Hey guys, sorry about the lack of activity on my page, but I've been mostly focusing on working on YSQ V1.3.1. Also, for whatever reason, I never posted a journal here announcing that YSQ V1.3 has been released. Sorry about that as well. Chalk that up to me being lazy and forgetful. Anyway, onto the main reason I'm posting this journal. :P

As I said, I've been working on an update for YSQ which fixes up a lot of issues present in V1.3 as well as polishing things up to make YSQ better and more interesting. Hello viewers, this is BiggestYoshifan! Now that all levels in YSQ are done, here's the final level video I'll be posting for YSQ. So what do I have to show this time? In addition to a few new features that have been added to the game since the last YSQ level video I posted 7 months ago, I'm going to show you guys the level that has replaced Wacky World 2 on the overworld, which is called Tiger Path. So, what is this level about? It's a snowy level using the ice cap zone tileset from Sonic 3 that I ripped myself and ... kirby enemies and random Pepsi cans? What does any of this have to do with tigers again? If someone were to give this level name a grade based on how well the name matches the contents of level, I'd likely get a D or D-.

But anyway, besides the video showing another one of my hack's levels, there's a few other things I wanted to say:

- How have you guys been doing lately? Sorry that I have been inactive here for the past several months. I've mostly been uninterested in doing drawings and I've been focusing on finishing YSQ. I really ought to try to be more active here, even if I'm not in the mood to draw.

- Speaking of YSQ, at this point, it's 99% done. It won't be much longer before it's finally finished. Once I finish it and begin beta testing, that's when I'll be accepting beta testers. If you want to be a beta tester for YSQ, then let me know in the journal I'll be posting soon where I will specifically be asking for beta testers (although there are a handful of you guys that I will message when the time come. Mainly those of you who have told me in the past that you wanted to be a beta tester).

- Because it's been a really long time since I got them and I just haven't been up to doing them, I'm doing to have to cancel the requests I currently have. I'm sorry that I got the 4 of you that gave me these requests hopes up by accepting these requests in the first place, but I just haven't been up to doing them for the longest time. It didn't help that all of these requests would require a huge amount of work, which made me feel overwhelmed every time I thought about doing them. I do feel kind of bad about cancelling these requests, though.

Only 5 levels remain to be finished in YSQ now, so I decided to post a new YSQ level video for you guys showing off a level in YSQ called "Mysterious Plains". What is so mysterious about these plains? Outside of the creepy looking enemies and the abundance of spiked bone piles everywhere, what could be so mysterious about this place? Well, I'll tell you. The mystery is: "why am I showing off a level that's already in the current demo?" The answer to that is because I've given it some new graphics, and I wanted to show off what the level looks like now, not because I put some fancy pants ASM gimmick in the level. Nope, definitely no really cool effects that happen midway through the level. Nope.

In addition to that, here's some more stuff I had to say:

- Again, I apologize for the lack of activity. I just haven't been in the mood to draw at all these past few months, but I will be in the mood eventually, especially since I have to work on some artwork for YSQ before I release the final version. I will try to be more active on here and on DA rather than disappearing for months at a time, though. I really should stop doing that. (I think I have an idea for what my new year's resolution is going to be...)

- Remember back in August when I said that I would be doing something special for reaching 50 subscribers? Well, I still haven't done it. Do you want to know what I was planning on doing? I wanted to try my hand at a Let's Play. The reason I haven't done it yet is because, I'm feeling shy about doing live commentary (I know I don't have to do live commentary, but I don't want to do commentary any other way), and because I couldn't find a good recording program until recently (Fraps). Unfortunately, even though it records video and audio at the quality I want (although I haven't tested how well my microphone will record my voice yet), I can only record up to 30 seconds of video at a time, unless I register it. I'll see what I can do, though.

- I recently noticed that it's been a little over a year since I first made an account on FurAffinity. Ignoring the past few months of inactivity, this was a really good first year on FA. I've met some interesting people, got to do quite a few interesting requests, and got nearly as many watchers here as I do on deviantART (which I appreciate! ^_^). I like this site quite a bit.

Also, a couple of other things I wanted to say:

- Something I forgot to mention in my last journal, I tried to connect my Wii to the internet a while ago, and for whatever reason, I can't connect it to my router. So, I guess I'm not going to be doing anything online on my Wii anytime soon. :/

- How come I barely get any comments on most of my journals here? Is it because most of you guys that are watching me don't find the journals I write to be interesting? Is it because you guys don't have much to say regarding the stuff I say? I've been wondering this for a while. I'm not upset about it or anything, I just find it odd.

It's been a while since I last did anything on my page, hasn't it? I'm sorry that I haven't been posting anything for quite some time, but I just haven't been in the mood to draw lately. I've done so many requests for you guys, that I've been feeling kind of burnt out lately, so it's going to be quite a while before I do any more drawings. As I've said before, I do appreciate it that I've been getting all these requests, since several of them were quite interesting to do, and I'm always glad when the person who gave me the request is happy with what I drew for them. ^_^

Also, another reason why I've been so inactive is because I've been busy playing Terraria, Minecraft, and Deus Ex: Human Revolution lately, among other things.

And now, here's some other stuff I have to say:

- I want to thank dogpmilb, salakjinu, asduiop2, derpofderps, FattyDragonite, ChaosElsie, BoshiTheDinosaur, pouar, Honeybuun1018, Yoshondue, noxy, OzzieKiSkunk, OnyxMetalWolf, YoshiDragon336, diaperpup, cadc, darkwolf111, Conkerluver, kdpi, and bowserkid for adding me to my watch list while I've been inactive. I really appreciate it, and I'm glad to see that several more people are interested in my art. ^_^

- Also, a while ago, I decided to try to see if I could improve upon the base drawing of Yoshi I use as a reference. Here's a comparison drawing showing how Yoshi looked before and how he looks now.

Please note that the drawing on the right is a WIP, so there are some things I still have to work on (like the legs, hands, shoes, shoulders, etc.), but you can see differences in some things (Like the outlines, the shoes, the eyes, the tail, and the mouth). If you guys have any suggestions for how I should improve my base Yoshi drawing, let me know. : )

- To tide you guys over a little, here's a drawing of Bambi I did a while ago that I was doing as part of Kingdomheartsforme's second request (which, in my opinion, is probably the most bizarre request I've gotten so far. I'm looking forward to doing it when I'm in the mood to draw).

- I recently noticed that I now have 50 subscribers on my Youtube channel. Since I don't post a whole lot on my channel, maybe I ought to do something special for this occasion. Plus, I want to thank everyone that subscribed to me! (Too bad I don't know some of the usernames of the people who subscribed to me due to one of Google's idiotic design choices).

- Speaking of Youtube, it's been a while since I last posted a YSQ level video. I'll post a new one once I decide what level to show off, and I'll post a new journal that will link to the video when I do so.

- And speaking of YSQ, I made some more progress on YSQ a while ago. I finished 3 more levels, one of which is the level one of my friends did for me quite a while ago, and another of which was a new version of Key Plains (the new version has a puzzle that involves finding a way to bring the key to the keyhole without stepping on any brown used blocks, while the old version of the level is part of another level, so it doesn't go to waste). Now, instead of there being a pixelization effect when you enter a level, there's is now an iris-in/out effect in the shape of Yoshi's head.

- Recently, my friend  Yoshondue got himself an account here. While he doesn't have much posted there at the moment, if you're a fan of Yoshis or you like diapers, maybe you could go check out his page, since he's really into both of those things and he likes drawing them.

Recently, I got a wireless router so that I would be able to wirelessly connect my laptop to the internet. I finally figured out how to connect my laptop to it, as well as my 3DS. With that set up, I'm now more willing to play games online with some of you, so if you want to play online with me, let me know (assuming you are one of my friends or someone that I like, as I don't want to play online with strangers. If you really want to play online with me, get to know me first). For DS/3DS games (and possibly Wii games, if I'm able to wirelessly connect it to my router without any additional accessories), I'll give out my friend code once I actually play one of my DS/3DS/Wii games online.

Also, here's some other things I wanted to say:

- For the time being, I'm not going to accept any new drawing requests for a while. It's starting to become a pain to do these requests lately, mainly because it feels too much like work, rather than it being for fun. I do appreciate it that I've been given all these requests from you guys, but I just need a break from doing them for a while. I also would really like to start doing some artwork for my SMW hack, since it's kind of awkward that I've said I was going to do some artwork for YSQ but I've barely done any (and the ones I already did for the Scenario Room series back before I joined FurAffinity, I have to redo, because they are not up to my current drawing standards). Also, this doesn't mean that I won't do the requests that I already have whenever I'm up to drawing again, it just means that I'm not going to accept any new ones. I'll announce when I'll accept requests again in a future journal.

- I've decided to get Skype account recently. I figured that it would be nice to be able to do voice chat with some of you, especially if you wanted to play a game online with me (although I'm only going to talk to my friends and people I like. If I like you enough, that I'm willing to reserve my 4th request slot for you, then you are also probably someone that I'm willing to talk with). However, I'm kind of shy, and I sometimes have some difficulty speaking (it usually depends on what I'm talking about as well as whether I'm talking to the other person face to face, the latter of which won't really be a problem in this case), so I'm probably going to feel a bit odd about this the first few times I try this. I'll give out my Skype name to anyone that I'm willing to talk with on Skype if asked.

- I recently got a steam account, so that I would be able to get a copy of Terraria (which I've been having a lot of fun playing). If you want to play that with me, then let me know what your steam account name is so I'll know it's you (Mine is Yoshifanatic1, by the way).

- This is probably going to sound odd, but I accidentally became a co-founder for a group on deviantART somewhat recently (what I thought was a membership invitation was actually an invite to become a co-founder. I'm not sure how I failed to notice that). While I never really wanted to be an admin of more than one group, I might as well make the best of it, since the group is a Yoshi fan group (admittedly, if this were any other kind of group, I probably would have asked the founder to demote me). So, if you're a big fan of Yoshi like me (and you have a deviantART account), then join #TheYoshiFanClub (http://theyoshifanclub.deviantart.com/). Anyone is free to join, just like with my DA group, #Yoshibellies, as long as you're a fan of Yoshi.

Since I posted a journal entry on my DA account with some updates in it, even though it was mostly about the fact that I've been a member on DA for the past 2 years (which doesn't really mean much here, doesn't it? I've only been a member here for 6 months), I figured that I should post a journal here, so that my watchers on FA can see what I had to say besides the stuff about how the previous year went for me on DA.

- This is the first time where I actually feel kind of overwhelmed with the requests I currently have, since 3 of the requests I have to do are for comics where the ideas I have for them require me to do a lot of panels (I'll likely have to split these comics into 2 parts when I go to upload them here). I might have to drop 1 or 2 of the requests I currently have, since the fact that I feel overwhelmed kind of makes me not in the mood to draw. I'd rather not drop the requests I've been given, though, especially since some of them are pretty interesting. To Turbo-Tails-8027, Kingdomheartsforme, and Big Dino: If I drop your request (I'll inform you if I do), maybe I could do a regular drawing, rather than a comic, for your request, to make up for how long you've been waiting for me to do your request. However, If you REALLY wanted me to do that comic for you, if I dropped your request, then you could always give me the request again when I don't already have another request for a comic, since I do requests for free.

- Since comics require a lot more work than a regular drawing, I think from now on, I'll only accept 1 comic request at a time. I'll mark the requests in my requests list with either a [Drawing] or [Comic] tag to indicate what kind of drawing that person asked me to do, so that others will know if I'll accept a comic request or not at the moment.

I'll eventually do those requests I've been given, though, but not for a while (just like the time I had to do around 7 requests. I did all of them eventually; I just wasn't in the mood to draw anything for two months).

Besides that, I don't really have much else to say other than that I've started to get a little more into diaper art lately. You can expect me to do drawings of characters (mostly Yoshi, though) looking cute, silly, etc. in a diaper (Kind of like that first request I did for shiniori319, except that these drawings are my own ideas), not just drawings of characters (again, mostly Yoshi) in dirty diapers (although I still prefer doing that, because I find that kind of thing funny). Of course, you can still expect me to draw fat characters (you probably know by now what I will say here) fairly often, because Yoshi looks very cute when he is overweight. ^_^

Oh, and if you were wondering what I was going to call this journal, I was going to call it: "I'd like to order a YSQ video, with an extra large YSQ update on the side. To go, please." because I like to be silly. =P

Recently, I came up with an interesting idea that I wanted to tell you guys about. For those of you that don't know, I've been working on a Super Mario World hack, called "Yoshi's Strange Quest" (which I linked to in my profile if you want to check it out), since May 2011, and it's a fairly unique SMW hack that plays similar to Yoshi's Island (since Yoshi has most of his abilities from YI). While I haven't made much progress on it lately (aside from thinking up some more ideas for YSQ and porting everything over to a clean copy of SMW to make use of a new tool called AddmusicK), one of the things I've decided to do is create some drawings/comics involving different things in YSQ whenever I'm not busy working on request drawings. I'm thinking of doing drawings/comics for things like character bios, boss bios, concept art, more parts to the scenario room series (Go here if you want to know about this series: http://biggestyoshifan.deviantart.c.....ries-329542985), etc. Maybe I'll even create box art and a cartridge sticker for YSQ if I have the patience and skill to do those (and I can figure out what the dimensions are of the latter). I think this will be a neat way to give those that are interested in this hack more details about it, as there is a lot of little things that flesh out the land that YSQ takes place in as well as the otherwise generic story. I've actually put quite a bit of thought into YSQ's story and the characters, even if it doesn't look like it. Of course, I'm not going to be winning any awards for YSQ's story, but it is a little more interesting than it may seem at first glance.

But anyway, in addition to that, here's some more things I wanted to say, that I might as well say now while I'm writing this journal:

- Since I've gotten better at drawing since I started the scenario room series, I think I might go back and update the ones I already did in order to bring them up to my current standards, especially since there would be a big difference in quality between the older ones and the newer ones if I didn't. In addition, it will give me another reason to post those parts over on FA (What sense would it make to have "Scenario Room 1, Option 3" posted here, but not have Options 1, 2, and the intro for scenario room 1 posted here as well?)

- Lately, I've been thinking about my request slot system. I had to turn down a couple of requests from people that I would have liked to do a drawing for since I had 3 full request slots, so what I've decided to do is add a fourth request slot. However, there is a catch. That slot is only available to certain people, in order to give them a better chance at getting a request from me if they want me to draw something for them. I'm not going to say who this slot is reserved for specifically, but I will give a few hints:
1). If you are on my friend list, then of course I'll reserve this slot for you.
2). If you are on my watch list either here or on DA, then there's a good chance you're one of the people I'll reserve this slot for (even more likely if I listed you as one of my favorite artists).
3). If I really enjoyed doing a previous request for you, or if I really like your character(s), then you are most likely one of the people I'll reserve this slot for.

- In addition to the above, I decided to add a list of who has given me a request, in my profile so that you can easily see if I have a request slot open or not. This is to avoid confusion for when I finish the request in slot 4 when the other 3 slots are filled.

- Even though I'm currently inactive on SMWCentral at the time of this writing, and the YSQ thread on SMWCentral is closed at the moment, I still want feedback on YSQ. If you have any suggestions for the hack, let me know!

- Whenever I decide to make a video showing off a YSQ level, I think I'll post a journal entry linking to the video from now on, so you guys can check it out (if you're interested). Speaking of which, I have been making progress on a YSQ level recently, and since I haven't posted a video in about 2 months, I think I may post a video showing off this level when it's finished. I'm not going to say much about the level, aside from the fact that it makes creative use of the special autoscroll sprites (such as the ones used in Donut Plains 2 and Butter Bridge 1 in the original SMW) and the creating/eating block sprites.

Hey guys, you'll never guess what I've been up to for the past week. Well, if you didn't already guess from the title of this journal, I've been secretly working on a bunch of drawings during the past week, as I have been in the mood to draw lately. In total, I did six drawings, five of them being done as requests, and one of them being a practice drawing of someone's character that will be featured in another request drawing I'll be doing. So, if your username is  UltraDragonYoshi,  RMPSI,  kingdomheartsforme,  nikothebunny, larrykoopa13, or  SkunkID, then I have a drawing for you, all of which will be uploaded to both deviantART and FurAffinity shortly. Even though it took me a while to do some of these requests (I have to be in the mood to draw. Still, I'm sorry that I kept some of you waiting), I think it may have been worth the wait, since the quality of these drawings is higher than what I drew 2 months ago. While I didn't get much better at the actual drawing (though I did experiment a bit with shadows and fur), I used a new art program (Artweaver) that I got about a month ago to enhance my drawings with some effects that would be tedious or difficult to do in MS Paint (things like gradients, lighting effects, translucency, freeform rotation, etc.), which makes my drawings look nicer than before or makes it easier to do some things. Of course, I'm not always going to use these effects (particularly the lighting effects), but I will when I think the drawing would benefit from it (such as having translucent stink lines to show that something stinks). Other than that, here's some more stuff I had to say:

- I now have three requests left to do, which are  SkunkID's request, Turbo-Tails-8027's (http://turbo-tails-8027.deviantart.com/) request, and  ShinIori319's second request. ShinIori319's second request should be finished within a few days, while the other two might not get finished until sometime after Christmas.

- Speaking of Turbo-Tails-8027's request, it's been almost a month, and I have no idea what I'm going to do for that request. He wants me to draw his Yoshi character Mega Shi http://turbo-tails-8027.deviantart......i-HD-326282253 meeting my character, Tootshi's roomate (aka the most normal, yet least characterized Yoshi character I have. Yes, the (currently) nameless orange Yoshi that lives with Tootshi) in a comic. If any of you have any ideas for this comic, let me know, because I've got nothing (If any of you do help me out, I'll give credit). If it helps, Mega Shi is apparently a kind Yoshi, and he has the ability to sizeshift (his height ranges from 6 feet to 16 1/2 feet, with 16 1/2 feet being his normal height).

- It was kind of silly (and somewhat annoying) having 8 ongoing requests at a time, which is why I'm only going to accept a maximum of 3 requests at a time from now on. If I get another request when I have 3, then I'm not going to accept it. If you want me to draw something and you are unsure if I have any available slots, all you have to do is ask. If you REALLY wanted me to draw something when I already have 3 requests, you could always ask me again later.

- Lastly, I'd like to wish all my watchers Happy Holidays! :)

I was just at Gamestop earlier today, and I got two more games for my 3DS, which were Scribblenauts Unlimited and Paper Mario Sticker Star. You'll never guess what that means...

Yep, I'm going to be busy playing them (along with Pokemon Black 2, which I got recently, but strangely haven't been playing much) for the next few days. I haven't played much of either of them yet (my 3DS needed to be charged. Of course... -_-), but from what I played, they are looking pretty good. Don't expect to hear from me much for a while.

Other than that, here's a few other things I had to say.

- As most of you can already tell from the lack of submissions, I've been taking a break from drawing for a while. Usually after I do a bunch of drawings, I tend to take a month off from drawing so that I'll be more motivated to work on some more drawings. For my watchers that have been watching me over on deviantART for quite a while, you already know I do this, but for my watchers that are only watching me over here, I thought I'd let you guys know. If any of you see a drawing from me in your inbox, then that means my break is over.

- As for requests, the 3 request drawings that I have been asked to do are on hold for now. I'll be working on them when I'm up to it again. Here's the list of the requests I currently have in the order they were given to me (and the order I'm going to do them in), and how much progress is done on them:

-  rmpsi's request - The drawing is about 50%-60% finished. I just have to work on the background, and redraw some parts of your Yoshi character.
-  shiniori319's second request - No progress yet, though I do have a basic idea of what I'll do for this drawing, since I now know what you wanted me to draw.
- larrykoopa13's (http://larrykoopa13.deviantart.com/) second request - I have a basic idea of what I want to do with this drawing. That's about it.
-  kingdomheartsforme's request - I made a custom color palette. That's about it.

I'm letting you guys know that I've decided to start taking requests again. The reason I wasn't taking them these past few days was because I had just finished doing 7 requests in a row, so I wanted to take a break from requests so I could work on a few of my own ideas for drawings. Problem is, I don't have much motivation to work on those ideas for whatever reason (such as "Kung Fu Yoshifanatic 3", and a Halloween themed drawing). Ironic, isn't it? I'm more interested in doing the 3 requests I got in the past 3 days right now.

So, I'm going to be working on those requests I got, starting with  rmpsi's request, then  ShinIori319's second request (if you are reading this ShinIori319, tell me what you had in mind for your second request), and lastly, larrykoopa13's second request.

Also, I want to thank the 21 people who added me to their watch list after I posted that last journal entry. I normally like to thank each person that watches me (as any of you who have watched me on deviantART know), but I've been kind of busy recently, and I wasn't up to doing it. So, I decided to thank all of you at once in this journal. I really appreciate it!

Hey guys, if you are wondering why I haven't uploaded anything yet, it's because I was having problems with uploading my stuff. Apparently, the drawings I've been uploading on DeviantART were in .BMP format, even though I thought that I was saving them as .PNGs. Because of that, I wasn't able to post them here, since FA doesn't accept .BMP images. Well, now that I know why I wasn't able to upload some of my recent drawings, I'll be able to upload them now!

To start things off, I'm going to upload "Getting Phat", "For LarryKoopa13", and "Ending of Diapered Tootshi". I was also planning on uploading "Diapered Tootshi" and "Tootshi Seriously Needs Changing", but their resolutions exceed FA's max image resolution by a lot, so I probably won't be able to upload them here (I will link to them here for those of you who haven't seen them yet):

As for the 3 people I don't recognize from DA, I'm honestly surprised you chose to watch me, even though I haven't uploaded anything here as of this writing or even added anything to my favorites. Well, if you 3 are expecting me to upload the stuff I mentioned in my profile here, then you won't be disappointed.
