes.
