Posted 2 years agoHi guys! My cat has been experiencing health difficulties. Right now he is hospitalized because yesterday he was vomiting blood clots. I still have two slots from Dance with me. Please help me by spreading the word. My little Boris needs help.

The following terms help define the relationship between you and us, so, please read the following before contacting us regarding a commission.
Please notice that most services offered here are mostly adult-oriented art, those not being suited for anyone under 18+.
By commissioning me you AGREE to all of the following terms and conditions.
General Terms
1 - Eligibility
By contacting us referring to a commission you represent and warrant to us that:
(a) you are an individual who can form a legally binding contract at law; and
(b) you are at least 18 years old, and of the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you contact us.
2 - Minors
We do not provide services to minors.
You must be at least 18 or over to request a commission from us.
3 - Commission Processes
1. Contact us at one of those respective places to talk about a commission:
A. Telegram
B. Twitter
C. Fur Affinity
2. If we accept your request, we will proceed to the payment that has to be made in full amount before we start the commission, after the payment confirmation we will place you on our queue.
3. Our queue can be found at Trello, on the moment we have a free space in our queue between approvals we will proceed to the first step.
4. Step 1 - SKETCH: We will produce a sketch for your approval, being allowed up to 3 changes to fit it in your vision. Depending on the complexity of the change an extra fee may be applied, so try to be assertive while explaining what you want. The moment the sketch is approved we go to the next step.
5. Step 2 - REVISION STEP: In this step, we will update you on the art as it is getting the first line of finalization, here you can follow up and if necessary present small changes to the colors, any other modification can be followed by an extra fee depending on the complexity.
6. Step 3 - FINALIZATION: After approving step 2 we start the finalization in this step we do not allow any modification, for any change in this step there will be charged an extra fee.
7. When completed, we will forward the final files to you.
4 - YCH
Be aware that a YCH is an already planned commission where your character will be on a pre-established pose/situation, here you cant make big changes, only small adjustments, any alteration that represents big modifications will be followed by an extra fee.
The YCH follows the same steps as other commissions.
5 - Payment
1. Payments need to be made fully in advance, we don’t work whit half payment, only full deposits.
2. The payment method is Paypal only
3. Refunds will only be accepted BEFORE THE SKETCH. After that, no refund will be available.
4. Prices include 3 revisions during the sketch phase. Any major changes after that will be charged extra
6 - Cancelation
In cases of cancelation by the buyer's part:
1. Before the sketch, we will refund you but the Paypal's tax will be discounted.
2. After the sketch phase, no refund is possible.
3. We reserve ourselves the right to make changes to the art so it loses its connection to the buyer, this way helping us to not lose already done work.
In cases of cancelation on our part:
1. If we cancel for personal reasons, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid so far.
2. If we are forced to cancel due to unpleasant customer behavior, no refund will be made. We will not tolerate coercion or harassment from customers under any circumstances.
7 - Use of Commissions
1. The commissions will be for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless previously specified.
2. In the case the work is for commercial use, there will be an extra charge.
3. Crediting us as the creator is not required, but is appreciated!
