Well... looks like hiatuses are starting to become a norm for me lately. Gonna try to keep this one brief, but for those of you wondering, I've ended up dealing with a lot, both IRL and online, to a point that I was left relatively drained more often than not. It wasn't even creator's block, but just lack of energy or desire to work on stories of any kind, that's kind of just drove me to be unable to post any sort of art, be it commissions or even stories of my own making, for quite a long while now (or even left me socially indisposed in private as well, as of late).

Despite all that, I am slowly trying to push myself out of that dump, as it is not a fun thing to be in. Still not feeling able to be as outgoing as I used to, but at the very least I'd like to let my creative side out of the cage finally. Even if I haven't been able to write since February, that hasn't stopped me from coming up with more ideas and commissioning them from people far more talented than me at drawing lol. Hopefully, with some luck, I'll even have something ready to upload later today, so here's hoping you'll be enjoying that when it gets posted.

Bu yeah, that's basically all from me. Lizzie's been a bit under the weather, some very close people to him have been helping keep him sane, and now he's slowly recovering from everything. May it last for longer than just a month this time, I would really not like to have this become a bi-monthly occurrence... Hello there, furs and scales and... everything in between and beyond, lol. As belated as I am (since I wasn't thinking of doing this originally), thought it wouldn't hurt to try and write a new year's journal, try to be a bit more interactive here and in general, even if certain things are still doing a damn good job at keeping me down or exhausted. So yeah, happy new year there y'all, eleven days into the big old 2025, and it's certainly making sure to remind me how rough of a year the previews one was. Still, for all the annoyance and turbulences messing up what was otherwise a happy start for me on the New Year day, I don't plan on letting them ruin this year from the get-go. Already even got some plans in the oven ready to be baked as the months go by, lol.

One of those plans is to try and focus on doing art with more characters besides my sona in them. As much as I adore it, and love pairing him with other friends' OCs or other characters I love, I already have 2 other OCs myself that I've kind of neglected a bunch throughout last year. And I've been working on a growing list of official characters too that I enjoy, many of which I feel are very underrated in this community, both from being obscure or even unnamed or overshadowed by other more popular characters. That doesn't mean I'm sidelining my Trandoshan, I love him way too much to do such a thing, but I'll try to focus on both my 'chu and Roegadyn, as well as both some lesser-known characters and some popular ones.

Other than that, not much else to say. I finally finished a story for this pic, like I said I was hoping to, so if any of you were interesting in reading something to go with the drawing itself, now you can. Hopefully it'll be to a good read for those who'd like to read it, even if it's relatively short (not as short as I was hoping) and likely has some errors here and there (which chances are I'll correct later down the line). Also got some finished commissions awaiting posting for whenever I find the time and energy to write some descriptions/stories and do that. Hopefully I'll be able to get more of them posted, especially since I even had one planned for the first day of the new year, lol. But yeah, overall, that would be all for this journal.

Once more, wishing everyone readying this a merry belated new year, and even if things seem rough in the beginning, here's hoping they will start improving as we get further into this new time. And hope that all those interested in my stuff will continue to enjoy the many things I have planned for this year (provided I'm gonna be able to get them done, lol). Well, considering the time of the year, I thought it most appropriate to write this journal as a small little way to celebrate the season better. So, as such, wishing you all who come across this a most enjoyable and very merry Xmas, as well as quite the happy holidays for those not celebrating Christmas, and may you all be having a very happy new year. This wasn't... the greatest of time, for many of us, and things definitely don't look any brighter in some parts of the world sadly, but hopefully with some luck and a lot of perseverance (as well as those closest and dear to us by our sides), we'll be able to pull through all the next year will be throwing at us and manage to make it through better than the past couple of ones.

And, on a side note, since this is a time of celebration, I also thought it apt to celebrate all the support I've been receiving over here, for lots of great people I've gotten to know and talk with, as well as the many faves and watches I've gotten for which I am most thankful (even if I feel like the artists behind the pics I've uploaded deserve some more of the recognition too). I even managed to cross another milestone quite recently, in the form of hitting 152 watchers (with special thanks to  BarefootSlaveDragon for being the 150th, as well as  batmanga and  RithmAlfortele for being elusive 151st one, respectively 152nd watchers), and over 1500 faves as well (with my lovely and sweet  itzunknown being the lucky 1500th fave, hehe).

So thank you, to all those who've been willing to give a look to the stuff I commission and write and have stopped by to comment on it, give it a fave if they found it to their liking or even gave me a watch somehow, lol. It really means a lot, especially since I sometimes find a lot of my stuff to be pretty niche and at times potentially even strange and off-putting. Here's hoping I'll get the chance to get some more amazing artists across FA and bring some more ideas of mine to life, perhaps even get back into writing properly if I'll get the chance lol.

But, until those times in the future, gonna be wishing you all some merry holidays wherever you may find yourself on the globe, as well as all the thanks for the support given once more. And, for once this decade, here's hoping we will all get the chance to be blessed (at least most of us that deserve it and deserve better, of course) and for things to be improving all around. Hey there, everyone. It's... been a pretty long while since I've last been active around these here parts of the internet in any way. Well, for.. anyone interested, yes, I'm still alive and around as you can see, lol. But a lot has happened since I last did anything actively on this... damn, has it really been 4 months?!

Well, for anyone curious to know, long story short is that I ended up getting a job, been dealing with a whole lot of family drama, things online have been all over the place for me (though there have been some lovely positive developments too hehe 💚🤍🤎), and overall I've just had a severe lack of time, as well as barely energy, to do much of anything, outside of hanging out with people close to me, such as my bestest friends or my wonderful loves.

Now, does me writing this journal mean things have changed over the past couple of months? Uhm... not necessarily, though there have been some improvements at the very least. And, on the bright side, I have been getting commissions in-between all the craziness and busyness to help occupy my mind with other things, and as such I happen to currently have quite the backlog of pics to post, lol. Whether I'll get around to uploading them all or not before the year ends remains to be seen, especially since I've got more coming too, but here's hoping I'll find the time to write some "short" descriptions for them and get as many of them in my gallery as I can (though no promises on that).

Outside of that... well, not much else to say really. This past half-a-year has been pretty turbulent, filled with highs and lows of all kinds, but I've been making my way through it all so far, and hopefully it'll get less hectic towards the end so I can enjoy some of the good times, before turning over the page into next year. No idea when I'll start posting again, but when I do, hope those of you that enjoy my commissions will be enjoying the upcoming pics too, as well as the many talented artist I've gone with for them. Kind of belated with this, thanks in no small part to the ongoing exam session I'm dealing with, but wanted to make this journal to commemorate the milestone and thank you all for the achievement, as it is a pretty big one for me. I don't think I truly deserve it that much, since most of the stuff in my gallery is art I either commissioned or received as a gift/earned in a raffle, and as such the original artists would be more deserving of this support. But still, I am most thank full for this nonetheless, even if I'm really terrible at saying and showing it. ^_^"

Never really expected for this profile to go anywhere this soon, since (as I often say) Trandoshans feel pretty underrated and not as popular as other species out there, so I didn't expect to reach this in less than a year after making my own scalesona from that species. Hello there, everyone! And happy Star Wars... well, Month, at this point, since I missed May the 4th. Did plan on writing this yesterday, so it'd fit with Revenge of the 5th, but, well... life happened and I ended up in a spiral that was pushing me into a pretty bad place, but yesternight and the night before. Will spare you strangers the details, but to anyone reading that's concerned, I'm all alright, things are fine and I'm feeling well enough at least.

Would've had something prepared for it, but unfortunately it's been hard to find the time lately... Though, I guess since my scalesona is a Trandoshan, anything involving him would be a celebration of Star Wars, in a way, lol. Still wish I could've had something for this month specifically, but guess wishing others a good time will have to suffice. And while I'm late with the cheers and good wishes, do hope May the 4th was with those of you that are into Star Wars to any extent. Regardless of the good parts and the bad ones, as well as everything in-between, I'm sure we can all appreciate the parts of this franchise that we enjoy the most and celebrate the parts we like.

And we can all agree... it's got some very hot stuff there that could always use more attention (not just Trandoshans, for that matter, as much as I love them). Wookiees, Lasat, Shistavanen, Gamorreans, Ewoks, Nautolans... and that's just the more "popular" ones in the media (so not mentioning the lesser known ones, like the Dowutin, Harch, Draedan, Togorian, Nelvaanian...). A whole lot of races and species, of quite a lot of variety and with much potential for all sorts of fun situations in the fandom, and yet you barely get to see them sometimes... well, here's hoping that'll change with time and its species will receive more love around here. Definitely wouldn't mind doing my part potentially in the possible future ;3

If you've got money to spare, or are simply itching to commission an artist and you haven't found to work with yet, I definitely recommend her, since her works are top-notch and reaaally good. Plus, if you're tight on cash, she does offer monthly payment plans too. If only I wasn't pretty broke rn, would be more than happy to help her out, but best I can do for now is help spread the word, so if you can't afford a comm or donation for her, than do try to spread the word as well if you can.

Really wish her nothing but the best, and hope she'll be able to pull through this ordeal soon.

Small update, still on that hiatus, especially now that university started for me again. But, I have received a bsky code from the fabulous PinkGirlPen (who, btw, is very talented and does outstanding art, so you all should definitely go give her a watch, especially if you're into feet), so now I've got a bluesky account finally, after seeing a lot of people migrate over there, lol.

That's basically all of it, lol. Mostly made this to thank her and to flex that I'm in the cobalt ether, lol! Otherwise, will still upload some of the commissions and gifts I've got, and will see if I managed to get back into writing and do something more on that front, lol. Hello, everyone! About time I made another one of those, lol.

So, I briefly mentioned this in the description of my latest upload here, but I'm kinda on a bit of a hiatus when it comes to stories and writing. Got a few things to be dealing with in my life, both online and IRL, which have unfortunately left me with little time to write. Do plan on getting back to it and uploading some stories once I get them done, since I have the ideas and plot for them all figured out. I just need the time to actually sit down and write, lol. Hopefully it happens soon.

In the meantime, while I try to deal with those issues, think I'll be uploading some art I've gotten, but via commissions, as gifts, through adopts and everything else in-between. Been starting to do those, and even have a few more planned out, both for myself and involving some very close friends of mine, so expect to see more art on this profile, UwU. Not my art, lol, since I'm really terrible at drawing stuff, but art made by other talented people and good friends! Hopefully that'll make up for the lack of stories on my part, lol!

Was originally gonna write a story as a way of celebrating it, but since I found out there's also a National Foot Fetish Day not too long from now, on May 29th, I think I'm gonna post it sometime between the two days instead.
