Hey folks, hope those who've been reading my comic have been enjoying it so far ♥

It's the first big project i've committed to with my characters in a long format, so it's been a fun learning experience. Hard to believe i've been working at it for over 5 months now, and posting consistently for 4.

With that being said, unfortunately i'll have to delay next weeks pages, due to a combination of burnout, and, real life commitments. I tried to power through it, but I feel myself getting to the point where i'm not enjoying drawing my comic. This is my work, not a companies, so I'm not going to force myself to make something I'm not proud to show at the end of the day. It would be a disservice to myself, and to you, the people who've been reading it.

However, with an extra week of rest, next fortnight will hopefully make up for that.

Gonna be ceasing my use of Twitter. Out of the last 100 or so followers i've recieved, I can comfortably say around 80 of them have been bots. The recent update to the TOS and its ability to just scrape anything from artists profiles without asking is ludicrous.

Hey everyone, Dusk here!

I've unfortunately been a bit AWOL as I was extremely sick this past month due to a viral and bacterial infection. Thankfully, all that's left is a lingering cough and some fatigue, but i'll be back to regularly scheduled content soon.

As for a life update, I finished my final subjects for uni last month, so i'm officially one graduation ceremony away from having my Bachelors in Animation and Game Design! It feels great to accomplish something this big, considering i've spent my twenties in countless dead end jobs making ends meet. Now I can focus on doing what I truly love without worry; Cry into a storyboard as a higher up tells me to move 3 pixels to the left.

But hey, i'm gonna be 30 at the start of next year. And you know what they said about being 30; It's the new 20.

Hiyo, Dusk here. It's a New Year, and I felt like making a journal about it.

2022 was a massive change for me. I quit my full time job after being abused and discriminated against for my disabilities (That I obtained BECAUSE of that job), sold my home, went back to further education, and graduated with my Diploma of Animation and Game Development! 2022 also saw a massive change in how I draw, and I have my teachers to thank for that. Plus, I finally feel like I can be proud of everything I do. It may not be perfect, but hey, I can see my own progress and hard work bearing the fruits of labor.

So what does 2023 hope to bring? Well, i'm going into the next step and taking on my Bachelors, and i'm going to do the thing i've been meaning to do for a while; actually set up a commission sheet and schedule.

So uh, idk how to sign off so, thanks for being here, and I hope to continue on this path!

It's been a while since I last posted anything and i've done some thinking. I really enjoy art and it's been a bit of a side job for a long time, but i've been lost on what I want to do, who I want to be as an artist. And I think I've come to a good understanding of how I like to define myself.

I enjoy sketching. Making small, sharp, swift lines to create an object. And it reflects highly in my sketch arts a lot more than production art where its all linework and painting. So, my question to the people that follow me for my art would be, would you like to see more of my art style reflect that and go from there or see more variety?

Feedback is always appreciated as it makes my job easier!

Over the next few days I may experiment and post some stuff but hey, art is up to the interpreter as well as the artist!

The time has come to bid 2017 farewell. It's had it's ups and downs, and sideways battles.

All I can say is, thanks to everyone who watches me, you guys and gals are awesome.

I'm a nerd who likes to draw.

Fug my wrist, its murdering me atm.

FurDU 2017! What a blast. Sat in the dealers den all day and drew to my hearts content. Thank you to all the new watchers and the people who commissioned me! You guys make me feel like a million bucks with all the support.

And to all I spent time with outside the den, whether it be drinkin the night away, partyin or playing some games! (I got smashed in everything I played lol) I'll definitely cherish those moments! Here's to new friends, and catching up with the old ones!

Time to pretend i'm not an artist for a week and heal!

After an exhausting Weekend that was Confurgence, I have returned to normal life. Conveniently on my birthday!

I had such a blast, and spent most of my weekend jamming out commissions at the Dealer's Den. That was such fun for the day.

Nights were spent at Room parties or gettin drunk (And both mixed together)! Even having my own mini-con party with friends.

Now it's back to normal life.


Also, being 22 means I have reached level 4 in Adulthood. Full license!

So it's 2017 now. Can't say it's been all good so far! And we're only 2 days in.

Confurgence 2017 will be my first con as a dealer (with my own table) so i'm excited to jam out some commissions and have a great time, i've also made a price list for digital commissions which will be uploaded soon, and i'll officially be open for commissions. (And this time it'll be known haha)

It's also going to be a goal of mine to at least upload once a week, I need to get back into the groove of drawing again, and well, since I'm no longer employed it's as good a time as any!
