It's a fun con overall that seems to be growing at an amazing rate. I think I heard it was like smallish 2 years ago when it started, like a little over 700 attendees, and this year, my con badge has the number 2339 and I subscribed a few months ago!

That being said, even if it is in Nevada, don't go there bringing shorts only, because it's still pretty cold. You are right next to snowy mountains and the weather can be really cold and almost snowy, which maks it hard to enjoy the free go kart and miniputt, but I suppose it's the reason why it's included in the membership. It's fun, just pick the right day when it's not freezing cold outside!

Also, even if the resort has a lot to offer, I highly suggest to get there if you know for sure that people are coming with you or get ready to spend about 150$ per night on your own.

One other thing and not the least, depending on where you come from, the flights can be pretty long and expensive. From Montreal for example, you waste two days (one for the way in and one for the way back). On the way back, I got 3 connecting flights including a night in Chicago and I get back in Montreal the next morning...

So, I'd say that's the key word, make sure to have some friends you really want to see and are available for you. The resort is nice, but not worth such a hassle in my opinion. I'd rather advise going to FC for example.

So far, we are not planning a vore party, because it's too hard to plan anything on a Saturday I think. Too many things going on. What I can suggest is to reach me on one of my accounts (Skype, Yahoo or AIM are in my profile page) and we can get together at some point, maybe for dinner *grins*

I'll also check my FA every now and then, but I don't get notifications for that.

Just thought I'd share this on here since we just arrived and have no idea what the con is going to be like.

We are looking for a couple of roommates to decide whether we get a 2 or a 4 persons room.

So, decided to make it happen and got th room number.
I'll probably have a few snacks and drinks, we can order pizza or something if you wanna have dinner while at the party.

Only problem is my room is not as big as last year and having an overflow room party would be helpful. What do you think? Any of you staying at the Hilton like me?

Hey everyone, thought I'd drop by to let you know about my availability to draw new commissions, be it single sketchs to digitally coloured comics or paintings (see my gallery for examples).

I am not taking commissions to make money. Asking for money is a way for me to push aside the people who'd throw random ideas at me wihout caring much. I like working on projects with people and that's why I'd hate to do something, only to get no feedback from the on who asked me to do it.

Prices start at 5 to 7$ for a simple sketch of a single character and can go higher for detailed and coloured comic strips.

As far as rp goes, I'm basically looking for preys who, beyond being frightened at the idea of being eaten, is also kind of disturbed at the perspective of being eaten whole and alive. I love details and emphasis on maw play, awe from my preys is always a plus. Love it when my partner can do multiple preys x3

I was wondering if some of you were interested in doing some vore rping with me.

I am looking for stuff that's kind of unusual, being a fan of multiple preys and mostly males (young and/or pudgy is always a plus).
I like playing a big stocky guy myself.

Been interested in some story lines lately over the straight to the vore thing.
I love lots of play, before, during and after the vore, love taunting, love talking to my preys..

Hi,

I'm looking into making a lime green dinosaur fursuit and I think I will still put fur on it because it's the best to hide the sewing lines.

After researching a bit online, I found two fabrics that could fit the deal: Felt and Velboa.

I find that velboa seems to be a win win: less expensive, softer, pretty resistant.

Is there any downside to it.

And do you guys know of places I could purchase it from in Canada?

I have found a good place in the US: fabricempire.com, but shipping makes it a tad expensive.

Just thought I'd share this here.

Guardians of the Galaxy has a short and fast vore scene, but it is still interesting to see as it's kind of realistic.
A reptile type creature swallowing two smaller one alive.

Makes me want to go watch the movie again :)

Can't wait to escape from everydays life and dive right into AC :)

I will be at the omni and will post on the AC board (next to the zoo) what room it is and when my vore party will occur (I'll post it on here as well).

Usually, we have too many people for the size of the room, but this year, we will try and have two rooms side by side to have more space.

The party will be same as usual, we just chill, eat some chips, maybe order pizza, drink (some booze will be available if you can show me ID and I will keep it descent, purpose here not being to get plastered). Feel free to contribute and bring whatever you want.

The idea of the party is to just hang with fellow vores, some can share drawings, pictures, we could also watch movies on tv (usually cartoons that have bits of vore in it or something but open to suggestions).

I'm think of making it Saturday around 6pm until whenever you guys feel like. How does it sound?

I'm glad that's done. Been a while since I submitted artwork at AC.

Been a while too since I had painted at all. I guess losing my tablet's stylus helped me get back into it.

It's fun, but so much harder than drawing on a tablet I find!

I guess it has more a feel of authenticity in the end.

Just thought I'd post something about this con since it brought back a little of the magic that once AC had with me when I first got there back in 2004...

FC was my first western coast convention. I went there because it had been a while I wanted to try the second biggest con in the world.

I have been enjoying visiting the area thanks to Tyrath, who pointed me to some nice things to see and how to get there efficiently (San Fransisco is prety tough to navigate through).

The con itself started slowly, but then quickly grew more interesting, thanks to Serephis, who introduced me to a few vores even thought he is not one!

Finally, the vore party allowed me to get back in touch with people I had not seen since 2006 (Torrle) and others who I knew online but never actually got to meet (Kentam) and some new great people, like Brejen, Galelai... Sorry for not remember the other names. I know there was a snow leopard there too!

Well, there were also what I'd call the usuals, like Dek, Strega, and a friend of Dek's who I shamefully forgot the name of :/

Last night was a great success and I can't imagine myself leaving Fc without having a second vore party.

It will be shorter and the drinks are almost gone, but there are still chips and we can always order food and drinks from the hotel.

Main purpose would be to meet fellow local vores (especially those who don't go to the eastern conventions) and see those I already know.

It's probably gonna be like the Big Gulp parties I made at AC. I'll have chips and beer for people. No need to contribute, but contribs would still be welcome x3

Cons are usually the best time to get sketches from artists. Personnally, I do whatever people ask me for free, for what it's worth.

Last note, it probably is gonna be Saturday evening, unless of course people who are used to FC have tips for me to make it at another more convenient time, according to the events going on there.
