Lately I cannot stop listening to RX Bandits, I don't know how to describe them, but I love them, the vocals are so powerful, it's got some horns thrown in, real energy and strength.

So I live in Madison now, I work at a gelato shop called Paciugo, and today some furries came in. I know they were furries because one was wearing a collar and another one had two badges pinned to his messenger bag, one of them was for FurFright07 too. I wish I could remember his name, or that I had said hi, but I didn't really want to "out" myself in front of my coworkers.

Today is my last day in Ireland, and I'm stuck in the lobby at at Holiday Inn Express in Dublin, pretty much the last place I want to be, but whatever. The only drawing I got done was a human, but I love it, I'm pretty sure y'all will to. Whatever. I had like, 100 journals waiting, I didn't read any of them, sorry. Thanks to the new watchers, 'preciate it.
450 submissions to go through too, damn. Whatever.

As I said in my previous journal, I'm going to Ireland for ten days on the 17th, and I'll be on a planes, in airports and in cars a lot so if anyone is interested in a sketch commission for $5 comment here or send me a note, or if you'd like to do a sketch trade link me your refs and you'll see those around June 1st. They might end up being inked sketches, but no color or anything because I can't bring that much stuff with me.

I'll be back on the 27th, and wow, I am going to miss my computer for those ten days. Can you imagine how many submissions I'll have in my inbox after that long?! I'm sitting on 60 after not checking for two days.

Well the 12th is my birthday, I'll be 19. On the 13th there's a sweet punk show at my favorite coffee shop (my home away from home) for my birthday, I'm pretty excited about that, but what I'm more excited about is that on the 17th I'll be going to Ireland for 10 days!
I'll be in the car for most of those ten days, so expect a lot of doodles when I get home, but I won't be online for that time. Link me some ref sheets and crap to print out and take along so I'll have something to do on the plane and in the car.
Painted commisions, knowntobite, will be done when I get home, I expect to have three pieces for you by July.

I'm working from 10-pm to 4am at Taco Bell, the only days I'll always have off are Sundays, but I think I'm going to start looking for a gas station job so I'll have oodles of free time for doodles. I need to draw more, not drawing is really bringing me down.
That and I'm currently in the process of clawing my way out of a near three year long shit fest of a relationship, wish me luck, it's getting pretty hairy and I am not a happy camper.

I went to the Brookfield Zoo and took way too many pictures, I'm lazy and didn't even crop any of them, but there are some great tiger and snow leopard shots, some African hunting dogs, baboons, rhinos, other some other stuff. Some of them should be great for reference.
