spontaneous redecoration

this guy... shit.
what started out as a simple task of replacing a broken chest of draws has been esculated by my mother into a full room redecoration, complete with new paint, fresh carpet and a new bed. consiquently my computor has been unpluged and, like the rest of my room, is packed away in boxes. I also dont have the use of my desk and my current bed has been dissmantled.
looks like i'm sleeping on a matrice on the sitingroom floor for the next few days.

Computors bricked :/
Posted 10 years agowelp, my computors potencially fucked. has a problem where system interupts take up 20% CPU power. eather my computor has a virus that my antivirus cant find, or it's an issue with a driver or windows 8 itself (missurable piece of shit operating system cant wait for windows 10 so in boot you the fuck off my PC...)
So for the time being, there will be no further arts from me till the issue is ressolved. (witch is anoying because the mew pic was almost finished...)

Work schedule
I have collage from 9:00AM-6:00PM on mondays and wednesdays so it is unlikely that i will do work on ether of these days because i will be exhausted.
Pricing
Line art = $10
Flat color = $15
Full color & shading = $20
Chibi = -$5
Additional characters = +$5 each
Slots
To start off with i'll only have one slot open for commission. i have assignments for college i need to do and there is nothing worse than getting overloaded. if i can manage and/or need more money i may open extra slots. i will edit this journal or post a new one if an when a slot becomes available.

New computor
Posted 11 years agoYep, i finally got a new computer to replace my old piece of shit machine. expect growing pains.
i currently don't have everything set up yet so it may be a while before i can start uploading again. Im going to have to see if my scanner will work without any additional drivers, then there is the issue of re-downloading gimp and maybe adjusting to the new version.

Its not often that I write one one of these but here we go... Don't you just hate it when you want to draw but you can't? i just feel really uninspired atm hence the lack of uploads. feel free to leave any suggestions you have down below, who knows it might get the creative juices flowing again.
in fact how about we give it a theme. how about we make this "sexy anthropomorphism of non-sexy pokemon"
my bro suggested geodude, but I need more options here.

I'm in a bit of a rough spot at the moment, my school work load being really very heavy because if impending exams so I'm going to try and put off any major request doing till after all of my exams are done in about 3/4 ish weeks from now. however If you do have a request for me I will still review and potentially accept requests, but I do have two tips for you:
1. Keep it small. Just make sure its something simple I can knock out in may dwindling pair time. no images that require backgrounds, complex detailing or comic strips. if you want multiple characters be prepared to sacrifice having the image coloured because that takes a long time.
2. don't expect it soon. My exam results come first, so all images that I accept will be done at my leisure to ensure that my life doesn't get completely fucked up by me failing every exam. (but I think this one goes without saying.)

Free Requests
Posted 13 years agoIf you've seen my DA account you'll know that I'm pretty much always taking requests. Just send me a message with a description and any character references. pleases also note that my specialitys are fluffy things (felines, canines (especially foxes), small mammals, ext), so please take this into account before asking me to try to draw something reptilian for example.
