I have honestly had the most terrible day ever. Forgive me for this but I reeeeally need to rant in a place where no-one personally knows me lol

One of my closest friends today had a psychotic break. She showed up at my house at 6:30 in the morning, my mum let her in and was half asleep and told her to just go lay down on the couch and sleep while she went back to bed. She left me a text message for me to see when I woke up and I was like 'Ugh great, better go see why she's upset now'. She's been through a looot of stuff my friend has, and I just wasnt in a very great mood this morning.

So we speak a bit, and its obvious to me right away that somethings wrong. To cut a reeeally long story short, her family has a history of mental illnesses, her dad has schizophrenia, and for the past two weeks she's been spiraling into this pit of depression after resigning from her job - a job where she said her co-workers set her up and so she had to resign.

To top it all off, she's been smoking pot. And for those of you who are aware, smoking pot when you have a history of mental illness isnt... good.

She started spouting word salad, me and mum tried to keep her calm, tried to get her to talk coherently and get her mum's phone number out of her (major failure, her mobile was dead). So I call my other friend, who tells me that her mother's in fucking Ireland of all things! So then my friend just completely breaks down, full on sliding down the wall and more word salad babble, friend I called comes over here with back up, we manage to get in contact with her sister and brother, and then they all go to the hospital and I had to stay at home cause there was no room in the car.

So yeah. My friend is in the hospital, and possibly has schizophrenia.

This has been the most tiring day I've ever had. I feel shaken and completely useless.

What a great fucking day.

Whelp, just thought I'd tell you guys that I'm switching my primary currency from USD to AUD for now. The prices themselves will stay the same, but cause they'll now be AUD it'll be a little cheaper for those who use USD lol

I've been working my hand really hard these past few weeks so I've taken to just stopping work in the evenings, and have been playing through Dragon Age with my mum. Though I haven't finished any of the games I've started and nearly finished them all (whoops), and Inquisition is what I'm focusing on more atm.

I just finished the quest at Adamant and damn. Just... damn. That was hard. And not the actual game, but like... the story. Hearing about all the companions fears and shit, and especially hearing Nightmare talk about Hawke was just... soooo upsetting

I decided to stop playing after the quest was done and I was back at Skyhold cause... maaaan I needed a breather from that heavy shit :")

I was wondering... I keep posting reminders about adopts and such, and I know that can be... exceptionally annoying, and I really apologse for that :"D

But I was wondering if y'all think I should make another account soley for adopts, so I stop flooding this account with them. I mean, I'm sure some of you would appreciate not being flooded with constant reminders :"D
