It's Binx, been a busy busy year for me so far to date. I have decided to make a pop rock/alt station and the such like that. I have already included several furry rock musicians into the station BUT it will also have regular music. It's how it's going to run. I have been speaking with Cody over a furocity Radio and we worked all this out together. So If you are interested please feel free to pop by our station website. Let's have fun with this. as some of you know I recently built a radio station called "Furry FM", a 24/7 furry music station with the help of Zenuel and Malluis The Bear. While many furry sites do showcase music, it is usually overshadowed by the easier to browse artwork. I started doing this in 2009, with the group called  FurryMusicians to strive to gain exposure for the musical talent of the fandom.

It began with weekly journals listing the new music of the week. The group began to grow, and it soon gained enough interest to hold contests and inspire other musicians to create. TakeWalker began sharing his "I Love Music" podcast with the group. AsiaNeko began weekly spotlights. DJ Puppy joined the crew with his promotional remixes. By sharing short sections of songs on a regular basis Furry Musicians has made it easy for busy listeners to find music to love.

we are looking at the growth of a great tool to share the music of the fandom, our brand new radio station Called Furry FM, you can listen to us by going to http://stereo.wavestreamer.com:6170/ or finding the station on Shoutcast. You can expect to find live shows featuring music, stories and news that affect furs in some way. well I got this message from my boyfriend that his dad was admitted to go into the hospital this morning. Apparently he was drinking pretty hard, as he usually does during nights as I've been told. Well he woke up this morning not being able to move the left side of his body and was barely to do anything. I have just been informed that he has been put to ICU, his blood pressure is 188//96 currently. I will update more as I get more information. Please keep him in your thoughts, prayers, and spells. It would be greatly appreciated.

So things have been changing so much lately! It's like a new me being reborn. I am very happy with how my life has been going. Even though I'm in the same job, with the same hours, in the same house. I go me a new car recently! New to me at least. It's a lot better than the piece of shit Ford I was driving. It's kind funny that the car that i have is the same year of my old car though :P. It runs much better than my last one. I been spending lots of time outside in the great outdoors doing a bunch of camping, bonfires, getting rained on and lightening, attacked by ticks but eh. I guess ya gotta expect those kind of thing. Still a ton of fun. I've changed my prospective of life, I've kinda lower my exceptions on work and friends. It's really made things a lot better for me, for those that have known me for a long time. Could you believe I've made amends with my grandmother? Yup that's right, things aren't so in the shits anymore. I'm getting things getting taken care of that I've been hiding from for a long time. My life is improving by leaps and bounds! I also play the Djembe now too. :)

This week I will be heading to Denver for the weekend and then off to Alaska again for a week and a half. I'm hoping to get some time in the mountains hiking and maybe even getting back to my favorite place in the world back on the ocean! When I get back home I will be going back to work but guess what no more 5-6 day weeks once we get some people trained on this new shift! I'm so excited, I'll have so much more time on my hands to do things! Hopefully I can even get back in touch with some furiends that I have here in town. :D

Omg! 14 hours and I'll be on my way to Alaska to be with my family for the first time in 10 years. Well besides going there for a funeral. The only thing sad about going this time is knowing that my father isn't part of it anymore, reasons I would rather not talk about but let's just say he is sitting in jail for a very long time. I really can't wait to get home to give my mom a huge hug. It's been forever since we have been on such good terms as this.

I'm also looking forward to getting some skiing in, it's been equally as long for that. I need to feel the powder under my paws. For all you cubbies out there I also will be helping Santa get your presents to you on time, you can count on that! The reindeer can be such a pain some times, they are so lazy :p. Well anyways I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a much better new year, there's been far to much unhappiness in our nation as of lately really looking forward to it being a much better year.

I just wanted to say here I hope he gets what is coming to him. I used to live in that area and have many friends in that area. Well anyways my ex and I from there are still very close friends and just to make sure he was ok, I text him Friday didn't hear back from him til Saturday. Then I found out the news that one of his friends had been involved in the shooting. He is one of the one that are in critical condition. So I've been trying to help him through this. What a senseless tragedy and that he still doesn't care, my blood boils.

I just saw this dog on a show I was just watching, so amazing

to top this off, I want to say that I've personally been to the restaurant myself and I can't tell you how much this place rocks! I hope some of you can help, even a little bit goes a long ways.

I know that people have heard a lot about this, but it can't be said enough right now.

There is a drive to help out our friend Fernando in Pittsburgh. For those that don't understand, let me spell this out very simply:

Fernando was the first business in Pittsburgh to openly embrace the idea of catering his business to Anthrocon for the duration of the convention. This included making t-shirts, renaming the restaurant, putting out little pawprints in sidewalk chalk to entice furries in, and serving food in dog bowls as part of special promotions.

Fernando openly communicates with the Anthrocon Board of Directors to try and work with the convention, and even undertook extra debt just to try and make his business run until AC2012.

Fernando literally took a rock (brick) to the head while making a hostile vagrant leave his establishment so that the furries that were there would feel safe.

Fernando has openly stated to the Pittsburgh media that Anthrocon is "the most important" event on his calendar. He's stated that we represent a full 25% of his annual revenue in one single weekend.

When Fernando realized that he wouldn't make it to AC2012, .. *HE CONTACTED US* to let us know about it. that's how important we have become to him. If we were just another customer, he wouldn't have bothered. But we're not....we're FRIENDS to this small business.

Now I'm not saying that we need to extend pity to this man or his business. I am saying that this man has proven himself to be a good ally for Anthrocon and the furry community in Pittsburgh. He's been genuinely good and thoughtful in how he does business with us, and he respects us. When AC was in other cities, no restaurant reached out to us like Fernando's has. Yes we have tried to build excellent relationships with the other restaurants in the city....but Fernando's is special to us. That's why I, along with so many others, are asking folks to please try to donate even a couple of dollars to this small businessman. Perhaps we can help save his business, perhaps we cannot. But let's at the very least...show him our gratitude for the dignity and respect he showed to us. Show him that as a community, furries care about those that care about us. And as an event, Anthrocon (and furry as a while) can demonstrate to the city of Pittsburgh, that we reciprocate when businesses treat us (as a group) as valued customers.

Ok I'm about tired of all these different rules on FA, every damn time I turn around is another set of rules. How in the fuck am I know keep up. I think I'm going to another site. I'll keep the music group up but other than that I'm done. I can't keep up anymore, it's more rules after more rules. The admins need to calm the hell down.

Ladies and gents, I'm in the process of working with twistedspectrum to create a new convention that will start in May 2013 in St. Louis, MO called Waystation FurCon.

As part of the planning process, we're looking for staff members to fill a few roles in our developing organization:
Registration Lead - Responsible for developing and maintaining the registration database before, during, and after the convention. Also leads a group of registration staff and/or volunteers to process registrations during at-con registration hours.
Art Show Lead - Responsible for coordinating the convention's Art Show. This includes planning panel layout and handling money from any art sales.
Operations Lead - Responsible for running Operations, including, but not limited to Lost and Found, Panelist Check-In, and ensuring that the convention runs as smoothly as possible.
Legal Advisor - Honorary Board Position - Responsible for providing legal advice relating to contracts and ensuring financial compliance. Must have knowledge of Missouri financial and legal policies to be considered.
Artist's Alley Lead - Responsible for coordinating the convention's Artist's Alley.
Dealer's Den Lead - Responsible for coordinating the convention's Dealer's Den.

We're also looking for suggestions for local to St. Louis animal-based charities for our con's charity.

So I just wanted to stop here and let ya all know my future is looking pretty nice. I'm finally getting where I want to be. I know I have talked to several of you about my plans to move. Well as it stands looks like those plans will be going through in the next year. I will be relocating to Seattle as I see it no later than November of next year. My finances are looking great, my work history is excellent, so I know I could find a job quickly and easy. I recently within the last couple months put out my app to several trucking companies at once and had 24 companies call me back in a week. So the only thing really holding me back from this dream is a vehicle and money. I've already been offered a place to possibly roommate up with and with people that I'm very close to. Also this puts me closer to my family that I have put off for many years. I see this move being a very good thing for me. As well as having the scenery that I miss so much that we don't get here in the midwest. So with that being said I'm very excited for this coming year. Also my mate should be joining me, just over 5 months of being together. I just can't wait too get him to the states. Anyways just wanted to update you all. :3

Back to normal tomorrow, I've been so very lonely this weekend with not much to do, so I can't wait to get back to work! :3

What can I say about MFF,

Well it was the most enjoyable convention I've even been to, Friday started off with meeting Fax, Zanzan, Drykus, and Bedtime. We went to this pizza place that well it alright til later that night. XD I can't remember the name of the place but really messed up my stomach afterwards. Then I suited for awhile. I think I only suited for like 5 hours for this con. I think it was more meeting friends that I have known for some time. I wish I could have spent more time with everyone. I feel bad that I didn't get to spend much time with some people but I find so limited at cons. The furry musicians went alright I wish I had some panelists. This con was also the most memorable as well. I spent many many hours with  Beastboy15. I can't say how close we actually bonded as friends but I feel that it was very close. Today was very hard to leave, I haven't been to a con that has been this hard to leave.

I not very good at writing these journals :p. I feel like I'm rambling. The furdance competition is freaking awesome. There was this 16 yr old that I thought was amazing. though there was several other dancers that where too. I also got to see Colson which was awesome. Any how I'm glad I got to spend the time I did with the people I did. I kinda feel like things where split into different ares and I thought that could have been better. Over all it was a damn good con and I will probably be doing it again next year.
