The OMG2012 contest!
General | Posted 13 years agoSo it's been leaked a little bit about my expanding out to other furry/art dump sites and though I will neither confirm or deny such a thing, FA will always be my home, for the most part X3 But I noticed I currently have 146 watchers as of 6:18 pm central time on 10/13/12!!
Sooo, I am gonna run a contest This is my first one so bear with me and no, drama is not permitted
The Goal) To get more watchers!
The Prize) A pic drawn and colored by me for you I have a pose already in mind with a male and female One of the characters will be yours and one will be mine, and it will be your choice which of my characters you'd like to "be" with, most of yer characters are welcome, Herms, Trans, whatever I can draw most things) and then you can decide if you want me in Kitsune, Katsune, heck even Argon or the unnamed vixen, whatever form you want me in.
The Rules) I will be posting a very rough sketch of the pic you will be trying for. You can post on either this journal, or you can post on the picture as well. You will need to post the all the things I have listed below and you will be given a number, and, you know the rest right? At the contest end I will get a random number generator to pick a number "out of a hat" so to speak and YAY! Your the winner! I will then get in contact with you and get the pic going ^.^

I have made a decision, OH! and I am not dead.
General | Posted 13 years agoOk here is the lo-down on everything thta has been happening in my life. Things have been hectic and I have not wanted to be a gloomy gus and bore you all with details. Like everyone, life has been "happening" to me in the ways or equipment failure (i.e. computers, tablets, etc.), health failure, financial and bill paying failure, etc. I see journals all the time from others and I worry about them so and feel bad cuz I am in the same exact boat and yet I can;t bring myself to ask you all for help cuz, I know I am in the same boat as you! I know there are some of you who would say to me that I should ask for help when I need it, but I simply feel as that it's a cop out on my part.
Another thing for me to consider is the fact that my 2 year old is becoming 3 and I was stupid. Any of you who know me, know how much I love my daughter and would do anything for her, in fact tho I am disabled and unable to work to support my family, I bust tail doing art to try to bring in any meager means I can to pull my share. But you also know that I also support my family by watching her and doing house work and all as my health will allow. Well I thought that I could find time among the chores and kid to work on art. Kalixta is so supportive of my work and when I am working on commissions, she takes the kid from me, lets the house work go by the wayside and cheers in my section as I put my all in getting the piece done for my customer, but when it's my own stuff that I want to do for practice or to advertise, well, lets just say I have too many more important priorities to sit at the desk and become a hermit for days on end.
So we come to the point where I have made a decision. I will first start by putting up the couple pieces I have managed to get done since May-June, which I am embarrassed by but this shows how little time these days I have for art.
Second I will be begging you my watchers, to support me by the only way we look out for each other in this or any community, by work of muzzle. Let every one know, pimp this journal if you like! Do what you can, but spread the word that I am open and I need work like all of us! I will tell you as you can tell others, that tho I have a price sheet, they are more like guidelines, and I have never NOT tried to work with someone on price and content. I know I would love to have solid prices, but fortunately for you, my fans, I want to make you happy more! ^.^ (oh and I need the work X3)
Thirdly, of my own work, unless it's something special, I will only be posting/doing sketches (detailed black and whites) and I will CG other's already done line art so as to showcase my CG talents and to not let my skills grow cold, but I simply don;t have the time to draw a picture and take the time to digitally ink and fully CG it from start to finish anymore, unless it's a paid for commission. You may not know but if you ever have a pic that is just line art I have always offered the service to CG it for you, and I will continue to seek out other's art that I really like to CG it for them. but for now the issue is that for one, I have never been able to do traditional inking to any great level, unfortunately due to my health, my hands are to shaky to be able to make much of a flowing line, and the same is true on my tablet with CGing. I currently Digitally ink with Paint Shop Pro (older JASC builds as this is my program of choice for CGing as well, however I CG with 9.0 and I use 6.5 for inking as the pen line engin in 9 is too damn complicated/takes too long) There has got to be an easier way of doing it, but I yet have not found a way, so if any knows a better way, hell let me know, I am willing to try anything! Even if you have some technique advice for me to try the traditional way again, if I could get the black ink to scan in correctly without all the little holes everywhere. =P
Also you will see some colored pieces of mine in traditional mediums from time to time as that has always been another way for me to do things and I still enjoy those ways. I need to get a good new set of colored pencils, but since these ways don;t take nearly the same kind of time as CGing takes, I think I will still pursue doing some work on my own time this way.
And finally, to show you all I am wanting your work, I will be opening slots for people to commission me for sketches of their character in short bursts on sketch pages. What this means is that you can pay me $5 and I will give you a rough sketch. Now this is in name only as all the sketches you have seen in my gallery, are as rough as i get, so I will make sure you are happy with your piece, also this can be on a full page as each $5 gets you another pose per character. So if you want your Herm done in 3 different cute, sexy poses, then $15, if you want a nice full page sketch of you and your mate in a romantic pose, that's $10. The idea is that you can get a nice jumping off point without breaking the bank. ^.^ And I am always willing to Finish a piece later if you want to pay for more work done on something later.

I know I said on there that I would only do local transactions. but for you guys I may make an exception, honestly if your intrested, send me a note, and even if your not, pimping this journal out also always helps. Anything I can do to make some money at this point is greatly appreciated..

General | Posted 13 years agoWell I was feeling like crud for the longest, Flu was really kicking my tail, and my internet connection was essentially gone! My workflow had slowed to a standstill which was getting me depressed and the only light at the end of the tunnel was that someone had bought me a ps vita. But sitting hacking my brains out and playing that thing was making me sink into a pit that really scared me. The biggest kick in the tail was that the state decided to take my liscense away! (long story) So now I can't even drive. I just wanted to scream. But I wake up today and though I have just the slightest congestion, nothing that can;t be taken care of with a few OTC drugs. I feel much better, I have internet, I am determined to finish the pic I started for poor Jango who has been so pattient with me, and I need to get some more drawn! Lets just hope this rebound goes all the way. Kalixta is gonna try and see if she can fix, or at least alleviate the liscense thing, and last night she really fuc (TMI TIME!!!) And boy was that great. ^///^ So like I said, hopefully this rebound thing will work out!! Gods I don;t know what i would do without her. I love you Kalixta.

I have been toying with them for a little while and feel confident enough to offer these to anyone who wants them. Obviously extremely detailed characters will look funky with these, since they are like micro-chibi but I can still make them somewhat detailed considering. I even can include moving backgrounds as this icon I did for one of my mistresses demonstrates. 
The icons will be a FLAT Rate due to details at $5 PAYPAL ONLY.

To request a slot in the Queue, please comment to this journal. Moving backgrounds can be done up as the example above or more straight lines in an old "anime" style. For additional charges however, I can do even more complicated BG's. Thanks for thinking about commissioning me. I hope I can provide you with an experience that will be both enjoyable and rewarding!
Paying for a commission acknowledges that you have read and agreed to the following Terms of Service. These are subject to change without notice, but I will do my best to announce any large changes. If you have any questions about the terms, email me before payment please!!
Process
I start the commission process when you(the customer) fill out a form for me(the artist) to review. Once I review it, I'll either approve of it, deny it, or ask for more details/clarification. Once I receive the payment, I'll place you on my queue list. Payment is ALWAYS required up front and in full, before work can start. This ensures your slot in the queue and payment will be held by me and not used untill the work is completed. When I'm ready to work on a piece, I'll draw a rough sketch* and send it to you via e-mail for review.
At this point of the process, you can have the option to request any revisions or additions, not passing the level of detail and complexity of the original commission request. Full redraws and/or a change in the original commission will result in additional charges to be determined by me on a case-by-case basis. !!Any/all changes or redraws must be requested at this point!! No other changes to the piece can be made after this point ans once you the commissioner give approval, past this point the piece will be completed. Once you have either requested revisions or given your approval, I'll move the commission onto the inking stage**.
Once I have completed the commission, I'll send you via e-mail, a large, unwatermarked version of your image (.png format unless otherwise requested). If the commission is a traditional media work, i.e a work which produces an original, you will receive a high quality copy unless otherwise requested. !!I reserve the right to keep the original work as this will be filed away for your protection, so that if ever you need to get a new copy, i.e. you have lost your old copy or it has been destroyed, I can provide you with on for the price of a print and shipping.!!
* Note; please be aware that upon the reviewing process of my rough sketches, they will be watermarked with a large stamp on it for theft-safety precautions.
Usage Rights
I reserve the right to use the full, unwatermarked commission image as I see fit, including but not limited to producing and selling prints of it and other commercial purposes, posting it to my online galleries (normally a small, watermarked image in this case), and using it in my portfolio(s). Unless otherwise negotiated, I will retain full commercial and distribution rights on any image or work I produce.
You may use the commission image, both the large, unwatermarked version and a smaller, watermarked version if you wish to be provided with one, as you please PROVIDED that you do not use the image for commercial purposes (printing *unless you intend the print to be for personal use only, i.e. posters or framed pictures*, use as a logo, etc). You may not make a profit off of the commission image. I would prefer it if you did not alter the commission image, but you may do so if you wish. You may not claim the image or any part of it was created by anyone other than me (with the exception of any minor details edited by you the customer), and I would prefer it if you would provide a 'link-back' or other form of credit to me if you post the image online. You shall not claim ownership of any characters not belonging to you.
Further rights of usage may be available for purchase from me, such as commercial usage rights, distribution rights, etc. If interested, please include any inquiries with the original commission request.
Subject Matter
I reserve the right to refuse a commission request on any grounds as I see fit, but will not usually refuse a commission request based on subject matter. Some subject matter may incur additional costs; these charges are entirely at my discretion and are non-negotiable.
All commission styles are available for adult/erotic subject matter. Below I have listed what I WILL and WILL NOT draw. By commissioning me for adult/erotic subject matter, you assert and affirm that you are of legal age to view and purchase items of an adult nature.

Refunds
I reserve the right to terminate the commission process at any time as I see fit*.
Should this occur, I will provide a partial refund less materials and work completed. Whether or not the commissioner is entitled to receive said completed work and whether or not the commissioner retains any usage rights on the completed work will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds CANNOT be provided for completed works.
If you paid for insurance as a part of shipping and handling on an original work, and the original is lost or damaged in the mail, you may be entitled to compensation on a case-by-case basis. Proof of loss or damage will be required.
*While I do reserve this right, I have not yet had to use it, and I prefer to keep it that way.
!!This list may be subject to change!!
Mailing
I mail original works in bubble mailers, with a thicker card or cardboard material backing if I think it's necessary, and send them uninsured first-class. If you desire your work to be mailed in a different fashion, you may request it; extra charges may apply.
Shipping and handling costs are as follows:
Domestic: (US & Canada) 10" x 13" or smaller envelopes under a pound: $4
Other: cost determined on a case-by-case basis
I will not be responsible for anything damaged or lost in the mail.
Waiting Times, Deadlines & the Waiting List
Unless otherwise negotiated, I will work on each commission on the waiting list in roughly chronological order from payment. At any given time, I will most likely be working on more than one commission at once based on the types of commissions on the list and the timeliness of responses on sketch reviews.
You may ONLY request a deadline at the time of the original commission request. Deadline requests must be reasonable to be accepted; additional charges may apply. Whether or not a request is reasonable and whether or not additional charges apply (and what said charges amount to, if applicable) shall be determined by me on a case-by-case basis and the decisions, once made. are non-negotiable.
You may request an approximate estimate of current waiting time at any time during the commission process; however, keep in mind that any estimates will be rough guesses at best and are not to be considered hard deadlines.
Acceptable Methods of Payment
I accept PayPal, though I may consider other forms of payment such as money orders and checks. If you would like to provide payment in the manner that is not PayPal, please include your inquiries with the original commission request.
General Conduct Guidelines
Please be straightforward, patient, polite, and as picky as you like about your commission. I'd like to make your image as perfect for you as I possibly can. Please be prepared to pay before I start work. Please don't commission me for a character that isn't yours unless you have permission that you can provide - I may make exceptions in some cases if the image needs to be a surprise and you can provide evidence that the character's owner is comfortable with the subject matter i.e. your mate, friend, etc... Please keep in mind that all prices given are BASE PRICES; each commission is customized to meet your specific needs and desires, so any aditional charges will be nominal and your individual price may be different based on detail and complexity but will be discussed and approved on by you before any actions are taken.

Agreement
If you're still interested in commission me, then send me a note, or an e-mail at Kitsunemcknight[at]gmail.com and make sure to include the following "form".
Name: (your username, and where this is comming from, i.e. FA, Inkbunny, etc.)
Character Reference: (it has to be a flat or fully colored pic of your characters so that way I have a good idea of what the character design is)
Pose: (very short description and also what outfit if they are wearing one)
Private/Public: (so that way if you want it private I won't be posting it up on my gallery)

Thanks for thinking about commissioning me. I hope I can provide you with an experience that will be both enjoyable and rewarding!
Paying for a commission acknowledges that you have read and agreed to the following Terms of Service. These are subject to change without notice, but I will do my best to announce any large changes. If you have any questions about the terms, email me before payment please!!
Process
I start the commission process when you(the customer) fill out a form for me(the artist) to review. Once I review it, I'll either approve of it, deny it, or ask for more details/clarification. Once I receive the payment, I'll place you on my queue list. Payment is ALWAYS required up front and in full, before work can start. This ensures your slot in the queue and payment will be held by me and not used untill the work is completed. When I'm ready to work on a piece, I'll draw a rough sketch* and send it to you via e-mail for review.
At this point of the process, you can have the option to request any revisions or additions, not passing the level of detail and complexity of the original commission request. Full redraws and/or a change in the original commission will result in additional charges to be determined by me on a case-by-case basis. !!Any/all changes or redraws must be requested at this point!! No other changes to the piece can be made after this point ans once you the commissioner give approval, past this point the piece will be completed. Once you have either requested revisions or given your approval, I'll move the commission onto the inking stage**.
Once I have completed the commission, I'll send you via e-mail, a large, unwatermarked version of your image (.png format unless otherwise requested). If the commission is a traditional media work, i.e a work which produces an original, you will receive a high quality copy unless otherwise requested. !!I reserve the right to keep the original work as this will be filed away for your protection, so that if ever you need to get a new copy, i.e. you have lost your old copy or it has been destroyed, I can provide you with on for the price of a print and shipping.!!
* Note; please be aware that upon the reviewing process of my rough sketches, they will be watermarked with a large stamp on it for theft-safety precautions.
Usage Rights
I reserve the right to use the full, unwatermarked commission image as I see fit, including but not limited to producing and selling prints of it and other commercial purposes, posting it to my online galleries (normally a small, watermarked image in this case), and using it in my portfolio(s). Unless otherwise negotiated, I will retain full commercial and distribution rights on any image or work I produce.
You may use the commission image, both the large, unwatermarked version and a smaller, watermarked version if you wish to be provided with one, as you please PROVIDED that you do not use the image for commercial purposes (printing *unless you intend the print to be for personal use only, i.e. posters or framed pictures*, use as a logo, etc). You may not make a profit off of the commission image. I would prefer it if you did not alter the commission image, but you may do so if you wish. You may not claim the image or any part of it was created by anyone other than me (with the exception of any minor details edited by you the customer), and I would prefer it if you would provide a 'link-back' or other form of credit to me if you post the image online. You shall not claim ownership of any characters not belonging to you.
Further rights of usage may be available for purchase from me, such as commercial usage rights, distribution rights, etc. If interested, please include any inquiries with the original commission request.
Subject Matter
I reserve the right to refuse a commission request on any grounds as I see fit, but will not usually refuse a commission request based on subject matter. Some subject matter may incur additional costs; these charges are entirely at my discretion and are non-negotiable.
All commission styles are available for adult/erotic subject matter. Below I have listed what I WILL and WILL NOT draw. By commissioning me for adult/erotic subject matter, you assert and affirm that you are of legal age to view and purchase items of an adult nature.

Refunds
I reserve the right to terminate the commission process at any time as I see fit*.
Should this occur, I will provide a partial refund less materials and work completed. Whether or not the commissioner is entitled to receive said completed work and whether or not the commissioner retains any usage rights on the completed work will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds CANNOT be provided for completed works.
If you paid for insurance as a part of shipping and handling on an original work, and the original is lost or damaged in the mail, you may be entitled to compensation on a case-by-case basis. Proof of loss or damage will be required.
*While I do reserve this right, I have not yet had to use it, and I prefer to keep it that way.

Mailing
I mail original works in bubble mailers, with a thicker card or cardboard material backing if I think it's necessary, and send them uninsured first-class. If you desire your work to be mailed in a different fashion, you may request it; extra charges may apply.
Shipping and handling costs are as follows:
Domestic: (US & Canada) 10" x 13" or smaller envelopes under a pound: $4
Other: cost determined on a case-by-case basis
I will not be responsible for anything damaged or lost in the mail.
Waiting Times, Deadlines & the Waiting List
Unless otherwise negotiated, I will work on each commission on the waiting list in roughly chronological order from payment. At any given time, I will most likely be working on more than one commission at once based on the types of commissions on the list and the timeliness of responses on sketch reviews.
You may ONLY request a deadline at the time of the original commission request. Deadline requests must be reasonable to be accepted; additional charges may apply. Whether or not a request is reasonable and whether or not additional charges apply (and what said charges amount to, if applicable) shall be determined by me on a case-by-case basis and the decisions, once made. are non-negotiable.
You may request an approximate estimate of current waiting time at any time during the commission process; however, keep in mind that any estimates will be rough guesses at best and are not to be considered hard deadlines.
Acceptable Methods of Payment
I accept PayPal, though I may consider other forms of payment such as money orders and checks. If you would like to provide payment in the manner that is not PayPal, please include your inquiries with the original commission request.
General Conduct Guidelines
Please be straightforward, patient, polite, and as picky as you like about your commission. I'd like to make your image as perfect for you as I possibly can. Please be prepared to pay before I start work. Please don't commission me for a character that isn't yours unless you have permission that you can provide - I may make exceptions in some cases if the image needs to be a surprise and you can provide evidence that the character's owner is comfortable with the subject matter i.e. your mate, friend, etc... Please keep in mind that all prices given are BASE PRICES; each commission is customized to meet your specific needs and desires, so any aditional charges will be nominal and your individual price may be different based on detail and complexity but will be discussed and approved on by you before any actions are taken.

General | Posted 14 years agoOk, Kalixta and I just realized something when watching the first Superman movie tonight. You can see it for yourself, just pop it in. The scene is aproximatly 01:17:25 in. Ok, Superman is supposed to have hearing that will hear like miles off right?! He helps this little girl get her cat out of a tree. She runs in to tell her mommy while superman flys off. "Mommy" says, and I quote, "Haven't i told you not to tell lies!" *SMACK* Ok so I know that I am over analyzing things but seriously. Superman is a, just read the title! That MOFO didn't go back and say, "Ma'am, please don't hit your child, don't scold her, see I did save her kitty. He didn't come back and fly by the window, all he did was let this poor little girl get a beatdown! Mommy went all rick james on her. You know he heard that slap, I know he heard that slap and all that poor little child could have been accused of was having a vibrant imagination. It's bad enough that this movie has child pornography in it, hence the baby penis in the begining.. (Pedo-Bear be aware) but apparently this movie premotes child abuse!!

General | Posted 14 years agoWell anyone who wants to know what the heck happened to me or where the hell I have been, (Temrin, and Greenlaytexcat) DON"T WORRY!!!! I AM ALIVE!!! *Insert herelding angels here* I just have been in the process of moving. some may know and some may not, but my family and I had been homeless for the most part for a little while, and if you didn't know, it's cuz i didn;t mention it. No point in sounding melodramatic, more furs need to be drama free anyway. So with a roommate, we all found a duplex to live in with beautiful hardwood floors, new appliances, the whole sha-bang! It's awesome! Expensive, but awesome! The other issue is that it's out in the middle of no where and so my reception on my phone (aka my internet connection) SUCKS! So it's kinda hard to be all "real time" and stuff.
But I digress. I have a few pics to put up that I apparently forgot to and so I should be updating a few things in the next week or so, also you all might know that I have been working on giving form to my "true form" And with that let me explain.
I am a kitsune of course, but not the typical, multi-tailed fox you all know. You may not know, but the Japanese tales differ quite a bit and even though the comon look is what you think of as a multi-taled fox, from a design stand point that is just soooo over done! But ultimatly the Japanese believe that the Kitsune is a demon, among their gods, a trickster, and one who seduces anyone or anything they wish to feed off others. That, to me, screams Furry Succubus! And since I am a changling and half vamp anyway, I felt like that wouldn;t be that much of a stretch. Personallity wise I am more or less a gal to begin with and I have known that I would make my true form that of a female, probably a vixen to begin with, so I have been working on givng that idea more form. Story wise Kalixta is who keeps me in control. And she knows that my true form is that of a Female demon. one she is rather scared of even though she loves me dearly. So the spell she has over me keeps me controled and sated, and beacuse I love her above all else, my heart naturally wishes to make her happy. My male fox form that I generally compose myself as is her mate as she wishes and it should be. Thus I am usually "Kitsune" But when her magical "grip" losens or I am finding prey, or what not, I am "Katsune" a demon vixen/succubus.
I am still working on getting stories commissioned that will play all these plots out. I also have adopted a character from the great Crystal-for-ever whom I will be using as the basic model for Katsune's form. I also have another pic that she is drawing now which will be that form basically raping Kalixta. *giggles* seems she lost that magical grip on my leash and I felt frisky and decided to exact a little sweet revenge and scare the crap outta her, but you know she likes it, if nothing else but for the sake of a demon raping her *wink* These are all Pics I need to upload. I am still working on a character sheet as well and when I finsih that i need to finish some other works i had started, all of which need to be uploaded..

General | Posted 14 years agoSo I am not officially here for two days and already I have to deal with morons and trolls! I never thought i would need to use the "block" feature, but boy was I wrong! The reason why i got such an unwelcome reception? Cuz I am uploading my art, which includes my photography, and due to a combination of a misunderstanding on my part and the rules of this site, and the sheer bad taste of evil, spiteful people who put a blot on both humanity and furry kind alike.
I guess this is what it's like getting famous huh? Or even being social. No wonder i choose to be anti social all these years, but to get this high school drama in my own fandom that i have protected for years and years,, it just makes me sick.. Please all, if you like my art, then you have an artist with open paws who would give you the shirt off my back and if you don't like my art, then no one is putting a gun to your head, just move on, go away and find someone else to make miserable.
I guess this is what it's like getting famous huh? Or even being social.
