Very long over do update

So, finally starting to edge my way back into doing many things at the moment. Sorry, for being away for so long and with no word. Things have started to even out and I am finally able breath again. So... I left my job at Target selling cell phones four months ago. It was and still is something I didn't see happing, well no, more like not that early in the year. I had applied where my husband works and figured I wouldn't get in on the first shot and it would take me around the same amount of time, interviews and app submitting that it took him to get his job. Oddly enough I got an interview three weeks after I put my app in and in two weeks from that I was no longer working at Target. It was so unreal, I had people who were angry at me for leaving. That's fine, I am just sad they couldn't see that this new job was a once in a lifetime opportunity I could not willingly or foolishly let slip through my hands. I no longer working with the public, which for someone who has high anxiety dealing with random people and gets stressed and freaked out very easily this just adds the list of why I left my other job. I work in a factory making resistor chips. I inspect them before they get cut up and cased and then shipped out. I love it so much!! I finally got a job in the science field, which was a lifelong dream since I was only a knee-high wee little girl.
So... art wise where are things? Well first things first, "Relics of Betrayal" and "The Catalyst" have both been scrapped. Neither of these projects would have come to fruition with where they were heading. However, I haven't given up on making a comic. I have made another account on here and have been posting comic related stuff as well as other branding things. you can head over here to my other account Studiomomo. You'll only find my comic posted there. As I want to keep my personal art separate from the comic.
In other news, I am planning my wedding for 8-18-18 and looking to buy a house next spring or summer. Outside of these things not much is going on.

So I have been kind of M.I.A as of late out side of faving images. I do have a good reason for this. Upon being released for work by the doctor at the start of march an unlikely job opportunity had became available. Something I never had thought of doing or even knew how or even new how to even get in to this. I have been transitioning from working at Home depot to Market Source and have found that I really do enjoy work once again. I still work in retail but get this I am selling cell phones! so its not all that hard. On top of this I haven't had any problems with my fibro, headaches and anxiety!! which is wow... even with the 1.5-2 mile walk I have to do to get there. So this is really good. I do apologize for not saying something sooner but Its been no stop go since I put my app in for this job.. I got a call back in less then 24 hours for a phone interview which was like wow... never had that happen before... I will be working 27-30 hours a week and most of the days 12-8 so that's been fun so far... hehehe not LOL
In other news I am still working on "Relics of Betrayal" as well as "The Catalyst", both of which are comics. For "Relics of Betrayal" I have had to scrap most of what I had drawn because of how the non-anthropomorphic way of drawing the characters had brought up many flaws in the story once it was drawn. "The Catalyst" on the other hand is an combined project that my fiance and my self are working on. Its going to be an human, sci-fi, fantasy based comic. Which its not even past the brain storming stage at the moment. So I am still free to redo/edit the first six pages to "Relics of Betrayal" with little worry of not having time for it. Their will be no wip or concept art work posted for "The Catalyst" as at the moment we are not sure what we plan to do with it really.
Pet wise I was able to handle everything money wise, Thank you all who had helped by sending money. With the new job and the back pay that All state has given me thinks have finally been looking up. So much so thaat even after paying out over $500 in vet bills for Baine being sick we could afford to get our new ferret Kronk, as well as get him to the vet and checked out and still have money to spend on food. It has taken so long for things to fall in to place but I am glad they finally did.. can finally breath and relax a bit.
Oh and before I forget I do plan on having my etsy shop up and working again once I remember the password for it, I would like to get the old items relisted and add a few new ones that I have been holding on to.

Reference images of your character for all Digital works would be greatly appreciated. If you have no reference images for your character a detailed description would be the second option. The more I know about the character the better.

I ask for 50% of payment up front. You pay the remainder once you have looked of the sketch (this excludes sketches) then I’ll finish the drawing. You may ask for something to be revised after you have seen the sketch. You get one free revision of the sketch, any revision after that will be $4
-= Refunds =-
If at anytime before the image is finished you would like a refund please ask. If no work has been done on the image you will get your refund in full. Any work completed on the image will be deducted from your refund to cover my time and effort. These deductions will reflect what I charge for the piece done (sketch, inks, etc…).
NO REFUNDS will be given for a finished product unless proof of my negligence can be shown.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at anytime due to lack of contact or inappropriate behavior on the client’s part. I will still refund for work left unfinished at this point.
I reserve the right to refuse commission for any personal reasons.

If you are the person that has commissioned me for an image you may do the following with any art work I have done for you.
You MAY sell the original images if you so choose.
You MAY use and alter the image created for you for noncommercial personal use only. This includes making into icons, banners etc for websites. When posted publicly credit for the artwork must be given to me.
You MAY ink and or color partially done images yourself and or have someone else do it for you as long as it's for PERSONAL use only and NOT FOR PROFIT.
However if you are not the commissioner of said image(s) and or own the character or design of said character, you cannot use the image that someone else has paid for.
-= USAGE OF PERSONAL WORKS AND GIFTS OTHERS =-
I would prefer that no personal art work done by me of my characters be used in any way by anyone other then myself.
Images I have done for others of there characters as gifts Should not be used by anyone other then who the image was made for.
I do have a few free use images that can be found here http://Blabbitz.deviantart.com/gallery/42562319 as well as line arts that you can buy the rights to use with points. I also offer line art commissions at the moment with points to try and accommodate others. (see free use down below)

I don't mind if you would like to copy my art if you are doing so simply to learn. I DO mind if you copy any part of my art and post it as your original artwork. While, yes, you did actually, physically draw the piece, you were not drawing upon your own sense of anatomy, composition, color, etc, you were drawing on MY own experience, MY own art. I ask that if you do use my art to copy from, simply add a "reference used for this by Blabbitz" Or Jennifer Hoffman some where in the artist comments area.
-= POSTING MY ART ON ANOTHER WEBSITE =-
I would prefer that no one other then myself and or the commissioner of any image that I have been paid to draw for someone be posted by anyone else. If you would like to share an image on any of the sites such as tumblr, facebook, and twitter please use the share buttons in the top right corner of the image on here. If the image does not have the links for sharing please message me about it and I'll change this. However if it is an commission and or gift image and the person that has paid for it and or received the image as a gift has asked for the links to be turned off I will not change it and ask that you follow the persons wishes.

I do have a few free use images and images that you can by the rights to use them with points. I ask that you follow and any all rules listed in the artist comment area on said images. If a number of people can not follow the rules I will take these images down and ask that further use of them images stops from that day on.

Reference images will be greatly appreciated. If you have no reference images for your character a detailed description would be the second option. The more I know about the character the better.
-= Payment =-
I ask for 50% of payment up front. You pay the remainder once you have looked of the sketch (this excludes sketches) then I’ll finish the drawing. You may ask for something to be revised after you have seen the sketch. You get one free revision of the sketch, any revision after that will be $4
-= Refunds =-
If at anytime before the image is finished you would like a refund please ask. If no work has been done on the image you will get your refund in full. Any work completed on the image will be deducted from your refund to cover my time and effort. These deductions will reflect what I charge for the piece done (sketch, inks, etc…).
NO REFUNDS will be given for a finished product unless proof of my negligence can be shown.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at anytime due to lack of contact or inappropriate behavior on the client’s part. I will still refund for work left unfinished at this point.
I reserve the right to refuse commission for any personal reasons.
I reserve the right to sell prints of any work completed at my digression, You may however asked for prints not to be made from your commissioned piece before I start working on it.
I reserve the right to use your commissioned piece to promote my self and my work.

I do allow my commissioner to use the art they have paid for in may ways (see above usage) If you suspect someone besides the commissioner is using the art work or it happens to be a personal image and or gift image please contact me by sending a note or an email. Please do not confront said person about it. I WILL HANDLE IT, More so if its on DA. No one likes a flame war nor being ganged up on. It only leave people with hurt feelings, banned accounts and a bad name for both sides on the matter.
