Scanner trouble
Posted 18 years agoSo my computer refuses to recognize my scanner.
Does anyone have any scanner recommendations or warnings? I have no idea what I want, I don't want to spend much more that $150, and I'd like something nice.
Commissions: OPEN
$4 for simple pencil (see Dancekommander)
$5 for ink (see "Pit Bull" but finished, of course)
$7 for detailed pencil (see Jeff)
$10 for color (see Hash)
+$2 per extra character
$4 for colored, laminated con badges
$1 for Shrinky Dink charm or pin

Ugh, I hate my body right now because I've had the hiccups for about a HALF HOUR and they hurt like a sunnuvabitch.

Project Rainbow

Okay, so I signed up for Savvy's "Project Rainbow" I got thistle as a color, so I have shades of purple to work with, black, grey and white, and I need an animal now. I'm torn between the bilby http://australian-animals.net/bilby.htm and the cuscus http://australian-animals.net/cuscus.htm
I could go the way of the tree kangaroo, but I don't even want to mention them because then I'll never make up my mind. Okay, you twisted my arm: http://news.nationalgeographic.com/.....1-kangaroo.jpg

Posted 18 years agoWhy are so many people watching me all of a sudden?!
I HAVE THIRTY WATCHERS! 30!
I mean, yeah, I love it, but I'm so confused. I get a new watch like, everyday, and I've been on deviantart with the same people for ages, but now people are like "hey look at that person *watch*"
It's exciting. I feel like now when I talk to the audience in my descriptions I'm actually talking to people.
Also, my cold is still hanging on and it's really pissing me off. My abs hurt from coughing, but maybe I'll cough myself up a six pack. That'd be nice.
Chances are I'll just cough myself up some phlegm instead.
I put out a tip cup last night at Taco Bell because hey man, bar tenders make tips, and that place after midnight is just like a bar, so why not. I made like, four something. Not too bad! I got a dollar and a lot of change from one girl just because her name is Laine too and another girl gave me a dollar and some change for being sick and still working. Yay pity!
My dad's girlfriend (who I actually really like and get along with!) is a cleaning nut and has removed everything from the living room to clean. *shrugs* At least the house finally will look nice.
Blah blah blah.
Anyway, the whole point of this blog was to say...

Posted 18 years agoI've got a bedroom! We painted it purple, and I'm all arranged and whatnot. I need to get it cleaned up, everything put away and what not, but at least now I have some where to put my stuff. No more sleeping on the couch!
I'm going to get a TV and a computer in there soon, and once I have a computer I'm getting my tablet set up and a drawing program. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which drawing program I should get?
Also, I had a big brown bat for awhile, his wing was broken. I got him off to a rehab center where he will be fixed up and then sent to the Brookfield Zoo in Chicago. Apparently they have a really nice bat set up there. They don't even try to make them stay awake so you can see them flying around. They have a hollow tree set up with a window in it so the bats can roost in it and you just look at them while they sleep.
And hello to everyone out there! It's so nice of you all to watch me, I really appreciate it!
I've been trying to be more social, leaving comments and everything, hopefully it'll pay off in lovely internet relationships. Otherwise the internet gets boring.
