Enjoying your christmases or whatever you want to call this Holiday, I hope.
I sure have. It was a good day. I have a Christmas Special (of whom I should really draw more of) all drawn up and ready to colour and post, but I can't get to it until I get home.
Along with about 6 other images i've gotten out of my system while down here in Victoria.
It's awesome, I love it.

Hey! Most of you haven't heard from me in ages! =D

Isn't it fun!
I love it when life gets busy. An affliction that appears to be affecting a lot of other artists of late, too.
That coupled with stress certainly hasn't helped my artistic flows thus far as well.

To this conclusion, I've decided to hold off on commissions for now, until maybe later into next year, when stress levels have calmed down again.
To that end, I've got to finish off this one for Maz as soon as possible, then just stick to my usual stint of gifts, trades and random requests.
I seem to love doing my own thing more, anyway =3

So that's my excuse.

Bingo will not be available for the next three weeks as he visits to Victoria for his sister's wedding and general holiday relaxation, his return pending for the 7th of April.

Just letting people know that there will be about a month's worth of 'no contact from me' in March.
From the 18th of March til the 7th of April, I'll be down in Victroia, firstly for my sister's wedding and then afterwards for a proper, relaxed, completely-un-thought-out holiday.

It's a new year and it feels horribly wrong already.
Well okay, maybe not horribly wrong.
There are a lot of good highlights, but it's start was... well, it had a lot more to be desired.
Plans that got ruined. More money disappeared than I had planned. Loss of communication with someone that I thought we had something going on.
But by now, with no attempt at contacting me, after numberous messages and calls myself.. yeah. My hopes aren't all that high.

So, new year, new beginnings, old endings, parmanent fixtures.
I'm now rather fully into fire twirling, as the last two photos are sure to have proven =, Both staff and poi. Poi needs a hell of a lot of practice and staff needs a new grip. Hockey strap.
I'm having high hopes of getting into capoeira in this new year, but i wanna get my car repaired first.

I've so far attended a friend's 25th birthday, There are -four- consecutive 21sts that I'll be attending as well, and then there's my own 25th in September.
Wow.. quarter of a century. Go me.

I find myself to be rather single, with a few cuddly friends and friendly ex's, prospects that haven't and dreams that are just that. I may not -want- to persue anything else just yet, because I often wonder if my polygamous tendancies will kick back in again, and whether anyone'll actually care. Eitherway I'd come to the conclusion many years ago that if I don't actually think about it and just live life as it is, things'll generally happen on their own, so.. here's to unexpected happenings =, *raises his glass and has a drink*

Work's still going strong. For a while now I've had a lack of the strong work ethic that was fresh in my head for the first two years, and now that the third one is over.. well.. I can feel it slowly creep back again, now that i'm not letting utterly stupid worries worry me. It sort of lowers the stress bar a little. I think it's nice. I can easily see myself doing the 30-mins-early starts again. Eitherway, work is going well.

Now that the first few weeks of everything starting up again are close to over, I'm going to get back on my random art kick, starting with finishing off Lilybet's picture, as I promised I would. And from there, whatever goes.
If there's anything else I've promised people and haven't finished yet, please let me know.

This has turned out longer than I thought. Please excuse a rambling dingo.

Okay, I'm back from mum's and I'm not leaving either, as much as anyone cares, but as much as I *despise* child pornography _No Matter What The Context_ ...(pause to let that sink in)... there are still too many people here that aren't anywhere else, and the layout's nice and- well, I still like it here, despite recent decisions.
That and I'm agreeing with XianJaguar's stance on it all.. If all the good artists leave, who's going to make sure this place has an even balance of not-porn? -Someone-'s gotta fight for the right.

I just wish the filters to be up and running again as soon as humanly possible, as much as I don't like blinkering, but it's the only way around it now..

Firstly, I'm currently taking care of my mother's place for a week til tuesday, so there's not an aweful lot of 'doing' happening in my life, going to take the chance to take it slow while I can and see if I can't recover some of my standard sanity (this term is used losely).
So yeah, not a lot of action from me until then.

So, for my first journal ever, I'd just like to say that I'm back from an Expadition to Harvey Bay! XD
Which is roughly 400-odd-kilometres north of Brisbane. Which is 2,000-odd-kilometres north of Sydney. Which is 14,000-odd-kilometres south of some well-known continent.

Anyway! Had fun, took care of Misty's mother's house, took my Subaru Forester over to Fraser Island, which was the single worst mistake I have -ever- made, almost totalled the car, but it still drives and now I'm back! =D

And I didn't even get a t-shirt =/
