Well '13 is drawing to a close at last, and tonight is New Years Eve. For many of us, this is merely a time of partying and celebrating Mother Earth's birthday, giving ourselves a good look over, and making promises to fix whatever we don't like. But to those slightly more deep, you probably realize that there is a hidden meaning and cause to it all. I mean come on, so the spinning ball of dirt we live on is one year more ancient than last. BIG WHOOP! The TRUE meaning of New Years Eve is humanity saying, "HELL YES! We made it another whole year without blowing the crap out of each other and irradiating the planet!" And as for the resolutions, that's our way of giving ourselves a reason to keep going by making false promises to do impossible stuff by the end of NEXT year. We party both to celebrate our lasting another year and because we very well know we might be gone the next. So happy Survival Day everyone! C8

I'm going to have to delete all the artwork of him from this account. I want to make it perfectly clear. He is no longer my identity anymore. Being called that name legitimately bothers me. I am no longer a fat orange derpy buffoon. I am a -Dragonair- now, and I feel comfortable in my own skin being one. Being called Flare, or even a dragon, upsets me. So please, respect my wishes, and respect my choice in changing my name and identity.

Ordinarily I wouldn't do it but, I need your help. If just 2 people could find it in their hearts to donate $10.50 to me, I can get the laptop I want for my birthday on Monday. I'm paying for the other $1162, and some friends have already been nice enough to donate $67, but I'm still $21 short. I would wait, but everything seems to be happening at once. My current laptop's power cord is almost dead not to mention that the system itself can't even multitask between 3 messengers and Firefox anymore. And the laptop I want, an Asus G750JW-BBI7N05, goes for $1400 everywhere else but Best Buy where it's going for 1,250. So please, as a favor to me and also for the occasion of my birthday (September 16th), if anyone can give me the last $21 I need, I would really appreciate it.

For those of you who don't already know, my grandmother passed away the Thursday before the 4th. I now only have one pair of grandparents left. Due to a lot of things going on, she's been on ice until today. Later on this evening is the viewing. And tomorrow morning I'll be attending the funeral. Well wishes and stuff are appreciated greatly.

It looks badass as hell and the only thing I don't like about it is it's fucking head tentacle. It reminds me of Buu from DBZ ESPECIALLY because of the colorscheme, and I never liked the Buu saga.

So what everyone seems to tell me is that I'm basically boned with this pair of turtle beach headphones and that I should go looking for a less expensive pair and just forget about these headphones. That's all well and good, except I still want a pair of headphones that's capable of Dolby Surround 7.1 HD 8I Also, no one seems to be answering me about the warrantee point I mentioned and whether that is a viable option or not because I happen to have grown to LIKE these headphones, and I don't want to have wasted $160 on a pair of headphones that didn't even last me 2 years?!?!

I'm so upset right now I swear I want to cry a little. My turtle beach HD headphones are crapping out on me. The headphones that I spent ONE HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS on a little over a year ago that have a lifetime warrantee on them are dying because ONCE AGAIN the connection in the wires of something that I own is failing.

Yesterday during a Skype call I noticed that the person who I was skyping with's voice was cutting in and out intermittently and sounding like he was far off. At first I thought it was on his end, but then I realized the wire on my own headphones was causing it depending on which angle it was bent. I thought I got it all fixed yesterday since when it's malfunctioning it gets that far off feel to it, but today while listening to Homestuck music which I memorized by HEART with how many times I've listened to it, I realized certain pitches of sound are lost now, even with the huge amount of electrical tape I have around it now to keep it from moving. I'm so mad, because I loved these headphones, they're amazing. And because of the electrical tape patchjob I did on the wire bending it back so that it stays in place, I don't know if I voided the warrantee on it or not. Just one more thing in a long list of grievances since I got my first laptop in 2010 I suppose. Even though it's just a little thing, I still know it's going to drive me crazy because of my OCD knowing that I'm missing out on sounds I should be hearing because they're supposed to be HD.

Guys... any advice for me? What should I do?

Just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! Also, still haven't gotten a thing on my ganglion cyst, which is why I haven't poofed yet, though I might be able to type with a splint on albeit it being a bit difficult because my pointer finger will be stiff? *shrugs* We'll see what happens.

I'm writing this journal now to let everyone know that for a time, I will be disappearing or rather I may be unresponsive on messengers unless you are a very close friend. I have a ganglion cyst on my right index finger. I've experienced this before on both right and left index fingers due to overuse in videogames in the past. The cause is overuse, and the cure is disuse. Before I got rid of them by making a popsicle splint for each so I couldn't move them and they would go away, that worked. What this means is that I will either disappear entirely for a time, or will hunt and peck and be forced to use voicecalls over skype to stay in touch with people. I was hoping maybe it would go away on it's own but my continued use of it has only caused it to enlarge slightly from the further irritation. I'll be back as soon as I possibly can be, and here's hoping I don't need a needle to puncture it or anything. I HATE HATE HATE needles and any needle big enough to do such would SURELY be painful. A lot of people like to announce a new icon like this so why not? And yes, it is a reference to Homestuck. If you don't like the comic, that's fine, but I admit that I'm a hardcore fan of it. If you have a problem with that, fine, you're entitled to your opinion, but don't make a big deal out of it, please.

Another thing that I suppose I actually WOULD like to get people's opinions on, however. If I'm doing this I may as well kill 2 birds with one stone. For quite some time now I've been thinking of making an alt account. For a new character. A -FEMALE- character or more precisely a herm. Everyone who knows me knows that I also like Tigers quite a lot, and also everyone who knows me knows that I am a feeder and prey. Well, my more dominant Feminine side is a eater and predator, so I think I would like to make a Chakat alternate character. Shi will be an extension of me just as much as Flare is, only for my more feminine side.
