Well shoot. Guess these monthly ideas aren't my thing.
General | Posted 3 years agoHey y'all. Wanted to put out a quick announcement about the Monthly Manga thingy I was doing this year. You might notice I didn't post anything in April or May for this theme, and I don't think I will for any other month this year.
Long story short, I sort of feel like I limited myself with trying to stick to the whole manga cover format. The idea of this thing was to get myself to draw something every month, but ironically I think the limitation on myself led me to wanna do these less. I kinda wanna just see where my mind takes me when it comes to art, even if it takes me a while to get some art out there.
I did have fun with the covers I did end up making, and I do honestly think I've improved over the few months I did try it. I just don't think these monthly themes are my thing. Hope y'all understand and here's to more varied art in the future. ^^

Commissions Opening Again Soon!

Just a quick notice that my commissions will be opening again starting Friday, April 9th! I’ll be doing four slots this time, and there will be some pricing changes and such. I’ll post an updated commission sheet on the 9th, with all my new prices, so stay tuned for that!

Notice about Commissions in the Future
General | Posted 4 years agoHey y'all. I really appreciate the interest in my commissions, I'm glad to know that people are enjoying my art and want to support me. This first opening I've ever done has also given me some insight on how I can improve my commissions in the future. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
That being said, I do want to note something that will be in effect for all my further openings in the future. From now on, I will be closing my commissions during the final week of each month, regardless of how many slots are left, as I've got college classes to deal with and such, and also to give me a break from art for a week. For this month it will be Monday the 29th. After the week of commissions being closed, I'll open up a new batch of commission slots for people to nab! As a reminder, I have one slot left for this month currently, so as long as you give me your idea by the 28th of March, I will do my best to get you your commission as fast as I can!
Thank you all, and I hope you're all excited to see more of my art in the future!

Commission Terms of Service! (Current as of 11/14/2021)
General | Posted 5 years agoWhenever I’m open for commissions, these are the terms I’ll be following. Any of these are subject to change in the future.
1. Any violations of the following terms will exempt you from receiving commissions from me in the future.
2. The commission process is as follows: After you give me your idea and references, I will produce a sketch of the commission. At this point you may request any changes to the sketch you’d like me to make, before I invoice you for payment. Any changes made during the lining phase may see additional charges. Changes to coloring may be requested for free, with few exceptions. I will be as transparent as possible about if a change in lining or coloring may cost extra. Changes during the sketch phase will always be free, and you are not entitled to pay me if you change your mind during the sketch phase.
3. After the commission is complete, you are allowed to share your commission anywhere, as long as you credit me. My primary social networks are on FA, under BiFoxxo, and Twitter under @BlueFoxxo, or BiFoxxo. I will message you and politely ask for credit if I find out you’ve posted somewhere without crediting me.
4. I will NOT tolerate any sort of hate speech or imagery whether it’s in any DMs between you and I, or in the commission itself. This includes, but is not limited to: Nazism, racism, sexism, anti-semitism, homophobia, and transphobia.
5. Any payments made are final, save for exceptions such as outside factors stopping me from finishing your commission. I’m only human, and if I cannot finish your commission in a timely manner due to burnout or any other such factors, I will offer a full refund.
6. If you’re commissioning me for adult artwork, proof of age is required, for the sake of keeping both you and I safe. I require a legal ID, with only your name, picture, and birthdate on it, as well as a sheet of paper in the same picture with a keyword and the current day written on it. I will give the keyword (if applicable) when you DM me.
7. I will do my absolute best to be transparent about any issues that may arise with a commission, both before and during the process. I ask that you do the same with me and if you have any questions about these terms or what subject matter I am willing to draw, please let me know.
8. When you commission me, you agree that I am allowed to post your finished artwork in my own galleries as examples for future clients. I will request a social media to credit you to if wanted, otherwise you can be named as Anonymous in the description.
9a. You are not allowed to sell merchandise that contains the artwork you have commissioned me to draw. Creating personal merchandise for you alone is acceptable, but selling merchandise with my art on it is a no-go.
9b. In addition to no merchandise, my work may not be used or sold as a non-fungible token (NFT).
