Сьогодні Україна відзначає 33 роки своєї Незалежності. Цей день став для нас не просто датою в календарі, а символом нашого непохитного духу, нашої історії та невтомної боротьби за свободу.
Століттями наш народ прагнув про цілісну державу, в якій не вбивали б лише за прагнення до єдності і бажання зберегти свою культуру. Поколіннями ми боролися за мрію. Мрію не лише про вільну Україну, а про Україну де кожна людина могла б бути собою.
24 серпня 1991 року стало великим кроком до здійснення цієї мрії. Це був день гордості, радості і сліз мільйонів людей які століттями зазнавали геноциду і репресій. День якого прагнули покоління яких вбила росія, знищуючи нашу ідентичність, мову, привласнюючи нашу культуру.
Але незалежність не є пунктом призначення- це подорож, подорож яка потребує мужності, єдності, та рішучості. Нові випробування з'являються на нашій долі. Спочатку 2014 рік потім 2022. Випробування які ми змушені побороти покладаючи всі свої сили на це.
У ці найтемніші часи ми побачили справжню силу України, її народу. Кожного дня мільйони українців борються за незалежність, за майбутнє нашого народу, за наш розвиток. Незалежність це не просто відсутність гноблення- це можливість розвиватися, створювати, процвітати. Ми нація яка ніколи не зігнеться, не зламається і не замовкне. Нація яка до останньої краплі крові буде боротися за свою свободу. Ми пам'ятаємо всіх тих хто віддав життя за цю свободу. Героїв імена яких ми можемо навіть не знати але чий внесок ніколи не буде забутий. Їхня пам'ять і прагнення живуть в кожному серці, кожній крові та ДНК нашого народу, що бореться за Україну.
На цій дорозі нас чекає багато викликів, випробувань і битв. Але я знаю що ми їх подолаємо, як робили це століттями. Бо ми українці, і жага до свободи ніколи не згасне в наших серцях. Разом ми продовжимо будувати вільну, сильну та соборну Україну.
Слава Україні - Героям слава! Слава Нації - Смерть ворогам!
Today, Ukraine celebrates 33 years of its independence. this day became for us not just a date in the calendar, but a symbol of our steadfast spirit, our history and our tireless struggle for freedom.
For centuries, our people longed for a unified state in which people would not be killed just for the desire for unity and the desire to preserve their culture. Generations fought for a dream. I dream not only of a free Ukraine but of a Ukraine where every person could be himself.
August 24, 1991, was a big step towards the realization of this dream. It was a day of pride, joy and tears of millions of people who have been subjected to genocide and repression for centuries. The day longed for by the generations who were killed by russia, destroying our identity and language, appropriating our culture.
But independence is not a destination - it is a journey; a journey that requires courage, unity, and determination. New challenges appear in our destiny. First, 2014, then 2022. Trials that we are forced to overcome by putting all our strength into it.
In these darkest times, we saw the true strength of Ukraine, and its people. Every day, millions of Ukrainians fight for independence, for the future of our people, and for our development. independence is not just the absence of oppression - it is an opportunity to develop, create, and prosper. We are a nation that will never bend, break or keep quiet. A nation that will fight for its freedom to the last drop of blood. We remember all those who gave their lives for this freedom. Heroes whose names we may not even know, but whose contributions will never be forgotten. Their memory and aspirations live in every heart, every blood and DNA of our people fighting for Ukraine.
Many challenges, trials and battles await us on this road. But I know that we will overcome them, as we have done for centuries. Because we are Ukrainians, and the desire for freedom will never die out in our hearts. Together we will continue to build a free, strong and democratic Ukraine.
