Heavy Arte-llary RPG Demo 2
Posted 6 years agohttps://drive.google.com/file/d/1-D.....w?usp=drivesdk
I thought I would post this on my main account. Not much has changed about this particular demo except for one feature that I plan to add.
I understand that not everyone is into fat furs, but I would still like people to enjoy my game. This version of the demo asks you a personality question at the start of the game, basically if you like fat Furs or not. If you say no, then dialogue and certain animations will be altered as to lessen the fat fur themes and make it more palatable for normal people. If you are into fat furs, or are brave and want to see all the differences between the two versions, you can always select yes, but do understand what you are getting into.

What did I do?

It looks like you blocked me for some reason, but I don't remember doing anything that warranted that. Did I do something wrong? I've been trying to contact you on the matter, but it doesn't look like there is any way to do so.
Random rant
Posted 6 years ago how can I say I have a thing for fat furs and still be turned off by about 90% of fat for art I see?
Will be offline for a while.
Posted 7 years ago I have been struggling to get rid of Carpal tunnel for a while, and I have decided the best thing for me is to lay off video games and computer work. I don't know when I will come back, maybe in a few weeks.

Considering rewriting Gaidens of Monstrum
Posted 7 years agoI keep telling mysef to go back to my book and finish it, but I keep deciding against it. Today I ended up wondering... what if it's because I'm just not happy with the book. Why does a race of giant ten-foot rats exist in that world? Why do ANY of those species exist? I'm tempted to outright do it over. Give al my species a reason for existence, more backstory, more fleshing out and such. I'm not dead set on this yet, but it is something I've started considering today. Anyone have any input?
Help Wanted: Website Programmer

As if it couldn't get worse...
Posted 8 years ago...I just had to delete everything on my tablet becaused my Tablet was registered to my dad's account, which I had accidentally used to buy tables for Zen Pinball when I thought I was using money I had just deposited through a cash card. So I had to deregister his account, add my own account, and I basically had to delete everything on my tablet afterward. Now I have to redownload stuff tomorrow morning.
**** FIREFOX!
Posted 8 years agoWelp, today's been ****ing rosy! The newest update for Firefox came this morning, and now all of a sudden, Firefox is unusable! Every place I try to go to brings up a blank screen. SO I downloaded Google Chrome off IE, and tried that, and that one can't even get on the internet. So now I am stuck using Internet Explorer. MOTHER ****ING PIECE OF **** INTERNET EXPLORER!!! ****!!!!!

Removing Gene the human
Posted 8 years agoI've made a lot of characters in my life, and a lot of those characters have stuck with me through all these years. Some, however, I've forgotten to time, never wanted to draw again, or even acknowledge. ...But there's one character I now want to forget more than anyone: Gene the human.
Gene is my take on the Kintaro legend, but uses more stereotypes than actual references. Kintaro NEVER had a pet bear. Bears were his enemy. I also cannot fit him into my story without making it childish. But that's not why I want to get rid of him. The reason I want to get rid of him is because...
...he's human.
...a human with compassion and kindness to other life.
...a concept that is slowly becoming foreign to me.
Friends, I have them RetroDragon, Incinermyn, Jacqueline Petsch, Music_Man... heck, most of the people here in the FA art forum are truly nice people. ...But almost anywhere else I go, I have a problem I want to get off my chest, and I'm looking for people to help make this problem better. ...People INSIST on making it WORSE.
I look for...
-What we do to truly help animals that isn't hunting.
-The better traits of non-humans and proof that we're not all narcissistic.
-Evidence of animals coming back from endangerment.
-When animal cruelty is absolutely wrong and no one can defend it.
-A sign the world is getting better outside nature.
...Instead, I get...
-Animals are mindless beasts!
-We're doing nothing wrong!
-HUNTING IS ****ING ANGELIC, AND I'M GOING TO SHOVE THIS DOWN YOUR ****ING THROAT TILL YOU FINALLY BELIEVE THIS!!!
...Exactly the kind of stuff that makes me feel worse about being a human. I'm at the point of just giving up because no one wants to help me. No one wants me to see the good in life. I just want SOME ONE to help me see the good side of life.
Note: if you come here to do the latter, you will be immediately blocked. I don't care what your argument is in favor of humans and labeling animals as worthless creatures, I've heard every ****ing argument already and I'm sick of it. I'll never accept hunting, so don't waste your time in trying to do so.

May need a new computer
Posted 8 years agoIf I'm not on for several days, that means my computer died. Lately my computer has been crashing on me, resetting, doing this number on the initial logging screen where lots of zeroes pop up. I think that's a sign I either need to reformat my computer and wipe everything, or get a new computer. If I end up having to do the later, then I probably won't be on for a few days. Just to forewarn you.
I'm Cursed.
Posted 8 years agoIt feels like no one I ever like wins an event. In fact, it's always the guy or team I ABSOLUTELY DON'T WANT TO WIN that wins it. When the Patriots won the superbowl, honestly, I was infuriated. WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE THE ****ING PATRIOTS AGAIN!? WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE THOSE CHEATERS!? COULDN'T THEY HAVE LET SOMEONE ELSE HAVE A SUPERBOWL RING FOR ONCE!? It just proves that hard work and dedication are useless. There's always going to be a New England Patriots or a Tombstone who will put minimal effort and cheat their way to victory.
But that's not all. I am seriously sick of monster-raising games... where the strongest monsters are stick figures. I literally hate Pheromosa from Pokemon, VoltaiK from Monster Legends and, honestly, anorexic designs in general. You'd think it would be a minor thing, but it honestly ruins these games, especially when all the monsters I DO like suck. Guzzlord, which honestly is the only 7th gen Pokemon I even sort of like, should have had moves and stats worthy of being a legendary, instead he's a JOKE. His moves suck, his stats suck, and Pheromosa gets godly attack stats she shouldn't realistically have.
Also, the more I see Adam ****over's BS pasted around the internet, the more I loathe him. His advice will ultimately spell extinction for elephants and rhinos and lions.

EVERY ****ING GENERATION!
Posted 9 years agoIt's ALWAYS the Pokemon I like that suck in-game! Every single time! It's always the Pokemon I absolutely DESPISE that are strong! ****!
Looking at all the Pokemon this gen, I have to say that there really is only one Pokemon this gen I really like, and despite the fact it's SUPPOSED to be this super-powerful creature, it sucks! And yet, of course, puke-inducing stickfigure is super ****ing powerful and the Pokemon I like sucks! EVERY ****ING GENERATION!
I just wish the Pokemon I liked would be strong for once, and the Pokemon I outright hate would be considered garbage.

Anyone wanna try out Earthquake Warriors: Sumo League?
Posted 9 years agoAlright, I've gotten a little game for Earthquake Warriors: Sumo League thought up, and I'm about ready to try it out with whoever is interested. Here is the rules, starting with the stats...
Endurance: How much damage you can take.
Stamina: How well you can send out attacks.
Strength: How much damage you can do, and how much you can lift.
Muscle: How much damage you can absorb from Hits.
Weight: Your resistance to grappling attacks. Heavier characters are harder to grapple.
Leg Strength: Your ability to compensate for weight. (A common stereotype associated with sumo wrestlers is that they're surprisingly fast for their weight class. Not sure if there's any truth to that.)
Intelligence: Your ability to connect with attacks.
Reflect: How well you can block attacks.
Two characters, the player with the strongest leg strength goes first. They can choose to either attack or defend. Defense can conserve stamina and strengthen your ability to block till next turn, but you need to attack to do damage. A successful COUNTER, however, will give you a free hit on the enemy. A counter is preformed in the defensive state after rolling the highest possible number. Attackers also roll, and the highest number lands an unblockable critical hit. That's a short description of what I've come up with so far. Still haven't given it too much thought.
Each animal has their own strengths and weaknesses. A Pig is very strong in intelligence, so they will have an easier time connecting with shots. I tried to give four different personalities to the pig, but I kind of feel they could be more diverse.

Don't like any of these? Make your own character and distribute 90 stat points as you please.
Earthquake Warriors Sumo League is a simple game with a 20-sided die. To play, players must select between an attack or block phase. The player with the better leg strength chooses first. If they choose to attack, they can choose to strike or grapple. Strikes are powered by your strength, and deal half of the users Strength in Endurance Damage. Grapples are similar, but work off Muscle instead. They can, however, choose to block as well. Attacking requires Stamina, three for each. Blocking restores a point of stamina.
Blocking attacks is tricky. When your opponent attacks, you must roll five higher than your opponent, unless in block state, then you must only roll two. Your weight also works in tangent with the opponents muscle. For every five higher your weight is compared to the opponent's muscle, your roll requirement against grapples goes down by one. So a tapir with 20 weight fights a wombat with only 15 strength and tries to block an attack in block phase, the tapir would only need to roll one higher than the opponent to succesfully block. In addition, for every 8 muscle your character is higher than the opponents strength, your roll requirement to block a strike goes down by one the same way.
Besides the main phase, after three succesful grapples by one party, they can send an opponent to the edge, but it must be three consecuative grapples without the opponent pulling off a successful grapple themselves. Once a player has sent the other player to the edge, they can either use a charge attack or allow the opponent to come back, the later usually being safer, but the former has rewards. If they choose to charge, they can either use a fatal charge or a fake-out charge, while the opponent can use a strike or a dodge. A strike against a Fatal Charge and a dodge against a Fake Out Charge will always fail, and the opponent will be pushed out of the ring and be declared the loser, however a dodge against a Fatal Charge can turn the tides.
If the opponent dodges a Fatal Charge, the other player must roll to stay in the ring. The default is five, however for every ten in weight the person has, the requirement goes up by one, but for every ten in leg strength, the requirement goes down by one. However, if the person fails the roll, they automatically lose regardless of their standing, so using this move when you're ahead is risky.
Fake Out Charges are less risky, but if the opponent uses a strike against a Fake-Out Charge, they have a chance to deal strike damage, and afterward can put themselves back near the center until the opponent pulls off another successful grapple. Players may choose Fatal Charge/Fake Out Charge and Strike/Dodge by shifting a coin in their hands in secret, then have both players reveal their coins at the same time: heads for Fatal Charge/Strike, tails for Fake Out Charge/Dodge.
If a player is pushed out of the ring or they lose all of their Endurance, they will be declared the loser. The winner then gains EXP depending on the opponent. EXP charts for leveling up are...
LV2:10
LV3:30
LV4:80
LV5:150
LV6:240
LV7:360
LV8:500
LV9:640
LV10:820
LV11:1040
LV12:1300
etc...
For every level to Lv12, a wrestler would give 10 experience when beat per their level. At Level 12, that jumps to 30 experience per level, at level 25 it jumps to 60, and at level 40 it jumps to a hundred.
For every level a player's character gains, they gain 5 points with which they can alot to their stats as they choose. But hitting LV12 will earn 20 extra points, Lv25 will earn 45 extra points, and Lv40 will earn a wopping 75 extra points. In addition to big stat gains, Lv12s, Lv25s and Lv40s will earn defense and attack bonuses. Against a lower level opponent, Lv12s will get a 2-roll bonus against someone. So a Lv11 would normally have to roll 7 higher than a Lv12 to achieve a hit, and the same buffs and debuffs are applied to his own defense. A Lv25 against a Lv24 or lower will have a 5-roll bonus. But a Lv40 against a Lv39 or lower will always block and always hit unless a 1 is rolled by the Lv40. Fighting a Lv40 with a lower leveled sumo wrestler is virtually impossible.
In addition, leveling up to a certain point will allow you to learn a new skill. Some will do more damage but cost more stamina, some will heal stamina and endurance better than block, but won't put you in a block state, some might even inflict debuffs.
Players can fight each other with their character, a randomly generated NPC opponent, or they can go out and fight along the streets against low leveled thugs. These thugs will fight you in groups, but will usually be much weaker and come with only a 10 sided to roll, and will provide 5 experience each. But with higher levels comes stronger and more thugs, but for every level you have, they will only give 5 experience per your level.

Don't forget...

Earthquake-Warriors is always accepting images for the group. In fact, I would be very appreciative if you had something to contribute to the group, as it's pretty lacking.

I have lost all respect for humanity...
Posted 9 years ago...and Adam Conover.
Just reccently I watched his Adam Ruins Animals episode, and I went in with an open mind. He explained how purebred dogs are unhealthy genetic mutants. Okay, fine. He explained how feral cats are overpopulated and have killed off species of birds. Okay, fine. (Although I'm kind of getting sick of everyone pushing spaying and neutering around as if we have to do it to every single cat and dog on the planet) But then he had the ****ING GALL to defend TROPHY HUNTING! He went into this bull**** about how it generates oh-so much money and how there's so totally no other way to help these creatures without HYPOCRITICALLY SLAUGHTERING THEM TO MAGICALLY HELP THEM all while our OWN SPECIES is allowed to breed out of control, overpopulate, and destroy every ****ING THING ON THE PLANET! By the time we've made ANY sort of money from Trophy Hunting, guess what will happen to the endangered animals? They will be GONE! EXTINCT! A MEMORY! A GRAVESTONE IN THE ANIMAL KINGDOM ALL BECAUSE WE KILL AND SLAUGHTER THE VERY ANIMALS WE'RE TRYING TO "PROTECT!!!"We kill those animals, less animals will be alive to breed, animals can't get back their footing, THEY DIE! That money we raised to help them? FOR NOTHING! You can't use money to protect and preserve GHOSTS, dumb****! Not to mention it has TOTALLY been helping the rhinos, who have seen MANY subspecies go kaput already! Heck, are any species actually BENEFITING from this excruciatingly hypocritical practice? NO! Animal numbers CONTINUE going down, animals are being lost, NOTHING IS BEING HELPED BY TROPHY HUNTING!!!
Humans are ****ing pond scum! I am sick of seeing humans degenerate into these evil, narcissistic creatures who only exist to destroy. If we truly wanted to help these animals, what we should do is cut down on OUR OWN population by not breeding so much! Give back some of the land we stole to them! Stop pretending we're such a stable species! Stop pretending we're perfect! STOP PRETENDING THAT HUNTING HELPS ANIMALS JUST SO WE GET TO TEST HOW BIG OUR ****ING **** IS!!! That might just be the anger talking, but at this point I don't have any respect left for my own species. Sure, there are good people out there, but they're slowly being turned to scum by people like Adam Conover using seductive reasoning to justify murdering animals. Pretty soon, good people will be a thing of the past, and all that will be left is narcissistic, death-loving parasites that make up what used to be called the human race.

Blantant Plagerism in Android Apps.
Posted 9 years ago*Laughing his butt off* I just... I'm surprised at how often android apps steal from other games. A while ago, I was playing a game called Monster Legend. The game had:
A passable Bowser look-alike.
A curiously similar Larpas ripoff.
Mother-bleeping ZAPDOS! Looks EXACTLY like Zapdos with blue undertones instead of black.

So, last night I was playing a game called Dungeon Quest on my outdated Polaroid Android (because it can't run anything better), and I came across this:
https://postimg.org/image/nxctztcx5/
*Facepalm* Just... wow. I cannot believe these guys got away with this. This is a monster known as a "Pig Robber." Now, I'm no buff of the franchise, but... It's Beaver Warrior from Yu-Gi-Oh.

They just changes some colors around, altered the shield a bit, replaced his other ear with a horn, removed the rat tail (uhh, isn't he supposed to be a BEAVER?) and completely changed the feet. The sword's the same, the face, the armor, the pose, everything's completely stolen from Beaver Warrior. And this isn't the only plagerized design: the Mushroom Warriors share more than a passing resemblance to Amoongus from Pokemon. Not to mention plagiarized sounds like the fireball sound from Mario and the Final Fantasy jingle. Not to mention oddly named items. You open a chest, get a "Plasma Sword" and the sprite is an axe. Not to mention several different sets of armor with the same name. Just... wow. And they still have the gall to put in a micro-transaction feature, which turned this game into copyright infringement. Just... wow. Android apps are sad.
