Treat is all about trading adopts around, where one person says "Trick or Treat" to 'houses' (aka person giving out characters) to get a 'treat' (random character). I will be one house, but others are welcome to join in!
Rules:
π You can only trick-or-treat at any 'house' the number of times they say you can (i.e. once a day)
π All of my characters I'm giving out you can put back in the pool. Rules for other's adopts are up to them.
π Adopts can be made on your own or with any base that allows you to use it. You can even give old characters away if you want to.
π No giving out characters you have not made/have permission to give.
π Give credit to the bases and artists that make the adopt.
π Be kind and grateful! You are disqualified from participating if you insult or fight with anyone else!
If you want to participate by being a 'house' you can post below saying such with your rules or make your own journal and note me so I can share your journal! Here's an example of what you can post:

Feedback please! (about adopts and F2U bases)
Posted 5 years agoOKAY I wanted to ask several things:1. I have been playing with an idea of doing a Halloween event since I won't be able to do the usual Trunk-or-Treat. Maybe something to do with adoptables?
β First idea is trading adopts around, where one person says "Trick or Treat" with a link to an adopt they are giving away and the other person gives them back a different adopt. Maybe have it on a journal so that there's the ability to track where adopts go where? And have it so if you don't like the adopt you got you can put it back in the pool?
β Another idea is a scavenger hunt through my-and any one else who wants to participate-submissions to find something and if you find it you say "Trick or Treat!" and get a free adopt.
β I'm also open to other suggestions or invites to collab with a different Halloween project.
2. I posted the F2U frame resource and got me thinking: does anyone want bases/resources from me? And if you do, what would you like to see from me? (i.e. what species or how extensive of base or what resources would be useful)
3. I am not open for commissions currently, but how morally okay is it to do some art in exchange for P2U bases? Like I want this base (amongst others) and if someone uses their paypal and buys it for me, and then I reciprocate with art, is that okay? I have pretty much taken down my paypal and don't really want to revive it just for a couple of small purchases. I'd really appreciate the feedback on if it's slime-y or fine.

So all you have to do is post up to 5 refs down below in the comment section.
Do Note:* These will almost always be sfw. SFW refs are preferred, especially if it has something about what they wear if anthro.
* You do not get a say what you get.
* Do not complain about what you get compared to others unless you'd like to be blocked and blacklisted.
* There's no guarantee that I'll get to everyone/every character, and what I do pick will be what I want to do, not in any semblance of order.

Been a long time, sorry about that.
Well first of all, as some of you know and others have noticed on my page, I'm single once again. We broke up last month, but I've kept so busy that I haven't really felt like doing the announcement until today. I will eventually be going through my gallery, but who knows when. Save anything you're rather attached to now because I probably won't give a warning as stuff goes down/gets edited.
So what am I so busy with? Well for one, I'm in school and my teacher is giving us about 30hrs a week of work. It's getting rather ridiculous. My classmates and I are in contact with the dean trying to get it to be cut down since it's only supposed to be 5hrs, plus he has some shady grading practices.... So fun...
Another thing keeping me busy is I'm starting a metaphysical candle store with my old singing teacher. I will definitely link you the etsy once I get things all settled. Need to get all the legal stuffs sorted out, the candles that we've made so far look great!
I do have a couple of art things started, including revamping Tawdi a bit, the artist meme, etc. I am working on everything slowly.
For tomorrow, I am going to be making candles then having dinner with mum (I'm making my fancy slow-cooker mac-n-cheese with kielbasa and veggies). What are all you guys doing?
Lastly, my b-day is next Monday, and mum is taking me to San Diego for the long weekend! I'm so excited~ We are most definitely going to the zoo, nhm, and some rock shops. Anyone have other suggestions?
I hope you all have a good day tomorrow, no matter if you're single or with someone.

It's the classic two teachers who assign waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much homework, as they forget students have other classes too (or want some semblance of a life outside of classes). Its only 8 units, so it should be 24 hours of study, but nooooo more like 5 days of work, PLUS required weekend assignments.
Of course one of these required weekends is this weekend where I had planned for BLFC. I could get my money back on my flight, and thankfully I could give my hotel reservation to a friend who needed it. But I'm still pissed at it because on the course catalogue it didn't have these required weekend dates. Sorry to all of those people I was going to meet up with. :C
To those who want commissions: I will be taking them the beginning of June. For those I promised to contact when I'm opening, you will have a slot no matter how full I get.

I am bad with Nabyn, Tumblr, dA, and Weasyl, but I could try to be more active on some of them if people prefer it. I was using Nabyn and Tumblr for only good art, but I wouldn't mind switching one to all art pieces (esp Tumblr).
ALSO I should say that my other account (Saphine) is gonna for sure stay here then crosspost to Weasyl until NSFW stuff is hidden under paid membership (hopefully never *knock on wood*) then I might entertain a Saphine Tumblr...mehbe...
I feel bad as FA really used to be my fav place, even with the silly old code and not as many options as dA. It took me away from dA almost entirely as I love interacting and selling to the furry community. I still frequent FA a lot but I don't feel as comfortable navigating through here and interacting, which is sad.... I just don't know of anyplace I like better to post art...

ALSO I should say that my other account (Saphine) is gonna for sure stay here then crosspost to Weasyl until NSFW stuff is hidden under paid membership (hopefully never *knock on wood*) then I might entertain a Saphine Tumblr...mehbe...
I feel bad as FA really used to be my fav place, even with the silly old code and not as many options as dA. It took me away from dA almost entirely as I love interacting and selling to the furry community. I still frequent FA a lot but I don't feel as comfortable navigating through here and interacting, which is sad.... I just don't know of anyplace I like better to post art...
I wish Nabyn was better but I never EVER go navigating through there. All I do is post, clear messages, and leave for another few weeks...
