Fancy a free cameo in SV as a space pirate captain?
Posted 3 weeks agoI'm taking a limited number of very minor cameos for arc 4! These will be super quick, maybe just a passing glance at your character and perhaps a few lines but if you'd like a little part of SV, let me know! If you are interested, just a few questions for you.
1. Do you mind certain abilities or elements of your character being toned down to fit in the HW canon/storyline? Your character will be officially part of Heavy Weapons but they must fit within my canon, so godlike characters will be toned down massively ect ect
2. Do you mind what happens to your character? If yes, whats the limit? Death/corruption/bad end
3. Silly point, but in the event SV makes it large, you understand that your cameo is purely a fun thing and not entitlement to any proceeds?
This is the last call for the cameo stuff for arc 4, i'll be wrapping up and closing it this week. You can either message me on discord or note me on here!

Posted 6 months agoSweet Venom thoughts & over half a million words written!
Posted 6 months agoHey folks. Just a little journal talking about my thoughts on my writing and SV in particular.
As me and my wife continue to work on Sweet Venom, I noticed the total word count of the rewrite is reaching close to 400k words, whilst the original stands at just shy of 190k words. Between those two pieces, i've exceeded half a million words written by over close to 100k. I planned on doing something to celebrate reaching half a mil but i've done it! Not sure what I should do. Maybe it should be a celebration of the rewrite exceeding half a mil? Not sure.
On that note, is it right to continue calling it a rewrite when it is larger than the original? Couldn't say. I've been calling it the SV rewrite for a long time now. What do you all think? Time for a rename? Does it just become SV and the original is renamed instead?
I've hit a few milestones since I last did a journal. Firstly, I tallied all the votes and ratings I got from posting the chapters on literotica. These are the average of all the chapter ratings, with over a 1000 votes spread across all chapters.
Out of 5 stars
Arc 1 avg score: 4.64
Arc 2 avg score: 4.71
Arc 3 avg score: 4.81
SV total average: 4.72
This score is now a couple of months out of date, but it looks like they've only gone up since then. I am absolutely thrilled and humbled by this, considering the out-there nature of Sweet Venom and how it doesn't follow any particular writing tropes. I could have taken several elements of the story out to increase mass appeal but decided to stay true to what I found compelling. Time will tell if I come to regret this, but for now, I am genuinely ecstatic about this.
I've only received one "futa trash" comment so far but I wear it as a badge of honour!
My writing has come a long way since I first started, back when I was posting first drafts onto FA without even proof reading or spell checking. FA has changed a lot over this time period too, I know a lost a lot of readers because they literally moved away from FA. I can now say i'm proud to share it with people (with pre-warning) and I think the quality of the story is excellent. I do think the original had plenty of its own charm, it was more thrilling and felt more dangerous, the Controllers were scary as hell in the original and Diego got put through the wringer multiple times. The Controllers felt like they were barely stable monsters, terrorising everything around them and Seeth's sudden swing feels very earnest as she learns to be something else. I do miss that primal edge they used to have. Whilst the Controllers lost their almost horror-esq edge, in the rewrite they are much more compelling, complex and still forces on nature in their own right. They still own every seen they're in and I love writing about them. Seeing Controllers go up against other people, you get to see just how powerful they are and I think arc 4 will bring back some of the nail-biting tension. I'm hoping to continue to show that as I push the gang further and further out, exposing them to more varied threats and unveiling more about the corruption.
Spoilers for those not up to date FYI****
Mooki and her corruption is really interesting to compare between the original and the rewrite. That arc in SV:O was fascinating and I think it really pushed my boundaries as a young writer, but it had so many loose ends and tangents that I think the new version handles it much better. I think people were very forgiving of any plot holes in the original because of how interesting the story was, and perhaps some understanding that I was a novice too. These days, me and Sussy (wife) spend a LOT of time ensuring the plot has no holes in it and everything adds together correctly.
For those who read the original, did you read the rewrite? Any thoughts?
For those who've only read the rewrite, does the original sound interesting?
I've loved rewriting SV and with this next arc, we're treading deeper into new territory. With Wex back in the picture, we'll be following some plot threads the original treaded, but i'm excited to really begin the new plotlines and see what people think. We've been leaving clues through-out the arcs so far, time to see if they pay off and if Wex survives!
Thanks to all those who read and follow my work and for reading this journal. More art coming soon. More SV coming soon, stay tuned!

Reflecting on arc 3, SV and character refreshes
Posted 11 months agoHey everyone! I'm sitting here typing this a few short days after finally finishing arc 3 of Sweet Venom and I thought I'd reflect on my journey through the rewrite and the arc itself.
Three years ago I committed to rewriting Sweet Venom, initially just the beginning but the scope evolved to a full reboot of the series. Now, I'm three arcs in and I've written more than double than the original series. With on-going and continual support from my wife, I think the new series far outshines the original. Not just in terms of writing quality, but also character development/growth and plot points. I can definitely feel the difference, hell, even compared to the first new arc, arc three is a total beast. It had some incredibly difficult scenes to write, things I'd never attempted before but I think I pulled them off. I'm incredibly proud of what i've written so far and i'm pretty psyked for the future. We're taking a break for the rest of December, with arc 4 beginning next year and I think its going to be awesome, even if it goes eat a lot of my time.
My personal favourite scenes to write in arc three were the Vora Baron scenes, starting with Lead Eater. I think I managed to capture the sheer brutality of both Barons themselves, and Seeth, who still appears to be a fan favourite, but more on her later. But closely behind that however were the DA scenes, which are much more involved than the original. Evangeline is a total bitch of a character and wicked fun to write, daddy Theo is a fantastic addition to any scene and Scyler is just a slimey as he always was. The DA scenes surprised me with both how much I enjoyed writing them and how well they were received. Overall, there's so much of arc three I enjoyed writing, even if it was really difficult (Looking at you, court scene & Darkpaw) and its really expanded my horizons as a writer.
Onto characters. I've been overwhelmed by the people saying how well written my cast is. Characters feel rich and deep, their motivation tangible and their presence felt. Or so I've been told. Not sure if its my place to say. But I'm super happy with how the enrichment of my cast is going, plus the new additions. Jace was wildly reworked and is practically a different character, but he feels much more integral to the story and I like his new version. The new node cast is going well! Tani and Mina are great fun and I love having them in scenes. Mook's tragic backstory played out beautifully but I feel like she needs more fleshing out in arc 4. The new crew are a mixed bunch, purposefully. I didn't want the marks escaping in arc one to feel like a pre-selected bunch who all fit into different team roles, I wanted them to feel like rag-tag bunch of people who got their act together long enough to resist the allure of the Controllers. So the crew consisting of Tivy, Trent, Geralt & Oxyi should feel grounded and realistic, a bunch of people forced into situation, rather than a hand-picked crew of main characters. I had a ton of reasons for this, the main one being that the Controllers themselves are main characters, I needed people closer to reality to not only help ground the story, but elevate the Controllers further. Despite that, I don't find the crew boring at all. Tivy is a funky lil' treasure of a girl, Geralt is an older gentleman suffering through mental trauma and trying to bounce back, Trent is an everyman who's trying to keep himself together in spite of the hunger within and Oxyi is a tough-as-nails gal who never stops fighting and is deeply loyal. Seeing their struggles after the first two arcs is the much needed grounding to further show just how devastating the Rewritten are and how uplifting someone like Diego is.
On that note, the boy! Diego! Having received a pretty substantial power buff since the original, he's much less of a victim now. Diego is now a force of nature, charging into danger head first to save others. The result is, he feels much less like a bottom bitch and far more worthy of the Controllers focus. I've been teasing more and more about him, with arc 3 finally showing something substantial about his past and capabilities, only further cementing his status with the Rewritten. An enigmatic soul who feels like he's teetering on the edge of something very dark and dangerous, but holy fuck would you want him by your side at a fight. Diego's transition from bottom boy to alpha powerhouse was a huge change from the original and he feels much better for it. I feel like i've struck the balance between powerful and balanced nicely, we see him lose, we see him use his brains, we see him overpower and destroy people, I'm looking forward to drawing the curtain back on him entirely and revealing what exactly he got up to and why he is the way he is. You can feel the impact he has on peoples lives and that's a great thing for the story.
The Controllers are a fantastic cast who always dominate whatever scene they are in and I adore writing about them. Seeth recieved a minor aesthetic update and retains her "cold bitch who'll fight tooth and nail for those close to her" with all the brutality of a Controller, plus her new warping capabilities. She's mostly the same as she was, if less sadistic than initially introduced. Leech has only recieved a personality update, with the latest chapter revealing that she isn't the insane loose-cannon that people perhaps originally thought. Super sassy and far more sane than first suspected. Plasia's soft side has been really softened and she's a wonderful person, when she's not going apeshit and corrupting people, her story is really heartbreaking and i'm looking forward to treating the blueberry muffin with a softer story soon. Moltezz easily received the biggest glow-up, both physically and personality wise. The queen now rules the kingdom fully, with a nuclear arsenal of psyonics and a personality than commands respect and attention. Old Moltezz feels very hollow and "all bark no bite" compared to the new Moltezz. Of all the glow-ups, I think she earns the top spot. Ink mostly received a physical update but her backstory seems to really capture people. I've had numerous people comment that Lamp's story in arc one was a tough read for them, for the right reasons. Seeing her transform into a monster is both cathartic and also horrifying. You're never sure if you you want Ink to win or not, which is what I intended for now, but we'll see how long that lasts. RIP Maloch, we hardly knew ye.
There is still plenty of work to be done and things to improve though. Despite my praise above, I know I can do better and there are still multiple storylines playing out that I need to see through. I'm hoping that the various clues I've been leaving in the arcs will make more and more sense as we progress. With the crew coming back together, arc 4 and beyond should feel more focused that 3, which hopped around an awful lot between the various characters. I don't think arc 3 was too long, I don't think theres anything than feels filler'y, but it did take a while for certain plot points to happen. We ended up cutting a few scenes and ideas to keep the pace, which I think was the right decision ultimately. Which brings me onto my final thoughts.
Rewriting Sweet Venom was the right decision.
I'm super happy with how its turning out, everything feels much more fleshed out and real, and the fact i've been able to share it with people IRL and they've enjoyed it is a sign that i'm doing something right. Feedback on FA has been light, but i've had a few people come out to directly tell me how much they're enjoying it, and that as been an absolute pleasure to hear.
So thank you for reading my little introspective. I realise its been quite wanky, i've talked very positively about myself here, but i'm honestly proud of what i've done. I'm just going to enjoy the moment for what its worth.
Been keeping up with SV? Please do let me know your thoughts. They're much appreciated. If you feel so inclined, I have some questions:
1. If you read the original, how do you compare the two?
2. How do you find Diego as a main character?
3. Favourite arc?
4. Favourite character?
5. Which Controller do you think understands Diego the best?

Heavy Weapons patch notes 4/7/24
Posted a year agoHey peeps, trying something different for documenting little changes in my setting that I thought would be fun! If you haven't seen it, check out the anomaly section of my website for more lore! I built it all myself and am quite proud of it!
https://www.heavy-weapons.com/general-6
Official HW patch notes for 4/7/24
Version “Midwest Indigo”
Anomalous materials
Voltynite
- New temperature scaling for anomalous effects. Anomalous energy pulses, spire growth and physical toughness is now directly linked to the temperature of the spire.
- Scaling is non-linear and falls off at higher temperatures but high heat voltynite should be much more threatening than last patch
Insight: Voltynite sits as a non-universe ending but dangerous anomalous material that felt a little undercooked compared to some of its other “mid danger level” cousins. It already melted at low temperatures and solidified at higher ones, this change further pushes Voltynite into being a heat based threat, scaling its power and “anger” level with heat. High heat spires will now take significantly more punishment to destroy and will require a larger response from factions to neutralise.
Pheonixium
- Now named “Novarium”
Insight: Name changed to better suit purpose. Phoenix association closer to rebirth than heat generation.
Abhorricite
- Can now only form in areas sheltered from starlight.
- Abhorricite formations that spawn in areas that cannot be accessed will now still perform abductions, victims will be aware that they need to dig to reach their target
Insight: A thematical change to keep Abhorricite’s alarming capabilities more consistent. Reduced spawning locations will reduce average lethality but introducing the abduction capabilities for buried formations should even it out.
Plasmide and Novarium
- Introduced negative self-catalysing co-efficient to slow down rampant energy building
Insight: A nerf to the energy generating properties of both Novarium and Plasmide but only for the energy they generate themselves. External energy amplification is unaffected. Should slow down masses of either material from spiralling out of control too quickly and make both materials slightly easier to handle.
Shadowmire
- Added ability to shift locations when unobserved
Insight: Short ranged teleportation of shadowmire crystals makes the material even more difficult to harvest and store. Factions were utilising shadowmire too often and its storage was too easy. Risks should more evenly match rewards now.
Astralyte
- Buffed addictive qualities of healing effect
Insight: Astralyte’s extreme healing and aging prevention is very powerful and the addictive quality of it was not highlighted enough. Up to reader to decide if addiction is anomalous or natural.
Cosmeium
- Buffed disruptive EM behaviour versus technology
Insight: This change should solidify Cosmeium’s position within the catalogue as a disruptive material, as its radioactive flames were often more of a distraction than a disruption. Cosmeium can now severely effect space based operations without sufficient shielding.

Sweet Venom story guide
Posted a year agoThis is a long overdue guide to Sweet Venom where to find what you want.
Sweet Venom started as a series over 11 years ago at the time of writing this journal as a smut story to explore some new characters I had created (Seeth and Leech at the time) but it continued as a story beyond the first few chapters into several arcs that I wrote over the course of a few years when I had the urge to do so.
Over time, I have improved my writing skill and wanted to revisit at least the very beginning of Sweet Venom, but this turned into a full-scale reboot of the series. The current version features less sex than the original but vastly improves upon it in all other aspects. You can find the chapters below but please note, we just finished editing arc one so the individual chapters are now outdated and will be replaced when I can find the time, but I have uploaded the entirety of arc one for readers on FA. Arcs 2 and 3 are still current and can be read chapter by chapter on here. Scribblehub has the new version already, so feel free to hop on there if you want those immediately too.
Arc one: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/55302076/
https://www.furaffinity.net/gallery.....71/Sweet-Venom
https://www.scribblehub.com/series/.....nom--rebroken/
This original version of Sweet Venom is now considered non-canon, it is full of spelling mistakes and plot holes that come with not planning a story, not proof reading or editing and posting first drafts online. By popular request however, I can keeping this version online for people to read as it still gets the occasional favourite these days. You can find all the chapters grouped up below:
https://www.furaffinity.net/gallery.....weet-Venom-old
https://www.scribblehub.com/series/.....nom--original/
This version will not be updated going forward and should be considered abandoned. Thank you to all those who've enjoyed the series and supported me over the last 11 years.

On the topic of Patreon and supporting me, you should know that I cannot sustain the content grind that many have come to expect from patreon supported stories. Between my job, my wife and life itself, I cannot deliver weekly updates to the story and I don't want people to provide to me on that expectation. Whilst we are planning on putting out a chapter every two weeks going forward for the current arc, I'm not sure what will happen when we hit arc 4. Please bear that in mind if you do decide to support me, I want you to feel satisfied with where your money is going, after all.
FAQ
Can I read Sweet Venom if I don't like hermaphrodite sex scenes?
Yes. All sex scenes are skippable without impacting the story.
What is Sweet Venom about genre wise?
That's a hard one. Trying to pin it down is very difficult as it crosses various genres, but at its core, its an adult, sci-fi story. As vague as that is.
Do I need to know anything about Heavy Weapons before reading SV?
No. If anything, its great introduction into Heavy Weapons. I've purposely written it to be devoid of lore dumps and give information in a more natural way.
How much does the rewrite change compared to the original?
A lot. All the characters have been revamped and whilst have a lot of similarities to their former versions, are much more pronounced now. The story itself follows a similar trajectory, but told differently and frankly, told better. And for those who've read the original, Diego still gets topped plenty, but he actually tops himself now! Fancy that!
Will you ever continue the original?
No. I'm proud of what I managed to sculpt with the original and I felt the ideas were worth revitalising, but the story was an absolute mess and deserved better. I know people enjoyed the original, as did I, but the rewrite is worth your time more than the original ever was, I promise.
When is **** character coming to the rewrite/my favourite character isn't in the story yet?
No characters have been scrapped from the original, but we're pacing the story differently. If you're waiting on your favourite controller from the original, they're coming, I promise!
What made you scrap the original?
The magnitude of my previous mistakes. The original wasn't written in one go, it was written in bursts over the course of 7-8 years when I had the effort and energy to do so and that made planning it a complete nightmare. Truth be told, I didn't really plan it at all. I'm great at coming up with scenes, ideas and worlds, but stringing those things together into a coherent storyline is difficult and I had made some serious missteps along the way. Things like Plasia just randomly appearing on the escape ship in the original when she clearly wasn't involved in the escape for example. Originally, I planned only to rewrite the first few chapters to turn them into something I'd be happier to share with people I knew in real life, but as the process started, I realised that my writing had changed so much since it first started that the shift from new>old writing would induce whiplash at best. It was at that point that I knew a complete refresh was my best option. Beyond that, it also excited me. I've always loved SV, I love the characters and the storylines i've created. The chance to do them again, with more skill and planning this time was super exciting for me.
What is your business plan for SV?
Currently, i'm just releasing chapters for free. If I get a few more people on Patreon, i'll switch over fully to "Patreons get early access" to the chapters but still release them for free. I am looking at potentially publishing SV but I have no idea where that road goes. I'll update here if anything changes.
Will Sweet Venom ever have an ending or will it go on forever?
I do plan for Sweet Venom to have an ending. Its a long way off yet though. Additionally, just because SV ends, doesn't mean I won't write about the characters again. Diego and the gang can easily have more adventures following SV, should they survive it.
I have ideas for Sweet Venom, how do I share them with you?
Just pop me a note or a shout, I also have a discord! I'm more than happy to hear ideas but I do ask people bear in mind my "No Bulldozing" rule before contacting me.
What does "No Bulldozing" mean?
Bulldozing is when you self-insert into other peoples canons with no respect to their canon, lore or creations. This takes many forms but primarily involves inserting your own creations into someone else's world and immediately making your character the strongest, most powerful creature to have ever existed, or bending the canon to fit your own desires. Getting involved in other peoples fiction can be amazing fun but if you don't respect what has already been established, you're going to find yourself ignored, blocked or banned.
No bulldozing does not mean you cannot create fan characters or get involved, but if you message me or any other creator with your god-born self-insert and hope that we will somehow enjoy reading about it, you are gravely mistaken. Don't be cringe. We all have self-insert power fantasies, most of us realise they are best kept private.

Welcome new followers + Story commission
Posted 2 years agoHey folks! Welcome to all those who've dropped me a follow, both those new and old. In todays ever expanding, ever competitive internet landscape, its good to know I'm still relevant to some! If you have dropped me a watch recently, i'd love to know why. Is it the boobs? The stories? The alien dicks? The general vibe?
With the wedding out the way, me and Auburn (My wife!) are getting back into Sweet Venom with her producing the latest chapter as per my instructions. We have another BIG chapter coming soon which will be quite explosive, hoping to have that out soon. We did submit SV to a story competition but haven't heard anything back yet as they've had a LOT of entries which doesn't bode well for us, we're not expecting to win but the story has come a long way since I first started it like, 12 years ago! I'm super happy with the latest version of it, but I do still see people favouriting the older and even original versions! Crazy!
Auburn is offering short story commissions at a flat price of £40 a piece for roughly 4-6k words, happy with both SFW and NSFW, give me a shout if you're interested and I'll put you in touch. She doesn't have a paypal so the payment will go through myself most likely.
Hope you're all keeping well, its been a tough start to the year for me as i've come off my anti-dee's and its been very tough, but I think i'm nearly on the other side of it. As always, more art and stories to come soon, maybe another AMA?
My Patreon is still running for those who want to support me - https://www.patreon.com/user?u=415816 - I've started doing votes for what pin-ups to get next! Another raffle this year maybe? Let me know if you're interested!

Sweet Venom fans - Give me your feedback on ARC 1
Posted 2 years agoHey folks! We have a new chapter for arc 3 coming out soon but i've found a competition that I want to enter and we'll be sending in arc 1, so me and Auburn are reviewing arc 1 in full and adding a little to it. If you have any feedback at all for that arc or wanted to see anything, now is a perfect time to let us know!

Accidental spoiler drop
Posted 2 years agoHey peeps, if you read the latest SV chapter I dropped, Chapter 11, part 2 of Red, Black and Blue - please forget about the scenes at the very, very end. They have been deleted now but they weren't supposed to be in there, sorry about that!
Heavy Weapons Journal - Anomalies
Posted 2 years agoHey everyone, got another world building update! I finally did my update of the anomaly details I started years ago! Although my website will need to be updated with the below. Anyway! Onto the deets!
Anomalies!
Although most travelled space within the Heavy Weapons universe is stable enough, there are areas where-by the fabric of reality is frayed enough for errors to occur. These errors, known as “Anomalies” are broken into several categories for ease of remembrance but have further classifications that vary in importance.
Anomalies vary both in strength and type, from small disturbances to nightmarish visions to the creation of brand-new matter and energy.
Those who live within established areas of space may go their entire lives without ever witnessing an event, but those close to the outer rim of reality or near to a particularly unstable region of space may see them in a semi-regular basis.
To help people recall the generic anomaly types, the acronym “FWEEP” was established, which is also very similar to the noise made by Early Anomaly Warning Instruments (EAWIs) when they detect a disturbance.
F – Fabrication event (FB)
W – Warp event (WP)
E – Extrasensory event (EX)
E – Erasure event (ER)
P – Pulse event (PL)
All anomalies can be assigned to one of these different headings, but there can be multiple different versions of each event. I.E. not all fabrication events will be the same thing. Beyond the event classification, a strength rating between one and five is also assigned when appropriate, with EAWI’s often able to predict the strength rating with a reasonable degree of accuracy.
Class One – Micro scale – One person or less effected
Class Two – Kilo scale – One thousand people or less effected
Class Three – Giga scale – One million people or less effected
Class Four – Peta scale – Planetary scale
Class Five – Zetta scale – Solar system scale
These scale ratings have been criticized for not adequately representing the level of danger associated with the anomaly but the Universal Council has responded by saying their advice is to leave the area when an anomaly is about to happen or in progress, adding a danger level would cause confusion and directly contradict their advice. Information can also be difficult to assess as many anomalies are extremely short lived and thus, gathering data on them can be entirely impossible.
Anomaly types
Fabrication event (FB)
Fabrication events are the spontaneous generation of new matter within the universe. With micro scale events being as small as the generation of a few grams of nitrogen in the middle of cold space, to the extremely rare scenario of a zetta scale event generating multiple planets out of nothing.
Generally, fabrication events are sorted into three categories:
The generation of stable matter – The creation of matter that obeys the laws of physics
The generation of anomalous matter – The creation of anomalous matter that has impossible attributes
The generation of artefacts – The creation of more complicated, impossible assets
Because of the unpredictable nature of the generation, further divisions in classifications have been rejected. Regardless of whether or not a fabrication event produces a raw hunk of iron or a dangerous shard of anomalous Voltynite, the advice is the same, stay clear and observe from a safe distance.
Once the event has finished, the end result can be surveyed for its potential use should be generated in a significant enough quantity.
Warp event (WP)
Warp events are anomalies that teleport energy or matter, with there being two main types:
Instantaneous teleportation
These are anomalies that will instantaneously teleport whatever is affected to another location, the scale of the anomaly effects both the sheer quantity of matter and energy teleported, and the distance its moved.
Sustained wormholes
These are anomalies often referred to as a “Wormhole” that is a sustained anomaly that acts as an instantaneous teleport between two fixed locations. Small scale wormholes are often worthless and annoying, but higher scale wormholes can sometimes be extremely valuable, cutting transport time between two solar systems to nothing. Wormholes are fundamentally unstable and will eventually close at random, with some wormholes lasting barely more than a day and others still on-going after being discovered several thousand years ago.
Wormhole teleportation is entirely harmless, including if the hole closes. As the teleportation is literally instantaneous, it’s impossible to get “trapped” within in a wormhole, despite stories that frequently echo through Nomad space.
Extrasensory event (EX)
Extrasensory events are a bizarre phenomenon that produces strange, often terrifying effects that rarely effect physical matter and instead play with the sensory and neurological systems of living beings. Extrasensory events are one of the biggest reasons why populations often refuse to live next to anomaly hot-spots, even if those areas are often completely safe.
Extrasensory events are very rarely outright dangerous but their effects vary between advantageous and profoundly horrifying, usually effecting much larger areas than the other anomalies and also more likely to be sustained rather than instantaneous, effecting large areas of space for several weeks, months or years at a time.
These anomalies exist in a weird juxtaposition where they the usually the most physically harmless but easily the most disruptive to living populations should their effects be mentally taxing to endure. Their actual effects vary tremendously and as such, they are once again, difficult to quantify. The recorded effects of Extrasensory events such extreme variance that any new occurrences should be immediately reported for review as their effects aren’t always apparent, current examples include:
The absence of the feeling of hunger
Seeing “eyes” at the edge of your peripheral vision
Hearing conversations from your past (Altered)
Increased pain reception
Witnessing new colours or perceiving existing colours with greater intensity
Decreased need for sleep (Without negative consequences)
Hearing someone calling your name in the distance (Voice familiarity varies)
The feeling of being watched constantly (Intensity varies)
Depression alleviation (Complete fundamental re-frame of subjects issues – Some retained benefits after leaving area of effect)
Increased aggression
Faceless ancestor manifestation (Typically short lived, interaction impossible)
Complete panic response (Varies between sustained and upon entry to anomalous area)
Hearing unintelligible conversations (Voices speak languages not known to subject, frequently deep voiced and sounds “close” or “behind” subject)
Increased paranoia of substantial blood loss
Phantom limb sensations
Time distortion
The above list is not exhaustive and EX events can be almost anything in nature, but their effects are entirely personal. Two people in the same room are highly unlikely to experience the sensations at the same time, causing further increases in paranoia.
Once catalogued however, areas under the effects of EX events may still be habitable, but this depends entirely on how disruptive the particular event it.
Erasure event (ER)
Erasure events pertain to the “deletion” of energy and/or matter from the universe. The rarest type of anomaly by far, these events can only happen in extremely unstable areas of space.
Their effect is as described, the subject in question will simply vanish, but there are two forms of deletion. Cease point and Meta-hemorrhage. With both types of ER event, the scale will influence how much energy/matter is lost.
Cease point is the most common type of erasure event, with practically all references of “Erasure events” referring to them. When a Cease Point event occurs, the subjects it effects will simply cease to exist from that point onwards. Those who knew of the subject will continue to remember it/them and for all intents and purposes, the subject no longer exists physically, but can exist in memory (in all its forms).
A Meta-hemorrhage is a far more intrusive and dangerous type of Erasure event, with the subject ceasing to exist as per a Cease Point event, but the Meta-hemorrhage directly effects the memories of others and any data recordings of the subject, with the scale of the event changing how much of the “evidence of the subjects existing” is destroyed/lost/erased. Small scale Meta-hemorrhage events may fragment the memories of those close to the person/item, making it difficult or “fuzzy” to remember. Large scale events may completely wipe a person and all their memories from existence, including damaging physical evidence.
Although Meta-hemorrhage events are extremely rare, there has been evidence of their occurrence in the furthest reaches of space. A particular family had pictures of a child erased and their own memories scrubbed, the family pictures merely had pieces missing where their child used to be, the subject family never questioned why their family portraits were burned and became increasing upset when asked, possibly showing that fragments of their child's memories may still exist.
Although by far the most outright dangerous anomalous event, the unstable conditions required for their generation are thankfully limited. Erasure events also produce substantial warnings, detectable via EAWIs which makes their fatalities practically non-existent. That said, should one begin to manifest, the advice is clear. Leave the area. Warn everyone. Nothing can “survive” an Erasure event.
Pulse event (PL)
Pulse events refer to the spontaneous generation of energy. Separate from fabrication events that generate matter, low level pulse events are the most common type of anomaly, usually taking the form of a small burst of low energy EM waves, such as radio waves.
These low level Pulse Events are generally completely ignored and will contribute only static fuzz and weird signals to surveillance equipment not designed to filter them out.
Stronger Pulse Events can present a serious hazard, often releasing a sudden explosion of light and heat but these will typically manifest in unoccupied areas and with significant warning via EAWIs, but their threat to life shouldn't be ignored.
Rarely, Pulse events will produce forms of energy not possible within reality typically, such as “Anti-heat” which appears to cool matter down but can cool them past the point of absolute zero, which shouldn't be possible, these PL events should be refereed to the Universal Council with great urgency as anomalous energy may present a sustained and serious threat to existence.
There are continued rumours that the low level random radio waves generated by PL events on the rim of reality have encoded messages or secrets hidden within them. These rumours are completely false and dangerous. There is nothing to decode within these bursts, they are genuinely random, but following the results any pattern produced by them may lead to significant risk of personal harm.

New species and character idea - Pupa!
Posted 2 years agoHey peeps, got a new species idea here that i've latched onto. Let me know your thoughts and say hello to Pupa! Let me know if you'd like to see art of her!
Name: Pupa
Species: Myxotient Goo (Myxo-Goo)
Size: 3 Litres
Theme song: FOALS – Wake me up - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-jvUFIVdR-Y
Quote: “I-I'll be there! Promise!”
Species description: Myxotient Goo or just “Myxo-goo” is a living, sentient, slime based intelligent life form. Consisting entirely of a featureless blob of colourful, translucent slime, they are the result of a development program to produce an organic intelligence able to transition between different mechanised platforms whilst retaining their knowledge and experience. The program was successful.
Myxo-goo individuals are living creatures who are surprisingly vulnerable as goopy, slow blobs but will pilot “suits” built for them that allow them to interact with others as if they were any other critter or roamer. Without their suit, Myxo-goos are slow, vulnerable and limited in their ability to communicate, usually only above to form very small appendages from their body, usually to wave or point at most. They move slowly but can adhere to most surfaces without too much trouble and can suspend themselves indefinitely, adding a small layer of defensive capabilities against aggressors unable to follow them. Without technology in general, Myxo-goo individuals would be little more than food for even the most tepid predator, but despite their glaring physical weakness, they are considered precious individuals by those who know them.
Myxo-goos have one of the best ratios of calorific requirement to organic intelligence of any creature in the known universe, able to sustain a full and complex personality with higher than average intelligence with as little as 10% of the food intake of normal body types. They are happy to ingest nutrient cubes and a little water to sustain their mass making them ideal candidates for low resource expeditions or assignments – providing the correct equipment can be provided to enable them to do their jobs.
Their bodies have an acutely sensitive bio-electric field that enable them to interact with machinery in an extremely precise manner and thus, the “Suits” built for them are able to move in an extremely organic manner, with even low tier Myxo-suits able to move as fluidly as far more expensive power armour designs and Mianracorph chassis. Their ability to pilot these suits with such innate skill has turned the dynamic pairing of Myxo-goo and their suits into basically one unit and a highly desirable one at that.
In goo form, their sensory capabilities are somewhat limited but not to the extent that most people think. Despite the complete lack of any visible features, Myxo-goo is able to observe its local environment, with sight and sound available to them, but their field of detection is limited to about twenty meters, perfectly suitable for the insides of a ship but much more limited in larger areas and outdoors. Their detection suites within their suits will vary from suit to suit however.
Due to the extremely difference in physical capability, a Myxo-goos life is typically separated in two indistinct halves. Suited and Unsuited. Suited life will have some variance due to the suit itself, but the vast majority have a suit that mimics their friends and people around them. The general opinion of suited life for a Myxo-goo is that you wouldn't generally know that they're a sentient blob piloting a mechanised body. They are able to take part of any activity that their meat-suited friends are engaged with, again, depending on the specifications of their body. Piloting these suits is actually physically exhausting for Myxo-goo and they will shed their suit when giving the chance, similar to someone taking their work-clothes off after a long day.
But the hilarity of unsuited life for a Myxo-goo, providing they're safe and have a place to call home, is that its extremely similar to an everyday persons life. They will rest, have something to eat and partake in their hobbies as anyone else would. Some Myxo-goo's enjoy sleeping in specifically designed jars, others prefer a tray. Some Myxo-goo enjoy watching shows, others prefer listening to music, there are even game controllers designed for Myxo-goo to use so they can play games with their friends.
They make surprisingly good room-mates in that respect as they're extremely quiet, make little mess and don't need much room, but coming home to see a mound of slime watching the tele does take some getting used to. Accidentally standing on them won't make them happy but won't put their life in danger either, as it takes a concentrated physical assault to kill them in such a manner, that being said, watching your footing will go a long way in keeping your slime-mate happy as they appreciate the thought.
Some consider the Myxo-goo to be a tragic species as they are entirely reliant on technology to function as little more than mould, but have the intelligence to recognise their physical restrictions, leading to a constant state of self-doubt and anxiety but the Myxo-goo themselves are typically unbothered. Whilst they are aware of their helpless unsuited state, they mostly seem neutral about it, accepting it as a fact and taking great pride in their suits. Due to their reliance on them, Myxo-suits are usually extremely well made (even when cheap) and maintained with a great degree of skill. What they save on food bills, typically goes straight into their suits.
To most Myxo-goos, if you're in a position where you're caught without your suit, that's on you. If you end up eaten by some random animal or crushed, then you should have done better. But there will always be a section of people who feel endlessly sorry for their gooey cousins, as they believe that something as intelligent as a Myxo-goo should have more independence.
Physical description: Pupa is a tropical orange coloured Myxo-goo, like the rest of her kind, her “unsuited” body is featureless aside from its slightly glazed, inviting colour. Pupa's suit is based on the look of a female feline meddalcorph (cat-girl), having a slim body profile and a primarily raven coloured frame, which hums to life when occupied by Pupa, with slivers of orange goo visible in certain parts of her outer limbs, her neck, eyes and ears. The suits eyes are a vivid white within their synthetic irises along with her rugged but always styled, fluffy hair. Her suit is able to swap out body parts to change its frame but Pupa typically runs it slim with dexterous, clawed hands and feet.
Personality and background: Pupa is a fun, energetic person who often overexcites herself and needs a break to calm down. She's a little ditzy both in and out the suit and nerdy as all hell, with significant engineering knowledge and electrical expertise. Kind to a fault, she will often put herself in bad situations by over-promising help to those around her, something her friends seek to avoid.
She tries to be helpful and positive in any situations she's in but can sometimes be naïve when it comes to dealing with others, projecting her own kind nature onto others and expecting them to behave the same.
Thankfully, her suit has claws and she is rapidly able to react if others don't play nice but she will always seek the peaceful route, even going as far as to de-suit herself if the situation requires it, something that most Myxo-goos would never even consider to be an option.
Her overwhelming kindness is both her greatest strength and weakest point, with the Myxo-goo able to forge friendships in unlikely people, but also exposing her to potential abuse and lethal situations.
Her suit life is remarkably busy as she tries to find time to see all her friends and adhere to the various promises she made, such as telling several people she'd have lunch with them on the same day, all of whom live on different space stations. She mostly succeeds and tries to make amends with those who she accidentally neglects which in turn, causes her yet more stress in the future.
She lives in a chaotic state of near permanent burn-out but manages to ride the line by having the perfect self-care routine of doing absolutely nothing when she de-suits for the night. She will hop in her bed jar, in front of the TV and eat raisins until she passes out, which usually only takes a few minutes but will wake up somewhat refreshed by her heavy sleep.
A fantastic friend to have, if somewhat frustrating from time to time, her nerdy, high energy demeanour gives her a fantastic presence and she will fight tooth and nail to ensure your well-being. One of the nicer, random people you could hope to bump into.
Currently, Pupa is drifting through Nomad space as an engineer for hire, but she sees plenty of work aboard the freighter she's stationed on.

What would you prefer, SV readers?
Posted 2 years agoHey guys, quick question. The chapters of the SV rewrite on FA for arcs 1 and 2 are now outdated, they've been edited and improved.
Would you rather me update the current chapters? Upload the new versions side by side or delete the old ones and completely replace them?

Discord, Patreon and Heavy Weapons Future
Posted 3 years agoHey all, got a more informal journal now, after my website ejaculation post.
So, website is up! Please see here - https://www.heavy-weapons.com/ - I'll be adding anomalous materials lore soon and linking SV arc 2 page to its appropriate chapters. Also, there is a discord for Heavy Weapons now, small and growing! Very chill, NSFW art allowed, lots of positivity at the moment! Come join us! - https://discord.gg/4aqk7SwA - If this link expires and you want to join, just note me and i'll send a fresh one :)
But what does that mean for my content going forward?
WELL! I'll still be posting here and still be posting free stuff, if you like my stories and universe, i'd massively appreciate a patreon subscription, the higher tiers will have access to votes and deciding on content directly, but the lowest tier still gives you early access to artwork I commission & stories I write. So content will continue to filter down onto FA and other places, don't feel bad if you're unable to support me in such a manner, just reading and being about is cool too!
On patreon, RIGHT NOW, is the free edited chapters of Arc 1 Sweet Venom and soon, arc 2- What does this mean? It means my lovely fiancé has worked through the chapters with me and refined them, they should be smoother, better reads with some additional scenes as well! Cracking stuff! Arc 2 will be released over time for free but subscribers will get the lot immediately once they come out. I'll be starting work on Arc 3 soon and subscribers will get access immediately, with chapters being slowly released for free as well.

Dumbass short story I wrote because some NTR pissed me of...
Posted 3 years agoHey everyone, really strange journal for you today. Long story short, I stumbled upon some NTR/cuck pictures on R34 a few days ago that wouldn't remove themselves from my frontal lobe. I find that odd because i've been on the internet a long time and generally, i'm not bothered by anything anymore, quite happy just to forget it and go about my business... but for some reason, these pictures just would not exit my brain space, so I decided to write a short vent story just to get it out of my system. It has actually helped and i'd highly recommend it to anyone who has something thats bothering them - write a little story about it and write it how you want it to end.
Anyway, i'm not posting this as content for now and I won't be continuing this. Its just a one off. Technically though, this could be canon in Heavy Weapons. Hope you enjoy.
No disrespect to those who like cuck stuff and NTR, its just really not my jam.
Demons. Demons are... not technically Demons. They're souls who manage to escape the Ether without a body to anchor themselves to and manage to form one of their own accord.
Sometimes they're their gooey puddles of weirdness. Sometimes their hot chicks and sexy guys. There are various classes of them but we're not here to talk about that quite yet.
What happens when you across an emotionally unstable but attractive demoness with a powerful Warlock who has no time for her shit?
You get a great- if weird, fucking story, that's what you get.
Listen, lets cut straight to the chase. I heard this from multiple sources, its all true and I think its a great lesson on knowing your place and not fucking around with those you supposedly care about. It took place approximately 150 black years outside of known reality in one of pocket dimensions you've heard about. It had a stable demon society in it along with some other weirdness but we're focusing on the Warlock and the Demoness for now.
He was a powerful man, the attractive, smouldering type, not the fat, balding CEO type. He came to the pocket world of his own accord, being from actual reality. He had a lot of demons thirsting after him, as they tend to do, but one of them took it waaaaaay too far.
A demoness we'll just call “Bonkers” or just “B” for now actually managed to get friendly with him, as much the Warlock or “W” would allow anyway. W was in their pocket dimension for mostly his own business so i'm told and wasn't there to get a Demoness GF to take his sexual desires out on and this frustrated B tremendously, slowly their relationship evolved but W refused to lay a single finger on her.
Her sheer thirst for this guy moulded her body towards what she thought he would like, Demons kinda do that sometimes, being made of soul energy and all, their bodies are malleable in a way that other creatures generally aren't. But W was all business, all the time.
Mostly.
B could see the wood through the trees, she knew he liked her. She was right. But W was looking for a wife, someone to bond with and spend the rest of their lives together and it was clear to him that B was NOT that someone. As much as he enjoyed her company, her mood swings and delicate temper led him to conclude that she would be too much of a headache, she was not the one.
I'm told he did love her though. Sadly. He kept visiting the B's pocket dimension even once his business was concluded, just to make up excuses and be in her company... But he didn't give her want she wanted, even after years, they never coupled or fucked and B wanted his kids. Her body was fucking ready my dude, seriously, that moulding stuff I talked about earlier, B had grown to be biologically compatible with human sperm. That is serious shit.
Demons can breed in all sorts of weird fetishistic ways, the actual biology behind it doesn't matter, they're made of soul energy, if they dream it, it can happen. But humans? Not so much.
B grew increasing frustrated, even more than initially, she felt him slipping away, she ached to carry his children. Most would be humbled by this but not W. Having kids was not on his radar with her, something kept telling him no. After learning what she did, I concede, he was fucking right.
One day, B threw all her toys out of the pram and begged, begged him to breed her. Because if he didn't, she'd get someone else to do it.
Woman- What?
Look, I get her gamble- “take me or lose me” but she didn't stop there. W thought she was bluffing, B had made some strong claims in their past during her more depraved moments... he was wrong this time.
B left and went and got herself knocked up. Well, that doesn't do it justice actually...
Remember I said that demons can have all sorts of weird forms?
She went to the outskirts of the pocket dimension, basically like the wild-lands where all the oddly formed demonites tend to just exist. These things aren't really sapient, they're more like feral animals, just listening to their self-assigned urges, mostly similar to lower level lifeforms in reality – eat, sleep, reproduce...
B went and found what she thought was a weak one, a half formed sludge monster of sorts, and she allowed it to couple with her. Honestly, she underestimated the thing too, I won't go into the details but remember I said that demons can kinda do whatever they want to one another? This little demonite had the night of its fucking life, I can assure you.
“Its not too late, W! You can still take me! Sure? Your loss!”
“I can feel it inside me, W! It wants to breed me so badly! Its still not too late!”
Messy shit, maybe that disgusts you or intrigues you, either way, she didn't just do it, she recorded it and she sent to it W. She taunted him as the stupid thing had its way with her.
The Demonite firmly passed its seed on, in every possible way it could- in ways even B didn't expect, the more intelligent demons can often underestimate the strength of their dumb-ass cousins. She was going to be having this things kids for years to come, because that's how demons work sometimes.
Anyway, I think she half expected W to turn up before it started or even half way through, but he didn't. B apparently was high on the sheer thrill of what she was doing initially but it wore off sharply and left her with a gut tingling realisation of what she might have just done, she managed to escape before more demonites turned up but was intercepted by W on the way back.
The way he warped in, it wasn't a peaceful “hello”, it was a fucking invasion. I really do NOT know what B expected, let me summarise for you.
You don't cuck a guy who can teleport to pocket dimensions at will with a fucking demonite and expect to get away with it.
Her plan hadn't made him jump to his senses or driven him insane with jealousy as she'd hoped, it can completed murdered what love he had for her...
“You want to be a demonite breeding sow? So let it be.”
He locked her down with “magic” and sealed her into a demonite nest.
He fucking locked her in there, forever.
Demons don't age.
I heard she tried to fight the fucking things at first but it got more difficult as she... well... as she grew with the first demonites spawn.
She's still in there now. Last I heard, she'd given birth to over one thousand demonites and imps. Some of her friends made an attempt to free her but apparently W's seal was fucking nuclear and they didn't so much as scratch it.
In the end, I guess W was right, she was unhinged and not wife material. Honestly, I really don't know what she was thinking, not just cucking the guy, but with a feral monster half her size? You've gotta be balls deep in the rabbit hole to not understand how your actions will blow up in your face.
Its for reasons like this I tend to stay well away from demons. I mean, they're not all like that, but when demons and beings from reality end up mixing, eh... it gets messy.
So that's the story of W & B. To my knowledge, W is now dead, got off'd in some sort of scandal a few years back, he did find a wife though... i-it was one of B's friends... I think he might have done that on purpose you know?
And B?
She's still trapped.
I don't know how sorry I feel for her, all considered, she was hardly an angel even without her weirdness towards W, but this...? You reap what you sow, I suppose.

Looking for feedback on the new Sweet Venom
Posted 3 years agoHey everyone, hope you're all doing well! I was hoping to get some feedback on my latest chapters of Sweet Venom, arc two has changed a LOT since the original, which only barely had a arc two and was all over the place. People seem to be enjoying it but i've had very little on arc two so far, or on arc one really. It'll be wrapping up soon and then i'll be focusing on other projects for a while, but if you did have any thoughts, pop em over! I'd muchly appreciate it.
Announcement time - I'm making my own website!
Posted 3 years agoHey all, got some exciting news! I've decided to build my own website for Heavy Weapons! I'm mid way through writing and designing it, i've had to pause everything for a while due to general illness/tiredness but i'm super excited to get it rolled out, I can finally build a wiki of sorts and host all my own content! I'll still be updating FA and the other places I post but if you're interested at all, do get in touch or support me on my patreon!
FA and DA have never been amazing for my content in terms of collating it and half the fight is finding all the old information I wrote, but its coming along nicely!
Not sure when the first version will be out but, its looking pretty good so far, got a nice but of style to it!
So yeah, exciting times!

Quickie - I've relaunched my patreon!
Posted 3 years agoTo go along with the future of my writing, i've relaunched my patreon which you can find here - https://www.patreon.com/user?u=415816
To note, I won't be pay gating my writing as I don't like that style, i'll be adding a delay to its release and other perks, check it out for more!

The future on my writing + Story commissions
Posted 3 years agoHey everyone! Got the arc 1 rewrite completely finished! Love how its turned out and i'm going to continue it into the next arc. Things are going to follow a similar structure to the old Sweet Venom but don't expect things to be exactly the same, can't just retell the same old story can I? I've had some good feedback though and people seem to really like the updated version. Feedback on FA has been limited but I know people are keeping tabs on it, lots of silent folk who just duck their heads in when they can, its all good. Do go check it out though, the first arc is so much stronger than it was previously!
On that note, i've been thinking about where i'm taking myself going forward and i've decided that I will be reopening my patreon and launching a writing career with it. At the moment, i'm thinking about a "pay to access early" model with some sweet benefits and rewards, like voting on commissions, possible story give aways and featurettes within storylines. I've also decided that i'm going to launch my own website for Heavy Weapons too, i'm still deciding on how to go about it and i've got a ton of work ahead of me but there is no one site that can offer me when I actually want for my content, so I should do it myself. I'll keep you all updated.
What does this mean for my FA? Nothing really, I will continue to upload here, I'll see how the "pay for early access" goes and if that works i'll leave it there, i'm not a huge fan of patreon exclusive content so we'll have to see how it pans out.
On that note, i'm opening story commissions, roughly £25-30 for 4000-5000 words, not sure how many i'll take on but do get in touch with any ideas you have, worst i'll do is say no :)
Hope you're all keeping well and thanks for reading!

Looking for some feedback on the Sweet Venom rewrite
Posted 4 years agoHey folks, hope you're all doing well! As i'm sure you've seen, i've been chucking out the Sweet Venom rewrite at a decent pace and i'm rather happy with how its turning it, each one is getting a solid amount of favs and views for stories (They're a slow burn type of content, a marathon rather than a sprint) but i've had a limited amount of feedback so far for each chapter.
If you've read any of them, do let me know what you think if you've got the time to spare, I feel like i'm flying slightly blind at the moment and would appreciate any words, anything is good, doesn't need to be indepth or crazy, whatever you're happy to give!
I'll be redoing the "stories" journal to better guide people as well and i've got those FA folders down too which means everything is organised better!
Aside from that, will have some more art soon and another chapter in the next couple weeks.
