Well Franks dead, I have recorded a bunch of stuff, hopfully secured an animation audio job and am currently on Uni holidays looking for another job hopfuly in a bar or pub. I brought my Rego for Midfur this year and will soon go looking for accomodation, hopfully there is still some left and if anyone is looking for a roomie there give me a buzz and I'll see whats happening.
But yeah should be kicking around for awhile atleast untill the next 3straight weeks of assesments and exams. Anyway hope everything is groovy and cya around. But yeah Also I should now have enough money to go out as I'm no longer living off pocket change (though that can change any second) so yeah I probably will start doing shit will people now if anyones keen for a drink.

Yeah, I have a new room mate. I found this little dude when working and I took him home and made a nest for him in a milk crate. I'm guessing hes a baby pigeon but I don't know... so hes a dodo. Anyway how the fuck do you feed a baby bird? I've mooshed up corn and then some tuna and put some in with him and also tried feeding it to him on the end of my finger but he wont take it.

Well well hasn't this been an interesting week.
Day 1: Drive several hours up the coast unload boxes and move lounges up stairs... all the usual, then get drunk with Dad and my Cousin.
Day 2: Unpack and set up. In the everning, Go to party, get drunk on free Daquiris and beer. Towards the end of the everning I am targeted by a 50 year old tranny and he comes up and kisses me... atleast he did grab my cock like he did so some of the other poor buggeres there.
Day 3: Learn how to fold shirts the correct retail way, also got posters.
Day 4: Broke up with my girlfriend then that everning she and I got drunk and she stayed the night, in my bed with me.
Day 5: Early in the morning wake to find blood all arcoss the bedsheets and sore and glowing arse. When we wake up and clean up we decide friends with benifits wont work and we part as just friends. In the afternoon I go get a job with an old family friend at a catering place.
Day 6: Feeling all lonesomes due to the events of the previous days and just from moving away from everyone I know in general so I play guitar and Fallout 3 all day.
Day 7: Family Friend hasn't come good with work, applied for work at local supermarket. Play more guitar... Decide Night Prowler - ACDC is abit to ambitious for the moment.
Today/yesterday: Slept in, played guitar and finally got internet working and so here I am.

So yeah full on week... but I'm back.

Yeah moving two days time to Sydney.
I have a factory loft that is about the size of a shipping container (weird analogy but I have three shipping containers so I know what I mean).
So yah good bye for probably a week, and maby longer if I can't get internet upthere,
but we'll see. So all by belongings are in 6-7 carboard boxes nd my PC is about to go in the last one so this is a fond fair well.
Oh also a fun fact, live underneith a brothel, I have another three doors too my left and yet another 6 doors to my right. So this means I am officialy changing my name to Vladimir the Whore... joking joking.

hmm I have one just barly in my life and I am seeing how they can cause so much trouble. The new house that we are moving into next thursday might not actual well be ours. Less then the week before the bloke who was going to let us take the place has pulled the rug from out under our feet. Its exactly a week before one of the other room mates of mine starts his course and I have boxes of shit now maby not going to be shifted. Also it fucks me over for working up there too so yeah... I have the big question of where the fuck am I going to go. I am going up to Sydney to see what the hell I can do here and find out why all this has jsut happened...

I'm buzzed and bloody grinning like fool here cause I've finished all my sodding exams and no longer do I have to but up with any of that bollocks. So now its a hurry up and wait for me as I wait to see if I pull off the marks for Audio engineering and the interview for its on the 1st of the 12th so yeah now its free time to go play, hooray.
So yes I'm back and now WILL be more bloody active around here... so yes more talky, more uploady and trying desperately to wrack up the money to hit up Midfur, should be bloody sweet.

So yes expect music now, in fact 3 songs a week hopefully. If I don't please everyone shower my page and fill my inbox with abusive messages to kick my shapely buttock into gear. Also I can now upload a story I've been working on for a year now for one of my units and yeah hope you dig it... should be good and also I shall in my spare time do some webcomic and get that going and also trying to get my art to a passable level.

So yeah abit of stuff has been happening. I am now trying to do Audio engineering at uni... which I am really looking forward to so that will be happening next year. Then I have also been making a fursuit over the last few months and I will show the progress of that... so far I have only completed the head and yet to effectivly detail it will teeth and air brushing but... its getting there...
Hmm also I'm annoyed at myself I havent done anything with comic... so I will have to rectify that when my PC gets fixed... which may be some time (4 weeksish)
Anyway I need to see you again... I need to get back into this furry action again....
Also Im thinking about going to midfur again this year... just need to see how htw money thing pans out.

Don't use lube as a massage oil...

It gets really bloody sticky as it drys and then when you have to sit through a dinner with it clinging to your back like limpet it kinda sucks... but ah well... yes I'm alive around here but jsut busy as hell... it will probably be better in a week or so, then again better still after about 7 weeks.... but anyway... just a little up date as I need a new journal for my page....

hmm also in a weeks time I might get my PC back online after I invited a virus in for tea, biscuts and a munch on windows... so yeah I just have to gut the bloody thing and try fix it... when that happens I'll be back into the swing of things...

But in other news... I'm off to see Marilyn Manson in October and then AC-DA in Febuary... so I'm a certain type of happy chappy... the ecstatic kind! ^^

Also the fursuit that I am currently working is going at a pace and only time will tell if it will come out awesome looking or like its been gored in the face with the spoon of eternal fuck-up...

So yes... I am around, just at a rather busy time of life... I dont know when I'll get back to making the comic or start on producing some decent sketches to upload... but at the very latest I should be back in the ring swinging by November...

As for the Makarnites, he wishes all the best for AC and will talk to you all soon...

Ah a big thanks to everyone who posted the kind words on my previous journal.
Hmm well just abit of news, hes all alright now, he had a transient ischemic attack which is basicly a mini stroke. This is good as it means he doesnt have any lasting damage, just abit of a shake up to get his life style abit more shipshape then it is at present. After a while of recouperating and lots of time spent in the hospital waiting room, waiting for various scans and tests, hes up and running and again so yes, fingerscrossed eh...

Anyway I'm back again and around the place... I'll talk to you all at some point as I wade through a large back log of messages...

Hey guys sorry I stalled yesterday for the Con report but... meh I really couldn't be fucked yesterday... didn't have a great day... anyway... MIDFUR!!!

Friday

Well I pull in from the bloody long, over night bus trip at 08:20, and well I never though stretching could be so good... those who know me know I'm a tall bastard so approx 12 hours mashed into the bus was apit of a pisser... anyway I start to wander to around and find my hotel and cloak my bag then head off to the Vic for Midfur. I get there before 9 and find I have an hour and a half to kill because Vollunteers start at 10:30 (Yes I was on the Vollunteer staff for my very first convention... It was fucking awesome...) Anyway I run into Arctic Pete and Firey (Pete was the First Furry I saw face to face so that was cool... hes a Big, cool looking goth bloke... but yeah we end up down ina cafe... I then catch up with my room mate Marshall and chat with him for abit... I wasnt much of the conversationalist as I hadent slept for the two night Prior (sickness then the buss trip) so I was probalby as my fun as a hole in the head that day.. I think I noded off at one point for afew minute somewhere... anyway The vollunteers start work and I met a heap of cool people... not knowing anyone I jsut wandered and eventualy met up with two Furs named Hallward and witching hour wolf (aka Amber) and stuck with them for most of it...
The rest of Friday is abit of a blur... It involved Listening to Kage at one point meeting another cool guy named Diego and spending most of my money...
On this spending point... God damn you can spend ludicrus amounts of money at a convention of furry stuff... I hit the $200 on the first day... and would have kept spending at that rate everyday if I had the cash in hand...
But yes I brought a cat paw collar/braclet and 2 prints from Ashlind (one a big A3 poster one) Then two from Zarthus (I think) and got two comission... one for my first Con badge off Ashlind and then one from Hallward as well as a very nice acid etched wolf brotch thing and dragon pendant from Amber and of course I bought a heap of badges from various people... I actualy was eyeing off a full fursuit that looked brilliant but then because of the quality and the fact it was a full fursuit I walked away from it think it would have been way out of my price range... silly me walked away without asking the price as I later found it it cost only $200... it could have been mine! Hmm I must say though now looking in hindsight its probbably for the best I didnt buy it as there would have been no way I could have fitted it in on the plane fight back to sydney... (I wonder what the airpost staff would have said when they saw a werewolf going through their scanners...)
I then had to leave to convention early before the met and greet for reason that I wont bore you with but I didnt end up staying the Night at the Vic hotel either...

Saturday

Well Saturday was pissing down rain but we went walk about around the city looking at places... my almost empty wallet was screaming to by stuff but well... I shut it up and and didnt but that Johny Rotten Action Figure...( that would have been bloody awesome to have) so yes I walked and I talk and Learnt the unfortunate new that Terry Pratchett has altzimers or something and so will stop writing soon... but also talked about good stuff and met more furs which was cool.

Now because of this rain we would have needed to swim at the barbque that was on for lunch so it was called off and we ordered pizza... and thus started the pizza debarcle.
I ooped out of the Zoo trip for the Cafe crawl because I had ordered a pizza and wouldn't have got it if I went to the Zoo (Plus I would have poorpered myself more so if I went) so we had some time before all that started... so we wait.........................and wait..........and wait.....and wait... I think the cafe crawl was lost in some part of that waiting time though it might have happened... I dont know but we jstu waited for pizza... I forget how long it took for the pizzas but if was a good few hours... anyway I ended up only getting one piece because I was stupid and wandered off while the second half of them where delived but no biggy... I had lost my apatite and it cost me bugger all so I wasn't complaining... and then I talked to more people and listened to 2 and Kage... 2 and myself beat kage with our mostache power... (I have to ask him for the picture of that if he still has it) and then I had to again leave early before the gala ball (I was spitting that I missed it) and yeah made my way to my other hotel room (again not staying in the Victoria hotel with my Room mate...).

Sunday

Sunday I was getting into the full swing of things... again I bought more stuff.. another braclet and then I forgot what else... more badges probably...
But today I got to pic up my beautiful, sparkling new Con badge in all its awesomeness... its such a great thing... so I wore it with pride then... I ended up minding Ambers table (while there I managed to do my own little peice of art... I started out drawing a clothes peg but some how he/she managed to end up int o an alien of sorts with big cribbly teeth.... So I Named him Peg and gave him to Amber) while she ran around doing stuff so I think I missed the second and third panels for that day... though I also think I missed the first one because I was buying stuff... meh anyway I dont remeber it... The second one was the one with the guests of honour and that one was good... they talked about the fandom and ther role in it pretty much and share alot of interesting stories.. also afterwards I got talking to Paul Kidd and learnt a series of game to play though the only one that I can remeber properly is called Ameoba... its cool... You have a small table top though the size can increase with the amount of people playing and each player starts off with 10 coins (Aust 10 cents where used) and basicly players take turns in moving one of their coins around... the rules are that all your coins must be at some point touching another one of your coins at all times so your group of coins works like a blob... Anyway the goal of the game is to end up with all the coins and you do this by taking coins from the other players. To take a coin you need to move one or more of your coins in contact with the enemy coin and then depending how many are in contact it controls the nuber of dice the player can roll... we you see how many dies you have, you roll and then to highest total score gets all the opponents touching coins... aparently it gets really tactic with different formations being used and other interesting tactics occur but yea it sounded pretty cool so I though I would share that with you... hmm today was the day for my early leave as I had work to do monday in sydne so at 4 I said my last fare wells and good byes and then I walked out the door...

So yes.... that was Midfur for me... I had an absolute blast and its was the best fun I've had in a long while... I have deduces that furries are a weird mob but very much awesome at the same time... so yeah I had great fun... it was a great first convention experience and I say a big thank you to Arctic pete and the rest of Midfur Commity for making Midfur a reality as it was run very very well and it was alot of fun for all involved.

So that Midfur in a nutshell...ish I would have posted all my pictures but I managed to break my camera's SD card somehow and managed to lost all my photos... but ahhh well... I'll jsut have to look at the ones everyone else took...
But yes... midfur was awesome and I'll definatly be going next year ^^
