Just finished the last page of Don't Put Your Knots in One Basket. My wrist hurts, I'm tired, but I'm happy and relieved. :') This was a longer comic that had some setbacks (hospital/surgery, day-job, life), but I'm glad it's done. I'm taking a break from the KAE characters to try a different coloring style, so I hope you enjoy the next comic I have in mind when it's ready to be made public. XOXOXO

Next week October is going to end already. I made a post on Patreon already that I'll be taking a break to take some rest, but also take some time to expand my art in the 2D animation & 3D space. It's something I've been wanting to go back to, but I have to relearn a lot of basics for 3D & Blender, and it's difficult to juggle with that alongside my weekly comics at the color quality they currently are.

I wanted to give the heads up in case you join Patreon and are blindsided that I'm not updating the comic for two months. I'll be showing my progress as WIPS on Patreon/Discord, so you could join if you wanted to see that. But KAE will be back! The story itself is maybe over halfway done already, so it'll be finished before we all know it. Yay!

Had a huge event this weekend for work. Loved the overtime, but it gave me no time to work as we spent the weekend preparing and hosting the event. It went alright, but I spent all day lying around because of how draining it was. See you next week!

Hi everyone, just making a quick journal since I'm pretty tired after this whole ordeal.

Surgery went well, and my hand/finger is recovering slowly, but surely from the infection. I'll be wearing a bandage for awhile, so drawing is probably off the table. Thankfully I can go back to work since my writing has slowed down, but my typing is still hella fast. 😎

Hey everyone. Unfortunately I did something stupid and tried to save a stray cat and got bit. That incident occurred on Sat the 1st. I've been in the hospital since Sunday trying to fight off this infection/swelling going on in the finger of my drawing hand.

I was hopeful at first that we'd avoid surgery, but today we'll be moving forward with that. I paused Patreon today again. Right now I'm very depressed about the whole situation. I'm uncertain how well I'll be able to work consistently after this hopefully blows over. If it's just cleaning out the bad germs maybe everything will be alright. I won't be surprised if I'm unable to keep up my previous pace, so I don't know if it would be for the best if I close my Patreon, but continue my comics at a slower pace.

Sorry I can't be clearer. The situation has been a whole bait-and-switch with them telling me I should be good to go the night before, but then changing their mind in the morning. My finger is still really bad, so there is not bullshitting on their part, and I'd rather not risk losing my whole hand.

If anyone wants gross pictures of my hand telegram me and I'll send pics when I'm out of the hospital. lol

Life's been going pretty well since my move. I'm able to save more money than before, so that's nice. Still not finished paying off car payments, but I'm pretty close. Then I can save up for my own place, hopefully. :<

I just uploaded a bunch of Patreon sketches. I have more but had to stop. I don't know if FA put a limits to uploads, or if my internet can't handle it anymore and gave up. lol But who cares, what's new with Bitterstrawberries otherwise?

Currently I'm working on pages for a new webcomic. It's coming along alright, though it's having a troublesome start with life getting in the way. I think you guys will like it a lot. I plan on releasing pages in January since I want to take a break from Patreon in December.

I've also been saving and collecting items to create and sell physical merch. Slowly but surely. I was able to buy a critcut from my sister for a nice discount, and I've played around with it. I don't know what to make yet, but I have almost everything I need. Now I just have to make stuff. :p And make a website. I was thinking of using Shopify since it doesn't look like I can sell NSFW comics on Etsy.

Just a small update: I have just finished moving, so that's why I've been so quiet lately. The move went well, and I'm super happy to be with my family again, and no longer pay rent. 💖🧡💛💚💙💜

My Patreon is paused for the entire month of April. In May I should be comfortable with releasing the latest short comic I'm working on. Apologies if you messaged me and I didn't get a chance to make a prompt reply.

Just heard back from an interview as promised: I got a new job and I get to start in 2 weeks! I put in my vacation time last week, so I hope my current job won’t get pissy and fire me on the spot.


I’m looking forward to this because I’ve been working nights for 2 years now. It kept me safe from covid and “the public,” but I’m ready to move on for better pay (especially with this inflation!). The old hours were long, 10 hours, not including transportation. That made drawing hard to sneak in, especially when I got started full time work on LMASL. Returning to 8 hour days will, I hope, give me more time to work on comic pages and commissions. Goodbye, 3 day weekends, you will be missed. 😭


I’m nervous because I have been comfortable with my current job for a long time, but bills have to be paid, and porn comics have to be drawn. ✍️


I've told people that my commissions will be closed until the end of July. I'm going to extend that break for a little while longer as soon as I finish the commissions on my list just to have some breathing room and no stress while I'm adjusting to the new job.

Hey everyone, thanks for being so patient. I was able to get a good head-start on my comics again (a month of backups are ready). So I'm in a spot where I can open up for commissions again, and wanted to make some bullet points on some changes for my commission TOS:

• Price changes: sadly with inflation still being horrible, I've upped my prices.

• Antrho/Feral is now being accepted. I'll have these commissions uploaded with a discrete thumbnail in my gallery. Human/Feral is still NOT allowed. This is sort of funny because I've realized I've been drawing way too many feral characters and I need more practice with humanoid characters, so this is a two-birds-one-stone solution for me and future commissions.

• Gore: just added this for anyone that needs it for clarity. I'll also upload these pieces with a thumbnail in my gallery.

• Fixed descriptions to hopefully make commission info more clear.

• Character limit: Generally a maximum of 5-6 characters per commission, but if you have a crazy idea you may share. OwO Someone asked about this, so I added the info. I haven't come across someone wanting a mega-orgy commission (yet?).

I want to give a warm thank you to my new followers for their watches, and my old watchers for sticking around. 2021 has not been the most productive year for me. Some months of it felt like I was just going with the flow, trying to get by on bare minimum due to being too tired or too stressed to do anything. This year I will be more active.

Recently I got back into looking at my RPG Horror game and was sad to put it away again when I went on Christmas break, lol. There is also a webcomic I want to release when I have more pages completed. It's a simple romantic, feral story. Another of my goals is to get back into drawing humans/humanoids/anthros again. I let myself get too stressed by my perfectionism, so expect more sketches from me in the future!

I think 2022 will be an interesting year for me, my country, and the rest of the world. Let's hope we see positive changes from ourselves and elsewhere.

This is a journal for people who don't follow my SFW account.

While working at the new job I had not had the greatest peace of mind. It just ended recently and I'm working my old job that I prefer again, and there is just SO MUCH relief since leaving. The bad news is that we were informed the day after my two weeks were up that we would not be getting as many hours as one would hope for January specifically. That bummed me out, but I decided to turn lemons into lemon aid and first get myself some rest, and draw again.

So, I'm trying to liven this NSFW account back up and see if I could use it specifically as a place where people can get naughtier commissions.

You'll probably slowly see a slow pace of various NSFW doodles as I experiment with what fetishes I'm most comfortable with, and try to gain a larger audience with this account.
